Is making slave eunuchs/beardless eunuchs in this mod supposed to require two separate imprisonments?

If you castrate a prisoner it gets freed. This is a vanilla feature, not touched by this mod. If you want to enslave them then yes, you need to somehow imprison them for a second time. Or you could first enslave them, then imprison, then castrate.

Any chance of adding traditions? Could have resistant or accepting attitude towards it. Could make it interesting if someone is more likely to resist and join schemes or if they're culture is more accepting of it, they would have no negative affect of being taken/their family being taken. Or even be prone to certain traits like content or ambitious?

Thanks for the feedback, good idea! Unfortunately I am rather busy at the moment and barely able to keep my mods up-to-date with CK3. So I wouldn't promise anything.

Is the slave-concubines event not causing children? Both my char and the slave-concubine have 100% fertility but nothing ever happens.

Not sure which event do you mean? To have children from your slave concubines, you need to have sex ("Make Love") with them. The success is not guaranteed but fertility is taken into account.

Unfortunately it's not possible to mod "passive pregnancy" like with official spouses.

Unfortunately, the AGOT sub-mod has not seen updates since May, which is likely why you are having issues with it. The slave "culling-off" is a feature, but it's only supposed to happen to "pool" slaves (wandering slaves that are being traded by wandering merchants). For whatever reason, it seems that in AGOT it happens to slaves owner by rulers as well.

I am rather busy right now and barely able to keep my mods up-to-date. I will try to update the AGOT sub-mods to the latest AGOT version, but if it's too much work I may drop support for AGOT altogether.

Slave concubines only have the "demand sex" interaction which has a much longer cooldown and require a hook I think.

"Proper" slave concubines (those having the court position) have "Make Love", not "Demand Sex". You can use it with them without spending a hook. The cooldown is always the same (1 year), and you can disable it (using the Carnalitas game rule), and also disable the "effect block" (using the CLR game rule).

Downside is that everyone can use the slave-concubines with the court position, right?

Are the mameluke-captain court positions working? I have hundreds of slaves, many very capable warriors, but none show up for the court position. Do I need to be muslim to use it?

i think they also need a commander trait

You mean "not everyone can use the slave-concubines with the court position" I believe? Yes, that's right. And it's intentional, the mod tries to maintain some degree of historical accuracy in the spirit of the rest of CK3. You can only have slave concubines if you religion allows polygamous relations of any kind, either multiple spouses or concubines.

If you don't have slave concubines, also for "Demand Sex" you can disable the cooldown and its effect block via the CLR options.

If you see the court position at all, then you meet the requirements for it (Clan or Administrative government, or a Slave Employer attitude).

As for the character requirements, you should be able to see them in the tooltip. They are: capable, min 5 martial and prowess, knight, and at least 1 commander trait.

Is this compatible with phazes mods (Futa and Degen?)

Never played with them, so don't know for sure. I see they are rather large and based on Carnalitas, so there is some potential for conflict. I don't see any info about what do they modify from vanilla or Carnalitas, so it's hard to tell without examining their entire codebase, and that's too much. You could ask their author, or you could just give it a try. Put them after CSR in the load order, CSR will overwrite certain things anyway and may break some of their features if there is a conflict.

I am adapting the mod to the latest AGOT now and about to release a patch. I looked into this issue and perhaps the reason for it is not that the mod wasn't updated. The selling off behavior is triggered yearly if the check carnx_can_be_slave_owner_trigger returns false. In CSR vanilla, this is never the case. In CSR AGOT, the check is as follows:

carnx_can_be_slave_owner_trigger = {
	is_human = yes
	NOR = {
		has_trait = nightswatch
		has_trait = silent_sister
		has_trait = maester
		has_trait = septon
		has_trait = kingsguard

		has_title = title:b_ruins
		has_title = title:b_more_ruin
		has_title = title:b_the_most_ruin
	}
}

To my knowledge, all human rulers should satisfy the check (except if playing Nightswatch, but I understand that's not the case). Still, could you please double check if you have any of the above traits by any chance?

I just released version 0.9.0 of the CSR AGOT Compatibility mod, see file. This version is compatible with CK3 1.17.x and AGOT 0.4.13. For more information, see the description and change notes.

@kinglord321 It's updated now, please give it a try.

Hey folks,

Having trouble with CSR/AGOT. I've downloaded all com patches, loaded them in the prescribed order, double checked all game and mod versions and still end up having a bug where it makes artifact art disappear.

I've done a clean mod playset with nothing except base AGOT/CSR (and all the required patches) and still run into the same problem, but remove CSR and the CSR AGOT compatch (while leaving all other mods, including all the other Carnalitas mods) and it suddenly everything works fine, so, a little stumped.

I did a search and it sounded like one other user was having a similar issue, but his request was mostly dismissed. Anyone else run into this issue, or have any thoughts/ideas?

Thank you!

Could you post a screenshot or describe in more details what exactly are you observing? CSR doesn't change anything related to artifacts, and certainly not artifact graphics (or any graphics). I can't think of how it could break artifact art in AGOT, and I can't see any issues in a quick test. I will take another look if I have more information.

Can I send a slave as a gift to a courtier? Not just the one-time courtesan use.

Not to a courtier, courtiers can't own slaves in CSR. Only count or above rulers and wandering slave traders can own slaves. This is intentional as slaves owned by non-rulers forces solving many weird cases that can only be solved imperfectly due to vanilla behavior.

Dear mod author, please tell me how to change the number of slaves manually in court. Thank you in advance

What number of slaves exactly?

Hey @pharaox Been a while since I used slaves but wanted to play an evil run in AGOT  using this and AGOT compatibility mod recently. Now after playing a bit I seem to be having an issue where my slaves are being randomly culled by some event. Basically was playing AGOT and taking certain characters as slaves and they were disappearing at very specific times. At first I thought it was an agot event which was causing them to disappear (b/c its characters like the targs+elia+lyanna) in the roberts rebellion bookmark and they have some scripted stuff happen to them but I looked at those events and I can prevent them by imprisonment and but that did not work in my case.

I looked in the debug log and found the following sort of events for all my slaves right before exit after they disappeared without a trace to see what was happening:

[17:23:55][D][jomini_effect_impl.cpp:446]: file: common/scripted_effects/carnx_debug_effects.txt line: 4 (carnx_debug_log_effect): 18th Ninth Moon, 285 A.C.: Lady Lyanna of The North (102397): Selling off slave
[17:23:55][D][jomini_effect_impl.cpp:446]: file: common/scripted_effects/carnx_debug_effects.txt line: 4 (carnx_debug_log_effect): 18th Ninth Moon, 285 A.C.: Lady Lyanna of The North (102397): Slave sold off

Just to be clear I never sold them off using the commands or anything like that. Any idea what could be happening here and how to prevent it? I have Carnalitas,CBO,wicked debauchery(lite version),Your Carnalitas agot compatch and dynamic affairs only plus this. CSR+CSRAGOT compatch are at the end of my load order. Game has 0 other visible issues or crashing. Some other info: Ironborn independent pirate with laws allowing all slavery (guess it uses thralls?). Slavery allowed in realm laws also.

Edit: Confirmed with a random char without story content it looks like they are being culled with the yearly pulse or something like that? Does not always effect all of them sometimes only some of them. Its inconsistent who gets culled. Remaining slaves who live are freed for some reason.

can confirm, happened in my games too

Could you check if your ruler happens to satisfy the trigger described in this response?
