The expansion requires level 8 minimum at the moment and, as I usually play a weaker less/non combat type character, level 8 is nearly impossible to reach without cheating/console. Also, thank you so much for all the work you put into all this. I really enjoy and appreciate it.

I'll give that command a try next time. Thanks.

I can advance the quest normally to stage 250, where Nenya is supposed to strip, but all that happens is that a dagger appears on her hip, and I am locked in place. Is there a way to force her to strip and continue the quest, or should I just console advance the quest to 500?

SexLab should strip her and then I have an item equipped on her to keep her outfit from returning, either it is going slow or something else has interrupted things. Kethrian Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Hmm, just looked at the papyrus log, and it looks like there's something going on with SD, it's going crazy trying to find Frostfall stuff, which I do not have installed. I'll have to see if I can sort that out, then try your quest again and see if it works correctly. If not, I'll try to figure out how to attach files to posts on here.

Game runs much better and the papyrus log is actually somewhat legible now. Downside: the Falkreath quest is unaffected. Still getting stuck at Nenya not undressing. Also, turn off sex attacks from Cursed Loot during the scene as well and see if that helps. Anything that tries to take over the player will cause the scene to pause for a moment so if it keeps trying to interrupt it may not restart.

When I relaunched the game, I checked Cursed Loot, and saw that sex attacks were already disabled (I wanted to let Deviously Enslaved Continued to handle that). Verstort Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 I doubt DEC is the issue, the log shows it stops working as soon as it detects a scene is in progress. Nobody has reported CD and DEC incompatibilities at all to me yet, although I haven't played the first expansion in a long time so maybe something changed. The only thing DEC should be doing is checking if busy every X seconds and going to sleep, not even changing/refreshing aliases. Is Nenya wearing anything extra added by another mod, like other devious devices? Open console, click on her and type "inv" or "inventory" to print her inventory, you can scroll with pageup pagedown. The first two numbers/letters on the left side of the ID are the same as the load order of the mod that item comes from.
Kethrian Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 While I do have DD for the Masses installed, all important character types have been excluded. I had also targeted her with DD Equip, and scanned her that way for any devices, but came up empty. Honestly, at this point, I'm thinking I've got some kind of glitch going on that will require me to fully uninstall everything, then reinstall it all from scratch to try and fix it. Either that or start a new game. I'll try the full reinstall, and if that doesn't fix it, then new game it is, which should hopefully at least benefit from a fresh install.

Hang on, you know you can rush back to that same point with the right console commands right? I think you can get away with something like >newgame coc captureddreamshop talk to master to init some stuff setstage cdxexp01 1 (I think it's 1... need to double check) setstage cdxexpquest01 15 setstage cdxexpquest01 100 coc falkreathexterior01 (I'm sure you can coc to the longhouse I just don't remember what it is) or falkreathjarlslonghouse

Also, my character is lv 30 right now, so I'd prefer to not have to play through all that again if I can help it. But thanks to both of you for all the help! If the reinstall fixes the problem, I'll let you know.

I don't know why it has been troublesome to remove since it is a standard piercing. There have been several things that have stopped working properly in the last few months that there is no reason for especially the issue above since the last phase of the scene starts fine (fade out) but it will not finish.

If using a piercing removal tool did not work then do the following: Try moving the piercing to a container, Integration should reset the item and the tool should work. If that does not work then do this: 1- move everything in your inventory to a container, it will make the rest easier to do. 2- use showinventory on your character in the console 3- look through the inventory list for an item with no name that shows as 'worn' and note the id number, you can ignore the item ending in 40F0C. 4- remove the item using removeitem <id number> 5- close the console, open your inventory normally and unequip the item. This will work on any device but items that have a quest associated with them (belts and armbinders) will need to have them reequipped then removed normally to stop those quests. I also suggest not using this on quest items as it may break the quest.

If you just look up the ID for the item then see if it is your inventory there is no guarantee that you have the correct item.

When I arrive, Siddgeir is asking Nenya something about his money not arriving, to which she answers that war interrupts the roads and they should wait for another day, but here begin the strange thigns: they keep repeating these two lines continuously. At some point in the past I also received a letter from the Jarl of Falkreath, but I have no option to talk about that with him either. Fus Ro D'oh seems to be working (or I haven't noticed bugs in any silent dialogs), but I'm fairly new to modding, so I could be perfectly wrong. Should setstage put the letter from Master in my inventory? Because I didn't get it either when I manually advanced the quest.
