Found here on LL. It's part of the Studded Leather set. I checked all LDW armor again and it's not from there...

Shizune Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 That was a bonus. But I noticed as I opened up the meshes in Nifskope that both weights were identical, which is a shame. And frankly, regular UNP thighs would have been preferable. Oh yeah - and it doesn't have butt or belly bones (just plain old BBP). Which you would expect a body mesh to have by now. Actually I don't use HDT except from high heels system so that's not that much problem for me.

He is working on a Complete Edition which should include that stuff again and everything else up to current, but not sure when that is coming out. But until then, check here. This has a link to the old Studded Leather set that was removed. It has that outfit in it. Be warned, the names are not english, so they will be blank in game (there is an english esp though on that same page). You can craft them in the Studded category at the forge.
