For v1.4, is the AND PW v4 patch still required when using this mod, AND, and Public Whore 1.2.4?

If you just want AND & PW to work together, use Advanced Nudity Detection - Public Whore Patch. (AND is required to use this patch, because otherwise it's pointless.)

If you want SLSF Reloaded, AND, & PW to all work together, use NymphoElf Public Whore Patch (neither SLSF Reloaded nor AND are required for this patch, but will remove the old SLSF detection from PW).

These patches will continue to be required until PW updates to integrate AND & SLSF Reloaded.

Also, I know this is a request and totally not necessary for you to do, but I've had SGO4 in my load order since forever, and I'm wondering if that could be used to add to the pregnancy fame. SGO 4's integration for does have an optional 'pregnant' faction, so it might be something that could be used to hook in to SLSF Reloaded. If at all possible, would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I worked with @Sicumbaka to develop a patch for this, but if it works he seems to have absconded with it for himself and broken contact with me.

I am extremely hesitant to add SGO4 IF to my development environment because it has MANY requirements and I do not personally use SGO in my game and currently have no desire to - therefore making development a hassle to manage. However, I will once more offer to teach you how to make the patch yourself since you already have it installed (or at least are well within the means to add it). I only say "once more" because of the above mentioned situation with Sicumbaka.

If you accept this offer, and we confirm it works, I will add it to my page as an optional download after it's compiled (or you can post it yourself if you like). Let me know if this interests you. I understand that you are busy, so I will be as flexible as possible.

I can't really say if SLACS Plus works or not because the description is in Russian(?) but the normal SLACS should work based on the description. If you're able to gain Nasty fame then that means its working.

O wow I've never seen it in Russian. I always get it from the loverslab but it is in English every time. I gave up on trying to use Reloaded a while back because SLACS+ works great with Sexy Adventures and the old SLSF but Reloaded always stopped all of that. I feel like old SLSF was making it work for Adventures and thaz all gone with Reloaded. I did see mods like Sexy Adventures recognize cum with Reloaded once or twice, but it was too rare to say it worked. I wonder if thaz changed now. I gotta read up anyway on the new stuff. I do hope I get to use Reloaded some dayyyy 😭😭😭 so thanks for your work 😊

Omg another thing is the Fertiliy Mode Fixes and Tweaks being required is a big dealbreaker for me as that mod breaks the latest Fill Her Up's ability to adjust cum, breaks CumNeedsAddon ability to use Fill Her Up as well as other mods that seem to use Fill Her Up just fine without Fertility Mode v3s tweaks to Fill Her Up which are included in it. Also pregnancy utterly breaks for me with that Fertility Mode update in every instance. I remember when it first came out a lot of people were pointing that out but it just never got addressed at all.

So personally I think I would only use Reloaded if we had some version of the SLSF cum viewing system that leads you see your status in ur inventory and works with SLACS+, and Fertility Mode Tweaks is optional.

O wow but I see Im using version 0.9 still too? Idk tho, it doesn't look likevany of my issues with it were really addressed anyways (not that I could find a changelog lol). Is SLACS+ really that unpopular??? Like it works everyttime out the box and SCOE is just...ooof ridiculously craptastic and buggy. SLACS+ is the safest cum altering mod on the Loverslab to ever support.

Ah what the hayle, I gotta start a new game anyway cuz Im ditching some old junk like Sexist Guards and updating some other mods. I still can't wait to try it, even if it'll just make me sadder when I see it working so well 😂 😂

PS: Id really love to know if this has been tested on AE, cuz apparently iz a thing to test nothing an AE these days despite most of the downloaders definitively using AE nowadays on here

I have not tested it on AE, but assuming the AE version of Sexlab has all the functions SLSF Reloaded needs, it's compatible with AE. This mod doesn't have any DLL files which could directly affect that. Additionally, I'm not aware of any other mods that SLSF Reloaded currently supports being incompatible with AE either, but I very well could be wrong about one or two of them.

Since you're still on 0.9, please try updating to the latest version (1.4) - the cum overlay thing may have been fixed in 1.2

If not, I'll take a look at it and see if I can determine the cause. I'll also try to find the english version you mentioned since that will give me a better idea of what needs to be done.

I actually think this is an issue with Fill Her Up itself. I've run into this issue as well a number of times and at one point I made a patch which seemed to fix it, but I have since lost those files and would have to start over. Depending on various factors, I may be inclined to whip that together, but no promises at the moment.

