Scary shit LOL 😂 But i also admire your creativity. Skyrim must be a place where many things can happen. Not just a garden walk.

I don't know why Agatha has a neck seam. She must be weight 30 to avoid the neck seam. And her clothes must have weight slider enabled. Maybe you have changed it? Which file are you using?

yeah i kinda messed her  up cause i used command "setnpcweight 100" on her to make her fatter...and her head changed completly to some random npc...so i reset her and since then she had that neck seam (probably ill have to reinstall her)

If you saved your game with her weight in 100. Then that change is attached to your save. You need to click on her and use the command again:
setnpcweight 30
disable
enable
