How does the futa fathered pregnancy calculate inherited traits? I have two pure-blooded futas impregnating each other and none of the children get pure-blooded.

Prehaps I made an error for pure blooded? Other traits work so the calculations are correct, but it is a sea of code that is easy to miss a mistake.

Does that mean you need to add trait inheritance manually to get your pregnancy system to work for females? That's sounds aggravating. Does that mean all traits added by other mods will be unable to inherit?

Correct and correct. Each and every possibility has to be typed up manually, and since I do not own other mods I haven't added traits such as Elf Destiny into consideration.

Would you mind pointing out where all these traits are in your mod files, so we could at least, add traits from other mods by ourselves locally for our own mod compilations ? 🙏

You are a brave person. Its a shame that the system makes you do that, there are some great mods that would work so well here. I was tinkering trying to make another mods traits inheritable by futa, but this is probably one step to far. My skills are, at best, limited.

Its in Futa Events 2, but I would be careful. That file is heavily scripted and ties to multiple sytems of the mod.

Thanks! I know it can be a bit disapointing, but I like to look at in in the light that this is still a functional pregnancy sytem where before there was none. Adding traits of other mods might not be as big a deal as I think it is, but I would rather not do such things without premission.

On a separate note: how "back-up wifes" event can be triggered ? Saw image of it in files but wasn't able to trigger it and have no idea how

it's one of the femboy events. you have to max out your enclave rank, then wait for the femboy initialisation event to fire. Choose to accept femboys in that event and that activates a random pulse that contains the event you want to find. when/how frequent you get it also depends on the gamerule you set for event frequency, but basically you have to accept femboys first.

Holy spaghetti monster! I just looked at the event code. Were you not able to create an on_birth event where if the mother has futa pregnant you add the futa fathered trait? That way you don't have to repeat all that code.

I noticed pure-blooded has code for "not has blood 1" and "not has blood 2" ie 0 blood perks and 1st blood perk respectively, but is there supposed to be a check for if you have blood 2/not have blood 3?

Originally yes, but seeing as every other trait does not happen in on_birth I moved it for compatability sake.

Probably

Confirmed this is the issue. My dynasty had blood 4 and I had to remove blood 2, 3, and 4 to get pure-blooded to appear on birth.

Edit: copied the code for not has blood 2 and pasted them into the not blood 3 and 4 blocks and that seems to have fixed it.

Sidenote: spindly not blood 4 comment says spindly not blood 1 by mistake.

I will try and correct that for the next update then, thank you.

If I remember correctly, Men, Woman and Futanari each have slightly different interactions avialable with Fembois. So even though you played as a Female, the other 2 may feel different. Additionally, if you are a Femboi there are more unique events.

Hello, I am newer to using ck3 mods. I looked back a few pages ago to look for why the event for backed up hadn't fired. I launched with all mods off besides carnalitas stuff to prevent conflict and it didn't work. I also made sure to have the trait be on genetic. You said before these are the only reasons why it may have an error, I'd assume no new information would give an fix. Also the trait doesn't appear in ruler creator if that is intentional or an issue on my end.

Welcome to mods, they can be confusing sometimes. Backed up does not show up in the ruler designer, that is normal. Did you play for at least a year? Was your character an adult? Backed applied around a year (ish) to adults with the Genetic Futa trait.

Each attempt I had got at least 2 years in some a lot longer to see if it would pop up. Always adult, Attempts varied from 18-30 Years old. The mod says it works with 1.11.5 but Carnalitas is a higher version and I believe that caused the crashes when I went back to see if version was an issue(I of course went back to current Ck3 version). I thought I found the problem with Futa not appearing congetial but in game it adds it to the trait. How do I find the event ID, maybe I force it to appear? Though I'm unsure if future events would have issue as well.

Yiou can ignore version number, it just wants the most recent Carn version. Are you sure your mod paths are correct? If there is a red triangle, it is wrong. The event ID is: futa_events.0001

Hey quick question, how do futanari invasions actually work? For me no matter how much I invest I never get a casus beli or anything so I'm wondering if I have to trigger it somehow?

Well... I found the issue. After seeing the menu say this event does not exist I decided to try and redownload the file and then I saw it. I downloaded the wrong file... installed right one and got the event. Thanks for spending the time to help a fool. Sorry!
