You might want to add a -pay- function.

With that you can negotiate prices for certain... services with an NPC.

If you want to go even further you could hookup adding speechcraftXP with the price as a multiplyer to get some level progression out of succesfull conversations.

At this point, a couple of suggestions if i may:

First one is vanilla quest awarness. Things that people can and probably should be aware of and talking about. Thanehood, PC becoming revealed as Dragonborn,  Civil war status etc.

Second - Since SL integration is there, it might be quite impactful to make NPC aware of PC being part of "Covered in cum" SL faction, at least for the face. ATM NPCs are polite enough to ignore it, but feels like they should not be. Another, a much bigger one, is SLSF. While it is something that can greatly improve immersion, the sheer number of different fame categories makes its considerably more complex in raw numbers alone. Besides, there is an NG style replacement in development for it right now. 

  I have little idea on implementation complexity (in fact, for SLSF im reasonably sure its alot of work),  but end result could be immersive experience mixing together things from respectfull guards and up to SLSF fame comments and sexist guards. Except instead of choosing one pre-determined experience,  all of them apply appropriately.

 Guard might be quite sexist and be fully aware that PC is a bit of a Slut (Or even alot) , but he has to respect thanes title, besides, his job is that much safer with an accomplished dragonslayer residing in the city.  And given a bit of randomization behind the scenes, two random generic guards can have active disagreement on weather or not having such a Thane is a blessing, or a curse for the city. This kind of immersion is utterely impossible to expect from pre-written comments, but it is possible with mantella integration.

All great ideas. I particularly like the vanilla quest integration + SLSF integration ideas. Could you (Or someone else) share various quest stages I can check for relevant vanilla conditions?

Yeah, going to add a toggle like I mentioned earlier.

 

It's designed to work with Redux.

hey, I installed everything correctly,  and all is working well, LLM use -spankass-  -halutination-, -undress- all those good keywords, but nothing trigger.  inventory and trade function thought.

 

I'm using a lLama 3.1 instruct 70b . plugins are last of both side. (Mo2).

Upload a copy of your Papyrus.0.log. 

 

Out of curiosity, are you using DD? Is this a new game, or an existing one?

Later versions of the mod / config have updated to use Mantella 0.12. You're on the old version still.

Updated it, I'm having issues getting text input to work. I think its listening for input but I just want to use text input. When I start a convo, I hear the npc talk and the text input doesn't pop up when I hit the hotkey.

That's something with your mantella setup, not this mod.

  Cant say i have much understanding of what is required, but ill sure try to provide something usefull, UESP help me:

Player becomes jarls man/gal on with a mission: Bleak Falls Barrow (MQ103) stage 50; Too minor/ only relevant to whiterun citizens?

could not quickly find a way to distinguish between completing DG questline for Dawnguard, effectively saving everyone and stopping (do they stop after killing Harkon?) vampire attacks and for Vampires, where citizens of Skyrim would see no meaningfull difference. Shutting down the sun is also something that would definetly be a hot topic, but there does not seem to be a quest for it. There are vanilla comments on sun going out, perhaps conditions from those can be used?

   

   Civil war:                 

;This one is a mess, due to Season Unending being a thing its hard to track what regions are under what control. According to the same wiki there is a possibility to check location ownership by civil war factions using location keywords, so it should be possible to trace regions changing hands using combination of those and objectives from umbrella quest CWObj. Its further complicated by the fact that apparently, stormcloaks and imperials reuse the same quest IDs for a bunch of their civil war stuff. So, it would probably take double check if the player is Imperial or Stormcloak and for quest objectives.

Now, if this sort of short summaries is something usefull, i can dig around for smaller, "Regional" news like the ones mentioned in the end of the list, as well as location keywords corresponding to places where people would actually have heared and might care of those.

Hello again, Min!

 

So far everything works good since my last report :) I had to take a short break from games since last Tuesday but yesterday I had time to play again. I still sometimes experience minor issues such as [one character breaking out of scene to get spanked], but whatever...

 

On the original Mantella page (on Nexus) there is an addon called "Free Will Actions" that lets the NPCs sit/follow/dance etc. Even though this addon is outdated (for previous version of Mantella), I wonder if "MinAI" would work with "Free Will Action" hence it gets updated? Or maybe we should kindly ask you to suck in the Free Will Actions into your mod (at least some of them)?

I'm finding that NPC's aren't using the keywords as consistently since updating to the latest version of this mod. I'm using Nous-Hermes-2-Mixtral-8x7. Hermes worked pretty well before, but not so much now. I'm using the prompts as they were when I downloaded them, and not sure what further refining I can do to make them work more often.

It's likely due to me moving the keyword definitions out of the context and into the main prompt. Did you update the prompt to include those when you updated? Refer to the prompt in the config.ini in the github.

I have Sexlab Approach Redux installed and the NPC literally said '-kiss-' (with the hyphens) in her dialogue, but no kissing occurred. Was there something else I needed to enable in Sexlab Approach's MCM or something for this to work?

 

Using Hermes-3 405B Instruct, and I don't see any errors in the Mantella console. I do see it correctly monitoring my arousal, though.

 

EDIT: If it matters, the '-kiss-' as at the beginning of the response and was not a response by itself. She included it with a full sentence that followed.

I can reproduce this regression on my local dev build with that model. Looking into it.

I think -kiss- is from Horrible Harassment, not Approach.

Oh. Then what's the keyword for Approach? Because it says in the download page that Approach allows the NPC to kiss or hug you.
