(I know I've posted this pic before but that was a different matter entirely) You can tinker on the ears very well with vanilla Racemenu nowadays. Try it. Skin looks like FSC, eyes look like from "eyes of beauty", normalmaps could be from EEO (ethereal elven overhaul) - most common on Dunmer. Hair is apache or kaidos - nothing fancy. Face tattoo is vanilla skyrim, body tatt... hm, no idea.

You can just get those textures out of the follower folders as she's standalone. o Thanks I Just saw the link you gave me and he/she used K enb for the images when took pictures of that follower and its effect cause the textures to look like they are looking in the pictures also tan lines are used as well.
