This works off a script similar to the "Sword Yamato" mod. Make sure you copied the files correctly if they're loose files. Then ingame run -> help "whateverkatanname" see what appears. Look for the one you want and/or maybe just add them all. They'll de-dupe when you equip, unsheath, and sheath. I am pretty sure that they are from an abandoned realistic vagina mod which predates the one that is currently a WIP. Similar screenshots of the same scenario were asked about and that was the reply.

In FONV, I made use of a Superheated Cosmic Knife which had a glow. The knife in the left hand in the above image sort of put me in mind of that.
