Not idea about the panties on the head, but the piece in the second image is the Zhanyi Scroll to the bottom of the top post. I do not believe it is compatible with SOS because of a minor texture issue. I do remember seeing a post recently about someone making it compatible though.

He didn't specify what he wanted in the picture. If he is simply looking for the base outfit, it is most certainly not private. Conversions to different bodies can be done easily for this outfit using bodyslide and outfit studio. A 7B conversion also exists here on L L.
