Glad the zap stuff is working for you!  ZAP didn't have boots, and unless I am overlooking, there were no piercings either.  They do have nipple screws (I didn't check them out yet, but I would assume they would be more clamping than piercing), but I could add those to the the dropdown so at least there would be something.

I finally installed DM3 for SE today (again after a couple of years) and it is really actually quite stable for an in-development project.

It would be pretty easy to scan the room for furniture and use that as the "bed", the only drawback is my hidden bedroll code will not work if the sub is in furniture, so I would have to do just apply a rested effect after the time elapses vs. using the action key to sleep.  Maybe I can just fade to black and apply that effect so it seems like sleep when you press the action key (minus the selecting the number of hours).

 

Everybody keeps sending fun ideas.  I am going to be coding forever!

I am beginning to think that my cbbe has a body issue. Somehow almost everything that has to do with the body is invisible. All the Devious gags work, and that is on the head. The zap works on the hands binding. all of the zap hand bindings work. When my follower decided to tie up my player in rope severe rope bondage it used the Devious items on the cbbe body, and the body vanished. The head and the hair and the Devious gag were visible.

 

However, the hands were visible and not bound. The feet are also visible.

 

Very strange, I wonder how to fix this issue because the zap items don't work as well on the cbbe body, could another cbbe body work? I just added a cbbe 3ba and it did not help. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

 

I just got a dress mod called layered gowns, and it also does not work in the same way as as the devious devices do not work on the cbbe 3ba body. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

 

Binding is a great mod, thank you, I am having a blast with it.

Quick observation: DD Leather Panel (and color variants) equip ebonite gags instead of leather. And while I'm at it, would it be possible to add the non-harness version too?

does anybody else has that Problem, that the "[Bind]" Dialog doesn't show up? I mean I can get the first one, but than thats it, The hotkey and every thing else seem to work.

I updated from 1.02 where it did work to 1.04, then 1.05 - the Safeword didn't help either

Yeah, I am pretty sure I used ebonite on everything that is leather.  I should have updated all the naming.  I will fix the naming and add the non-harness version of the panel (and add the leather when I am stuck on a technical problem and need some cut and paste zen).  Thanks for pointing this out!

You should see just one when you interact standing and it is just a trick dialog to get you to speak without kneeling.

 

When you kneel and then speak to the Dom follower, it will open up a bunch of binding specific conversation options.

 

Let me know if that doesn't work!

Sadly no, both of them are missing.

And normaly when you kneel, you get a whole other dialog. I just see the normal / default / standard? 😉 one

Yes I did, but the follower I had before, couldn't be a DOM / had the Bind Dialog - I tried Utherd, she gets the Dialog, but after that to mentioned happens.

When you check first MCM page on binding, do you see the right follower listed as the correct Dom?  What follower framework are you using?

I'm Using Nethers Follower Framework, which did work with 0.1.0.2

The first Page says, the Uthgerd is the DOM (as I'm thinking of it I could have chosen Jenassa for testing... anyways - I digress :D)

I also tried a Clean Safe.

So far the quest starts, Uthgerd gets the Marker over her Head

The main_quest is at stage 0.

 

EDIT: I did try it on a new Game and it does work properly ... so I think I f***ed something up, with trying to make it work!

 

Also is there anyway I could "blacklist" some Items? For example, I've got somehow problems with "Silver Fetters (chained)" which leads massive Framedrops in 3d Person and the game becomes unplayable, so I'd like to blacklist them.

Yeah, that is the only DD physics item I am using right now.  Let me see if I can get that on a selector at the very least.  Then people could swap in normal leg cuffs.  They would be just decorative, but at least it would not nuke your frame rate or make you need to build a non physics version of the same item.

@Lazy Palm Two potential bugs I may have seen, if not already identified. 

 

1. When Camping after waking up in the morning, I always seem to be equipped with a gag which doesn't appear to be acknowledged as a rule (although your MCM will have it detected) - I usually end up using the remove all through Devious Devices to get out of. 

 

2. If you have the Collar rule .. in my case an Iron Collar, but then you get the I want to see you bound tightly (Harsh bondage) because of the chain collar & Harness trying to be applied  you get a prompt saying you can't equip two collars and therefore the full attire isn't equipped .. It doesn't seem to affect anything though and at the end you are back in original rule sets.

I think I created that gag bug when I added the furniture mid point to hogtie transition in the event.  

 

For the second one, I tried to leave the collar on during more events, but it would clash with that item.  I will see if I can fix that also.

When you kneel can you open up the console and type sqv bind_mainquest and scroll up into the bind_mainquestscript until you find a variable called SubIdleState? It should say 2 when you are kneeling.

 

It will look like:

::SubIdleState_var = 2

 

Or at least it should.  If you get a chance to check it out, let me know.

 

Edit: also check and make sure SexLab is showing Yes on diagnostics page of the MCM.  The kneel uses the SexLab FindBed function to determine if you are kneeling near a bed.  Maybe if that is failing it is blowing up the whole thing.

There is a minor problem with the no beds rule. The follower sleeps in the bed and afterwards he stands and gets dressed standing on the bed. That's not only slightly unimmersive, it also leads to him getting stuck if it's one of those noble beds with an upper frame. While he will teleport out of it eventually, but that makes it ... well somewhere between comical and frustrating., ^^

Yeah, that is a bit immersion breaking 😀

 

I will drop them in a hover around the player package (to keep them from wandering around the tavern nude) for a few second before I trigger that dress method.  That should at least get them up and walking around first. Thanks for pointing that out!

Not that I know of, but I am still pretty new to modding.  I would assume there is lot that could be done if somebody was good at animation building and combined that with the vehicles stuff, or maybe a really interesting armor mod.
