Is anyone else having an issue where whenever your dom redresses you it seems to count as violating the nudity rule for a second and gives you a punishment? Nothing is getting added that uses the slots that are counted for nudity so I'm not sure what exactly is causing it or if there is a bug. All I had one were items added by the mod and boots.

Is there a way to "clean" the quest completely? I stopped the quest via Dialog with the DOM, and than dismissed that follower, but some parts are still running it seems.

I'm still getting the messages "Your master ignores...." and occasional "Kneel.... " so some scripts still seem to be running in the background.

I have it re-worked for 0.1.06 so stuff does not get stripped off (except arm bondage) during sleep.  I will add it to my to-do list to make fine tuning available in that event; especially with furniture sleep already on the to-do list.

Yeah, I will double check everything and make sure it goes away when not in use.  Thanks for letting me know!

I have not noticed this in my testing, but I might not have hit the right conditions.  If you see it again, can you let me know what items triggered it?  I will go take a look at the checks it runs to see if there is anything obvious I am doing wrong.  Right now, it is doing a slot check with a keyword search for clothing / armor, but I will add in some not equals checks for DD/ZAP also.

Hey :), I have been watching this mod for a bit and I have one question, Do the ankle chains actually work? I've tried Skyrim SE adult mods before but the HDT wrist/ankle chain and other devices with the chain didn't work, I'd heard that system simply didn't exist in SE like it did in LE?

They do for me, using:

HDT-SMP (Skinned Mesh Physics) at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

 

Not the best, but they seem to work.  I am going to go check them out in LE now to see if I can tell the difference!

 

Edit: I did check them out in LE, and yeah, actually connect and are functional.  I never will able to look at the SE version the same again!

 

Somebody else did mention the chains for everything work in DD NG.  I have not had a chance to do anything except make sure it works on my test machine so far, but I will test that also.

 

Edit2: Well, on my AE computer with DD NG, the chains seem to work and function.

:) Your mod just became much higher on my SE probably list. I don't have any LL mods on that character so to start adding them is a big step.

0.1.06 Development Update

 

So, this was supposed to be a small maintenance build, and then...

  • Lots of bug fixes.  Most equipment should stay equipped for events (sleeping, put on display, camping).
  • Selections for several more custom bondage slots, added more ZAP bondage items.
  • Ability to tune several item slots in and out and custom bondage support for Harsh Bondage event.
  • Added new dirt mechanic (optional with preference flag)
    • Adventuring and fighting outside of cities and towns adds dirt (0-20 scale).
      • Dom will refuse sex over a threshold
      • Swimming naked will clean (or getting tied to water wheel)
      • New inspection event, stripped down, tied spread and commented on by Dom (still limited).  Only two outcomes currently (punished if dirty, sex if clean).
  • Devious Devices Contraption furniture support
  • Furniture placement system
    • Select furniture type (80 ZAP, all DD contraptions) in MCM and hotkey for furniture menus
    • Ability to Add (selected type), Select Items (quest marker support for ease of location), Move to player (with z rotation), Delete, Rotation (xyz) and Position (xyz) fine tuning via popup menus.

 

Some stuff that may make this build, and if not, will be in the next build:

  • Furniture use for sleep events.
  • Camping will use detected furniture if in close range of a furniture item (vs. only dropping the bitch lesson ZAP item).
  • DM3 furniture (soft requirement support).

Maybe anybody that has used DD Contraption furniture(s) might be able to answer this question (I will post it on the DD support thread if not).  Is taking health damage and not being able to time skip while in furniture normal behavior for the furniture?  or is this just a me problem?

This is one of the issues I am having with Devious Devices and my opinion why it needs an up grade. This HDT-SMP conflicts with other physics mods and outfits. ON the latest GOG FNIS game.

 

Devious devices at this time are still not visible, or work with the CBBe 3 body, and physics mods that the body needs.

 

The interesting thing is that some Devious devices are visible on the head, hands and feet. Yet not on the body.

 

I am testing a new game. I am wondering if it is going to work this time.

Interesting, I'm using DDNG 0.3.7 with SE 1.5.97 and don't have either of these problems.

 

By the way DDNG also has a fairly active Discord server if you need quicker answers.

Yes that is the expected behaviour for the furnitures in Devious Contraptions. They will lock you in for a random amount of time and there's nothing you can do about it.

Something is broken on your end cause they're supposed to do that 😅
btw I asked in their discord and it's an old feature that would be fairly simple to change / remove

OK, if it is a known behavior of DD Contraptions, I think my short term solution is to provide min / max times for furniture events (if you are stuck, at least it is bearable time that you agreed to).  And stuff that is longer like Sleep and Camping, when using DDC devices, give the ability to keep going back to sleep to pass time (that was a known bug I needed to deal with anyway).

OK, I have the fake sleep working on furniture.  When you press the action key, it fades to black, skips some hours (random 1 to 5) and will apply the rested effect after the events.  So that should fix the hidden bedroll not working with furniture sleep issue.

 

Quick question for anybody keeping up with this.  I have the Put On Display furniture event with a 0-120 minute (game time) min max.  Is that enough of a range for everybody, or should I extended it out a bit?  Like the max I would use without skipping might be 20-30, but in case there are any boredom masochists?

 

Oh, and I got the Camping event working with existing furniture items.  Here is a shot of it working with a DDC item.

About the chastity belt(s) I know there are options in there, but is there a way to have it equip and/or respect the one you are already wearing? I like open belts but the mod equips full/closed belts?

I added some open belts in 0.1.06.  I am going to work on making the mod give you the ability to make note of equipped items you would prefer to use vs. the built in, but still on my to-do.  Thanks for reminding me about this!

Missed this in the 0.1.06 release notes:

  • Camping will use furniture that already exists if you are kneeling close to it when you ask to make camp
  • Sleep events will use furniture if they find it vs. hogtie (I will add an MCM option to set probability for either in 0.1.07)
  • Action key will do fake sleep event that passes time and will give you a Rested buff at the end.

Couple issues: Lola has a "must wear arm / leg cuffs" rule, and it conflicts with your bound hands rule. I get the dialogue to free my hands but nothing happens.
No restraints (except gag) get equipped when sleeping, dunno if this is intended or not. On that note, one very minor nitpick: Sleeping hogtie animation has a rope connecting wrists to ankles, and it looks pretty weird when not wearing rope restraints. Would it be possible to only add that bit if wearing ropes? Again this is very very minor so just ignore it if it requires more than a minute of work 

As for that UD issue above, mine works perfecty so I don't think it's this mod's fault

Yeah, this mod checks to see if you have anything equipped in those slots will not remove and equip and it stores equipped items by an internal ID vs the actual form so it is knows how to swap stuff in and out (within this mod).  For laughs, can you run the safeword under debug and check if it unequips the lola cuffs?  If they are marked as quest items / not generic, that routine will leave them alone.  And if you do try, it would be helpful to know if SLTR is watching for their removal and gets mad. If so, swapping them in and out might create some undesirable results 😀 I just rebuilt my main test machine (it was getting a little clunky), and I need to get some of the more common mods on so I can start running more of these test scenarios.

 

So the hogtie SHOULD be equipping ZAP wrist and ankles ropes that match up with the hogtie rope.  Think that might be more of the same issue as above?
