I know they're marked, but I just have to not pay attention one time and I trigger the quest line. In some games, I'd like to be able to not have to worry about that but still explore the other questlines. Not a big deal if it can't be switched off, but if it can I'd like to know how to do it

The Tattoo issue was my fault, My player was wearing Tattoos already, 4 to be precise, 4 slots filled, 2 slots tagged external so none were left to be used. went to data/SKSE/plugins/skee64 opened with notepad ++ adjusted the number of overlays for the body from 6 to 12, problem fixed. 1

I tried figuring it out in Creation Kit - but the Aetherium Forge activator script doesn't have anything related to this mod in it. I looked through pretty much every script I could find (that was in the Deviously Accessible mod) and ... nothing related to Aetherium or forge. Edited November 14, 2024 by Allen Harris

The perk which gives the spells and combat entry points also has an entry point which gives an activate option under extensive limited conditionals, one of which is that the activator is marked with a keyword that only the actual aetherium forge reference has.

Is this the condition? Because I may have an explanation - when I finished the scene after sitting in the trap chair, the script placed the belt in my inventory, but it *shows* as unequipped - even though it's equipped. And it doesn't show on my body. Maybe the condition doesn't realize the belt was equipped on me because the equip script bugged out? Edit: Also, just tried the tattoo route but no tattoo is showing. I'm on AE, but I've got SlaveTats installed. Any idea why that might be happening? (NM, I uninstalled a few mods and reinstalled SlaveTats and JContainers and the tatto works now.) Horologia Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 As i've just discovered this mod as the culprit, for everyone else wondering: This mod basically tanked my arousal every minute or so (whenever those introspection-thoughts happened, my arousal is dropped by around 10, which lead to my character never beeing aroused, thus never providing the arousal for other mods to hook into) It was completly my fault of course, as i've should have read the description and immediatly go for this one, but i was stupid.

Senick2 Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 I got to what I thought was the end of the Good Girl quest, "serviced" 10 people and got released from the Punished Pet effect and he even says he thinks it safe to release the character into the wilds or something, but then it just continues as normal with my character still clearing the debuff with the mage. Isn't he supposed to "release" the character to the public at this point?

The devices are showing unequipped in the inventory and actually deleted themselves before I console'd them back into existence. Can't talk to any blacksmiths about them, can't talk to the professors about the cuffs or tattoo, can't talk to Arniel Gane about the tattoo which isn't showing on my character's body at all, and can't use the Aetherium Forge to break anything. Any ideas? Edit: Apparently having the devices remove themselves counts as removing them, and the quest completed as if I'd removed them. Edited December 27, 2024 by Reaper121

One variant of the Odd Letter is intended to seem like it was written by an uneducated semi-literate person, so it has misspellings and bad grammar. The content of the letter is not important. After receiving the letter, travel to the area southwest of Helgen and search for a cave named "Ancient Men-Of-Kreath Shrine". Here is a screenshot of the map location: Spoiler
Herowynne Posted January 5, 2025 Posted January 5, 2025 (edited) @flinch147 In my testing, the Eldritch Horrors Waifu path's Strange Chastity Belt does not equip its script instance, so the Strange Chastity Belt is not visible on the player after returning to the cave, even though the player inventory shows the belt is equipped. This happened when I tested the Eldritch Horrors Waifu path, and also happened on a new character when I used AddItemMenu to obtain the Strange Chastity Belt and equipped it manually. Maybe there is something wrong with how the belt is defined in the ESP file? To work around the problem during the Eldritch Horrors Waifu path, I used console commands to obtain the script instance and equip it: player.additem xx16D452 1 player.equipitem xx16D452 The belt became visible on my character after using these commands. Additionally, the Waifu path did not add to inventory or equip the "Plug (Unknown Crystal) (Vaginal)" xx16833B after returning to the cave. I'm guessing it was supposed to, because the walkthrough says "Mechanics: Forced to wear questlocked piercings, belt and plug." Edited January 5, 2025 by Herowynne

While we're at it, I noticed that Plug (Welkynd) Anal seems to have incorrect script attached. When attempting to unsert it while Plug (Welkynd) Vaginal is already equipped, a window about unequipping vaginal plug is shown. In order to properly equip anal plug, vaginal plug needs to be removed first, then anal plug inserted and only then vaginal plug can be equipped. With both plugs in, when attempting to remove anal plug first, a message is displayed suggesting we are actually trying to remove vaginal plug, instead of anal. This reminded me of that issue with DCL plugs we had a PM exchange some time ago. I have not yet had the chance to look at it in xEdit and compare if that is indeed the case.

You should only be getting the plug if you resisted, but if you have the (presumably) papyrus load issue affecting the belt you won't be getting the plug in either case, or the nipple piercings for that matter. 1
