Just get yourself arrested and trigger the Event. Guards will lead you there.

use the bed. it doesnt actually use ingame time.

Then you have some mod installed which messes with the vanilla jail beds.

i see! thank you for your replies ill try to figure it out! btw if i remove the restrains i can use wait time..is it ok to advance the quest?

As I said, the Quest doesnt actually use game time. It uses internal steps which only advance when events trigger. I.e using the wait function will have no effect.

The Event itself is a PA extension, and therefore is designed to work with single followers only.
For this particular mod at least Im not planning on supporting higher numbers.
Screenshots which show more are just me toying around. Some locations have an extra hanging spot, but thats only for manual use and is not part of any scene.

It enables a player/follower Holding System on the Execution plaza in Solitude and has multiple execution scenes.

Hello, I'm really hoping you or someone else can help me figure this out. I've been trying the past two days to get the Outdoor Events to work, but no matter what I do, the guards take their prisoner to the execution site and then just... stand there. After hours of experimenting, I've gathered some information.

 

-All the other PA mods (wonderful work, btw) work as intended. I have Prison Alternative (obviously) and all of its requirements (including ZAP), and I also have Bad Ends Windhelm, Riften, and Solitude. Using the Deadly Devices by themselves also works.  It's just the Outdoor with the issue.

-I do have some DD mods in the game, but I've tested it with no restraints equipped or even in my inventory. Everything works fine except for the last stretch.

-I have started a completely new game after installing all the mods. I've been mostly testing in Whiterun, but I can confirm that neither Riften, Windhelm, nor Solitude work either.

-I've tried cleaning my files and meshes using SSEEdit, but it seems to have no effect whatsoever on the outdoors.

-I have tested with just my PC, just a Follower, PC and Follower, and two Followers (using the playerteammate console command). Everyone just gets to the gallows and stops, and sometimes the NPCs just start walking away (not the guards though).

-I've tried pulling the chain and getting arrested. The results are the same.

-I've uninstalled and reinstalled all the PA mods at least three times, with no obvious changes.

 

I'm truly at the end of my rope here (pun intended), and I feel like there's little more I can do without help. I've tried my best to see if I misconstrued any of your instructions, and everything I need is present and up to date. If you can provide any possible insight it would be greatly appreciated.

DD does have side effects even when none of their restraints are equipped or in inventory.
Uninstall it and see if that solves the problem.

Update: I tried removing everything DD from my modlist, even going so far as to completely nuke my Skyrim setup and start from scratch with everything but DD. No change. Do you have any other suggestions?

That came off as rude. Apologies. The laptop keyboard just wasn't up to the task and I hadn't saved in a while. 

Unforgiving Devices has a interesting mechanic. Orkish Bounty Hunters has the poison bar. Have the player choose to drain magicka or stamina to drain a device health bar if you want to roll your own. Or Flash Games - Struggling QTE for something pre-made.

Hi. I have an issue that the 2 guards always disappear after the sex scene, which lead to the next phase was not triggered and my char stuck in the kneeling position forever. Any idea what cause this problem? Thanks.

I see that you have implemented a walk transition scene to the hanging.
Can you implement an arrest scene like that of prison overhaul patched for the main mod?
Like, the guard arrests you, bounds your hands, takes you to jail, strips you in prison and then puts you into your cell?

Its not abandoned, I simply cannot reproduce this issue on my end and don't have enough info from the affected parties to make an educated guess.

It happened to me during an outside hanging event by the lake near Riften. It did not happen during the "balance on a log" hanging event near Morthal (?). I changed from POP patched to prison alternative mid save (still lvl 1 tho), dunno if that might be a cause.

Thanks for the reply. This time after I re-install everything the hanging event works now.
