UrbanSniper Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Random thought; Considering the delivery that is stolen actually consists of devious devices, does it really make sense to bind you up with (one of) those after the robbery? I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but it seems a bit counter-intuitive. Unless they want to, uh...try the merchandise or sth. I'd consider it that you're delivering some special devices, custom fitted to the customer's specifications or made of special materials (which is why you don't see them currently, as you're just the courier), and the bandits just happened to have some basic devices left over from previous robberies, having heard of the 'good stuff' being shipped out now.

There not listed as on in my inventory, i even dropped them from inventory but they're still on my player. They don't show in showplaerinventory console either. So how do i get rid of them, disable the mod?.
Veladarius Posted February 27, 2014 Author Posted February 27, 2014 The padded cuffs that are added by the Master are the standard cuffs from Integration. Did you update Integration to v 2.6.6 since starting a new game? To remove the items you can try the unequipall console command on your player, if they are still there use showinventory and find the items still shown as worn ad remove them via console command.

Are you going to use Submit/Defeat for that? Also: Good luck with the transfer thing. I hope nothing gets lost or damaged. Moving large files can be a very big hassle most of the time...

I actually built my own mechanism for beating the player as I didn't want to require Submit or Defeat. I currently use Submit and it worked fine along side of it. The new drive is a 2 TB drive so between the 2 pc's on my desk I have 10 TB of drive space.

I'm guessing those drives are all solid state? I cant imagine having 10 TB of disk drives just... around in one place. Room must be hot even in winter. I have 5 PCs around. The one I'm using to play Skyrim is my High-end main system, the others are support and data storage units. (i.e. I use them when I'm not on my main). I cant really imagine having more that 2 TB for one system. Then again, I keep mine pretty clean (like I uninstall things often, constantly running on a "need" basis only for programs). No reason to have allot of space if I don't even use up the space I have, right?

Off to try to finish some things on the mod.

You know, you can buy a hearth and wall hangings and all that for the default houses in their appropriate cities, but could the Captured Dreams shop, say, after a quest, offer things like Slave Quarters and Punishment Rooms with Zaz-enabled furnature you could order followers into for the houses from vanilla or Hearthstone? Just an idea I had after finally picking up Hearthstone earlier today. Really looking forward to the new content you have brewing, though.

Adding it to various houses isn't difficult, just a matter of enabling things. I have not played with setting up the furniture so it is usable that way, I will have to take a look since I have a bit of space in the shop now. Right now I am checking dialogue to make sure it works as it should, some of it is a bit temperamental for some reason. Something else I have been thinking of making is a dialogue set for adding / removing the items from Devious Devices to NPC's. It was discussed a bit on the For the Masses thread and it has been stuck in my head since. I don't think it would be hard to do, just haven't decided on what sort of check to do on npc's for them to allow you to do it. It will probably end up a separate mod, probably put it together once the Integration update is done. Back to killing bugs.

I'm asking because i liked your mini mannequins so much, so maybe you could add a small box as custom player house, you store your slaves there and can take them with you on your travel shrinked down to fairy size. Whenever you want you can also shrink yourself and jump into the box to play with your dolls or take some of them out and if you want to let them grow to their normal size again via magic. While Hako wasn't Illusions best game i really liked the box idea with those small dolls.

With a plug in you can't equip cuffs. The locking and non-locking gags also use different slots so you can put two of them on at once.

I will try to get the items slots between both groups a bit more consistent.
vipermagi Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 I don't know if this is a feature or a bug, but currently you can keep plugs inside you without a chastity belt by equipping the plugs, equipping a belt, waiting a minute, then unequipping the belt. I'm currently switching between assassin's and thieve's little helpers as the situation dictates and stashing the key in my chest in the thieve's guild. I'm actually perfectly okay with this as it requires high arousal to function with those enchants and when you unequip them you get a message talking about how you have to make a conscious effort to loosen up enough to get them out, so it seams reasonable that you can hold them in while that aroused.

I started a brand new char with this mod running after having the ctd error in the shop on another older character. I am using mod organizer and have 1.6 then 1.6.1 loaded after. Is this the issue? Do I need to merge the 1.6.1 with 1.6? All assets run stably until I install this mod. Thoughts please?

Everything outside the shop is standard except for the sign so there should not be anything that should cause the crash.

On a side note, would it be possible for someone to spoil what the enchanted soulgem plugs do? I'd try but I don't have enough gold for it.

I'd try but I don't have enough gold for it. load up the mod in the Creation kit (free with Steam) and search for 'plug' Find the item you want and double click in it. Then in the left look for the 'Enchanting' part. If it's empty or 'none' search for something like item_scriptinstance until you find something like below. Search for that enchantment: You can double click on the effect so see what it does. Or what spell it's linked to (search that again) This works for all mods, so yeah I could just tell you but now you know how to do it Remember to pick the '*all' filter in the Object window when searching.