O sweeeeet, I had to do a new test playthrough for this monstrous load order anyways cuz a rather...large collection of mods like RDS and Sexist Guards were ruining the performance of these other mods, and some others were just ruining my poor tired Papyrus logs 😂

I just started it up with Reloaded and updated a bunch of things, and I'm already excited. I wonder if I'll still see the odd popup saying fame location not recognized even in well recognized areas lol. It never did nothing bad tho. Even 0.9 was recording events flawlessly and giving me ALL the proper fames associated with every scene. I am amazed at how rapid and efficient this mod is with your rebuild. So lemme say congrats for being a badass now before I forget 😂

But as for FHU...yeee it's been a hard one. It's always rough patching for it from what I hear, and it's also regularly going through pretty big changes in structure relative to the update frequency. So I'm never too upset about it not working anymore. It's a very very WIP mod.

I play on AE (1.6.640 though) and have no issues...

SKSE Plug ins status:

https://modding.wiki/en/skyrim/users/skse-plugins

The reason I went to 1.6.640 from 1.5.97 (besides Virtual Studio 2019) is most of the plug ins are already converted.  It's all about longevity, 1.6.640 was the latest for over a year (Sep 22 to Dec 23) and a lot of stuff was converted. Soon 1.6.1170 will surpass it (in time and new mods as well if Bethesda don't fuck it up) So I will upgrade eventually.

All these papyrus mods will work on anything. The more modern (use more than 1 core) SKSE mods are the ones you have to watch.

Is there a solution to the invalid category pop-up?  It's quite frequent and inconvenient, especially in combat.

Which version are you using?

Did you follow updating instructions properly?

Can you provide a Papyrus log?

What does the Pop-Up Error say, specifically?

Gotcha - I have the NymphoElf PW v2 patch and the AND PW patch v4, still a little unclear on which ones I need for AND, SLSF Reloaded, and PW to work together.

And that would be awesome! However, I do not have a working CK setup currently, and for whatever reason, it has eluded me on how to get it working properly with MO2. I have the steam CK installed, but that is proving to have its own problems too. I've never written in papyrus before, but I mean really, how hard could it be? I can probably do a lot of the script editing/writing, but so far as the actual compiling and testing, that's where I have problems. And if we do this, I'd definitely just hand it to you as an optional patch, or maybe a later potential integration once its fully tested.

If you happen to have a source I can read over to get a setup working with CK, or at least allow me to compile scripts, that would be awesome.

Yes, it's 1.4.  Yeah I followed the update instructions.  It'll pop-up in the middle of Whiterun, Myrwatch, etc. and during combat.  Here is the most recent one where the pop-up says: "SLSF Reloaded - Error: Fame Category Invalid" (click OK, repeats about 7-8 times).

I'm not familiar with Papyrus scripting, but line 1233 in SLSF_Reloaded_FameManager.psc doesn't make sense to me:

    String[] PossibleSpreadCategories = Utility.CreateStringArray(PossibleFameSpreadCategories)

PossibleFrameSpreadCategories is an integer counter variable, and PossibleSpreadCategories is supposed to be a string array of the fame category names.  I didn't look at Utility.CreateStringArray but not sure how it gets from a counter variable to a string array.  Seems like a string array of the fame categories is being built a few lines earlier into this variable PossibleCategoryCount?  Is there some code missing here to copy the non-EMPTY values in PossibleCategoryCount into PossibleSpreadCategories?

This is the little kludge that I put in and it seems to work:

	String[] PossibleSpreadCategories = Utility.CreateStringArray(PossibleFameSpreadCategories)
   Int copyIndex = 0
   While copyIndex < PossibleFameSpreadCategories
      PossibleSpreadCategories[copyIndex] = PossibleCategoryCount[copyIndex]
      copyIndex += 1
   EndWhile

@dav42 Yeah it seems I messed up the Fame Spread function. I honestly couldn't tell you what I was thinking but I clearly had a massive brain-fart.

Thank you for this code snippet! That's perfect! I'll credit you for this fix

As for the PlayerScript "HasTag" errors, those seem relatively harmless at the moment.

There's also a minor "bug" with the Change Location portion which I'll also fix.

Thank you for reporting this.

I have the NymphoElf PW v2 patch and the AND PW patch v4, still a little unclear on which ones I need for AND, SLSF Reloaded, and PW to work together.

AND PW Patch v4 is included in NymphoElf Patch v2, so you don't need both. You only need NymphoElf v2 for your case. I definitely need to make that more clear.

