Sarfin Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Hello @all First i must say, this is a very fine Mod, if not the best along with Sanguines Debauchery for the "darker scene" and i love to explore Skyrim with this new threat of dangerous along my travels for the Master. But i have two issues which i hope you can help me out. 1. Punishments: As soon the punishment start, the torturer lead me to the pillow - Stop. I need to save and reload. Then i get my stuff removed - Cut again. Save, Load, story continues and thats everytime when the torturer has his turn. Thats annoying. 2. Punishments part two: There comes a time when the Master has enough of your flaws. She think a major punishment is up to to, the one which lead you in the dungeon. Here is the same, everytime Herron has his move, i need to save and reload. After the punishment must be over, i will lead to the Master again, but she just stay there. When i speak to her, she only repeat that she was looking for me and that a big punishment is necessary - When i agree she said she will do the preperation, but nothing happen, she stay there forever, not even save and load change it - Everytime i speak to her, only the punishment conversation starts. Is there any way to fix that? I have fus ro d'oh installed but that not change anything. Oh yeah and another question: What happen if the Master decided that the dept is too excessive for paying back, so when i am over the 35.000 limit? o.o

I had the issue of guards attacking an empty spot once and there was a patrol marker there with the Thalmor faction still on it, removing it stopped them from attacking (for me at least). At this point I have no explanation for why they start attacking. If you give a screen shot of it happening so I can see where it happens I can check that area. http://i.imgur.com/nrCSrNg.jpg This is the room after auto-walk ends. It's sorta empty. They just really dislike that spot on the ground. http://i.imgur.com/bHAjESV.jpg Soldiers on the first floor are unaffected by their hatred of walls/floors. Once you hit that debt limit she will put more items on you. In the version I am working on being over that contributes to the chance of being made a property slave. These are screenshots I linked earlier of the area they're attacking. The only things in that area is the markers I added where you teleport to when being brought in for the dinner. I checked the area around it and there isn't anything that has ownership set on it either.

And when I get the game to play normally I get a fatal error with the installation of Devious Devices. I've never experienced this before but I've just reinstalled everything on a new PC. Does anyone have any ideas

Does anyone have any ideas For the addon's make sure you have the original mod the items are from installed, the addon's don't work without them. As for the error with Integration I am not sure what is causing that, check on Integration's page as I believe others have had a similar problem. Well that's weird. Could it be they're attacking the marker for teleport? I dunno how it works but it certainly seems to be what they're doing. :/ Possible but not sure why they would. When it happened for me there was a patrol marker with the Thalmor faction attached where they were attacking.

Since there are no factions, ownership or anything like that associated with it I have nothing I can disable/remove from it. Hello. I have a question. Can player be placed in a mine as a punishment and how to get it? Not in v3 bit it will be in v4 (basics are already in place).

When Tavish leaves the shop in v4 will it still fade out or will we see him walk out with his slave instead, seems odd to fade out for a single room like that. Since one can't fast travel bound in blindfolds and arm-binders, Frostfall makes this mod quite hazardous to ones health. Dangerous nights views the area around the shop as wilderness.

I think it's trying to call a script function on a script that no longer exists, can you replicate it on a new character? Most of the times I get that error in the log it's because I updated while items had active scripts, although they rarely cause a crash. Interestingly, I didn't know the follower uniform was implemented yet, probably just an empty function ... To quickly test a new game: fast travel back to master in a new game with "coc CapturedDreamsShop" in console, Talk to master to start the main and aux quests, you don't have to start them from the menu just talk to her to get them initialized quietly. If you want to speed back to punishment too, type in console: set CDxMP03DialgueSet to 3 setstage CDxMP03 50 Which will jump-start the punishment in general. To test the specific punishment you got, you need to tell me how to you got to your replicable punishment, since MP03 handles almost every punishment in the mod, IE made master upset, failed/slow delivery, spit on tavish, ect.
Sylphirion Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 I did a few more troubleshooting things before I stumbled into a similar problem elsewhere. Looks like SL and SL-dependent mods are not compatible with the mod-follower Aurora for some reason.

The NPCs aren't running away as seen in the picture. And my character walked to the correct position... But then the guard kept wandering about/leaving the area and it never progressed. Should I just accept that it's fucked and give up? I really would like to continue with this. Especially since the last save was 5+ hours before this one. Would there be any way to force progression of the quest? At this point I just want to get my loot back and continue on.
darkconsole Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 i have been using this mod for a long time now, so i now it is running properly. i ran into a bug though. in a new game i started this week, i got the letter (from vanilla) from the jarl of falkreath, and when i went to go talk to him his head was different, he had no display name (it just said Jarl and the console said ""), and i could not talk to him.Console said last edited mod was this, so I disabled, and now he is back to normal and working.

It just sits there. I have a fully updated version... and when using the sqs commands on what I assume is the quest (CDxp04 or something to that effect) it states that it is not a valid quest id. Is this a known thing or what?

The error is that it thinks it has found a follower and has started the process of taking over them but the alias is empty. The script will manually set the alias itself but it does have issues with mods to manage followers, still working out some things on that. The uniform function is not working currently, npc's typically just put their old items back on over anything I equip (outfit conflict). It is possible to set an outfit myself on an npc but there is no function to find out what their outfit currently is so I can reset it afterwards. MP03 handles all punishments except the ones for the delivery quest. I will be adding a punishment controller that will determine what punishment to use depending on the infraction and other factors such as rank. Is this a known thing or what? Yes, sometimes she gets stuck someplace for some reason, there are functions in the MCM menu under 'Erani' that can reset / move her to you.
Warrunner Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 Thanks Vel, though I think I have found another bug; when telling Erani that this place is her home while inside a Hearthfire house, she will start to do everything normally, but then she will go back to the mansion after three days, as if she were an abandoned follower.

Most likely this is not the reason for my problems, I just started to wonder if this is intentionally included in the Captured Dreams mod or is it just a mistake?