GamerPoets has a good set of guides on YouTube. Try seeing if one of those will work to help you get started.

And yes, the script is rather small and easy. Thankfully I still have the instructions I gave to Sicumbaka, so I could basically just run you through that once you get CK working.

Yeah it happens, trust me you get distracted and lose where you left off in your train of thought.  One thing I would say is I think PossibleSpreadCategories is probably unnecessary, you could just use PossibleCategoryCount as it is already indexed 0..PossibleFameSpreadCategories the way you want it, it just has some extra values at the end that you wouldn't look at.

The other thing I noticed is the fame spread does appear to work, but I think the decay is perhaps too aggressive.  It really feels like the decay should take much much longer to happen (feels like the people would have nothing better to do but talk about the dragonborn being a slut and it would be spread far and wide).  I am thinking in terms of the decay rte like "Sex Attributes" from FO4 where the decay could take many days (out of game days).  The other thing that was kind of cool in Sex Attributes is you could have an affinity/perversion to certain factions where you would automatically surrender (the affinity/perversion is built up from prior defeats through a combat mod), maybe an add-on idea to this mod.

For the decay, maybe I will tweak the default hours from 12 to something much larger and see how it feels.

Here is another one to possibly take a look at:

The lines are off because I am testing the patch, but I believe it refers to this line:

TargetLocationIndex = Utility.RandomInt(0, TotalLocations)

which I think should be:

TargetLocationIndex = Utility.RandomInt(0, (TotalLocations - 1))

Perhaps. I'm struggling to fully conceptualize the process of this at the moment. Right now I'm focused on getting something stable and 100% functional. I'll focus on full optimization at a later time.

Yep, you're right. Another minor oversight.

Decay is generally slower than Fame Gain (maximum decay is half of maximum gain), and Fame Spread does not remove fame from the "Spread From" location like the old SLSF does, so the decay function is the only source of, well, decay. That's why I set the default timing as such, plus Decay is supposed to "pause" and skip the next decay iteration, making the effective decay once per day for each location by default, and Spreads effectively once per other-day by default, while still allowing locations to be offset and have their own timers based on WHEN fame is Gained/Spread/Decayed, which is intended to make it feel more 'realistic' and dynamic.

Also, I went with the mindset of "Low Fame" being easier to gain and lose than "High Fame", and since Fame Spread doesn't reduce fame in any capacity, I wanted to be very careful of "Runaway Fame", which if nothing else just doesn't seem 'fun' to me - regardless of the realism aspect.

The timing of Fame Decay and Spread is adjustable in the MCM, so if you feel it's too aggressive you can try reducing the frequency (increasing the timer) and see how that feels.

Yeah it seems like the fame spread is decayed almost immediately, but perhaps that's because I am mostly standing in one city -- perhaps if fame was generated in multiple cities it might compound differently.

Yeah that's what I tried to 'balance' it around. But also, if you maintain high fame in one location it should, theoretically, outpace the decay over a long enough time. And perhaps having a pause for Spread is a bit overkill? I don't want to over-stress Papyrus though

As @Hex Bolt mentioned, I believe you have this mod confused with Fame Comments, which is an extremely popular mod to use in addition to SLSF. But neither SLSF nor SLSF Reloaded by themselves have any dialogue included in them. I completely understand the confusion though.

yeah your are right. I thought they where one and the same. Will the comment mod work with this RELOADED version?

From the Frequently Asked Questions section of the very first post in this thread:

Q: Does Fame Comments work? (or) Why does Fame Comments say I'm missing a master?

A: Fame Comments does not currently work with SLSF Reloaded. Gristle is working on it. Be patient. I cannot do anything about it from my end.

@Merlin Wizzard

What version did this happen on?

Did you update SLSF Reloaded before this error happened? If so, what version were you using previously?

What were you doing when it happened? (Did this happen shortly after a Sexlab animation?)

??????????

Sorry, I haven't loaded the game today. I upgraded from 1.3 and the error came up on game load. I made other game changes and it seemed to load fine for 2 or 3 loads, then popped up again, not sure what I was doing. When I load the game again, possibly on the weekend I'll see when or if it persists.

Ok. I've been looking at the code since you reported it and I simply can't find where it's messed up. So it's probably happening for one of two reasons:

1) You didn't clean your save when you needed to

2) Papyrus is overloaded and sending bad arguments to the function

I can't say for sure which it is, but if it's persisting after updating to 1.5, try cleaning your save.
