The nails may be controlled by YPS, so uncheck the option in the YPS MCM and see if that helps.

Played around in the YPS but nothing worked. I will disable the removal of the nails for now. Does anyone else have this kind of problem or is it just me?

Please help me with this: after reinstalling the game build  the clothes on Bimbo from the mod stopped displaying. I installed the YPS mod (without DD). I had no such problems before. Without the YPS mod, the clothes display correctly.

Have you also tried YPS with DD? It won't mean that you'll see DD devices appear everywhere, YPS only uses DD for its own quests, and as long as you don't do those, you'll be fine.

That feature was always a bit fiddly. It's pegged to the Change Location event in the story manager, which seems a bit unreliable.

I vaguely remember having trouble getting Slavetats to have a nice glow when applying them with papyrus. Maybe I'll double check, that was a good while ago.

No, nothing's changed there in a long time. What fail condition do you get- Morella talks about you being spotted, or says you attacked Lyli?

If you were spotted, the questline continues and you just miss out on the reward for Panty Raid.

Have you run Bodyslide to build the clothes?

Can't remember the exact line, but remember it mentioning Lyli screaming. Just about to start a new playthrough from some other mods being updated, so I'll check.

 

Cause of the hostility being triggered, I've not been carrying on with the quest to see if the next one comes along.

I haven't done that. Bimbos versions 1.8.4 and 1.9.1 worked without YPS. Do you think that's the problem?

If I recall from when I was getting some pointers from other tat creators as I started working on my own pack of slavetats, it's because slavetats don't use or have an alpha channel/value which is what overlays use for their glow in Racemenu. I think slavetats are strictly RGB rather than RGB-A and sort of "fake" the glow for lack of a better term. It's why with lighting mods such as ENB you can apply a glow to a slavetat, but it won't actually glow and illuminate the area around it, rather just retain its brightness in low light where overlays will illuminate the areas around them if they have a glow.

 

I haven't kept up with the handful of AE or remaster mods for slavetats so maybe one of those changes them to have alphas, but other than that it might just not really be possible with slavetats to get a really nice "real" glowing look :( 

 

If you decide you really want a glowing tat and would like to change it to be applied as an overlay I'm more than happy to make an alpha for the tat(s) you would want it for! My current in progress 3DX project has taught me all about how to make glowing tattoos and alphas for designs (see spoiler) and it almost 100% translates back to Skyrim tats.

Oh, since you know a bit how Slavetats work, do you perhaps also know something about its Gloss feature? From what I recall it uses existing specular map and then multiplies the effect of it, but whenever I try to mix specular nicely- it just comes looking either matted or overly shiny.

If/when you implement lip morphs, would you consider adding items or events (not necessarily quests for obvious reasons) that temporarily make the player character's lips swell even if she's not cursed yet? E.g. a helmet or mouthguard that slowly increases their size while worn. Temporary morphs in general is something that would be nice to have.

On a similar note, while it's very unlikely to happen unless I personally start learning how to make quests, it would be neat to have one where a non-cursed player character is offered a quick gig as a guard at some kind of a huge party for a suspiciously vague occasion (which actually changes depending on dialogue options), but she has to wear a specific suit of concealing armor provided to her the whole time like the other women they've already hired. Then it turns out that the whole thing is a scam and the armor is cursed to temporarily mold the wearer's body into that of a bimbo after being worn for long enough (plus some serious debuffs), forcing the player character to escape from the place before the attendants get their hands on her and trigger the actual bimbo curse to make those changes stick.

Specular is something I unfortunately don't have a great understanding of, but @Predator-RJ might be able to share some insights. I know they did some nice looking stuff with speculars for their SMP lips mod to add a gloss effect.

Hi @jib_buttkiss I am having trouble getting the "BoS_RepeatingQuestCompleted_Event" Event to work. I have the script below attached to a quest, yet nothing happens on completion of the repeating quest. I don't really see where the issue lies as I am using the exact same structure in another mod to subscribe to AnimationEnd and AnimationStart from Sexlab.

 

Any suggestions on where to check?

For some reason my nails remain short even after becoming full bimbo

even going to get my nails lenghtened only ends with the mod itself reducing their lenght like i didnt have any nail polish on

Did you check the MCM options of both BoS and YPS?

As Einstein told us, that's quite doable. Easier if the gravitational force you excert gets larger. So swallowing a star might help. ;)

The weirdest part is that this is actually sound advice. I'll check my local supermarket to see if they have. 👍

The other option, running very very quickly seems less attractive.

I have Legacy nails in BoS unchecked, as well as the Nail Monitor in YPS.

 

But, tbh, my PCs haven't turned into Bimbos for a long time now, so I'm not 100% sure those settings are correct.

If you fail the quest by hurting Lyli and Morella turns hostile, the quest chain ends there and no more letters will come.

It shouldn't be an issue with YPS. That screenshot looks like missing models and textures for BoS. I don't know why removing YPS would make that happen though.

Yeah, looks like for real glow you need to apply the overlays directly (like that glowing lewdmarks mod). If I run into something where I just need a glow, I know who to ask!

I've just adjusted the morphs system to better account for stacking morph values, so temporary morphs are on the table now!

I like the idea for that quest, noting that down on my list of concepts! But I'll always be the first to encourage someone to give CK a go and try bring your own ideas to life!

It could be that you've called the event with an actor parameter instead of form? That is, you have 

Event RepeatingQuest(actor playerRef, int missionNumberCompleted)

instead of 

Event RepeatingQuest(form playerRef, int missionNumberCompleted)

 

I just did a quick test and successfully registered to the event like that.

There might be some issues with nails going on at the moment. I need to look into it more, it seems inconsistent for some people (I know it works for me).

Quick question, how many % of content left before this mod is consider 100% complete?

 

I am curious since I hope the mod remain as minimal as possible with least script and etc to keep it user friendly with other mods. It just feels like it would bloat with other mod like devious device, simple slavery, sisterhood of dibella, public whore and so on if more and more features was add. But the worst thing I anticipate is the overlap of asset or infrastructure with other popular adult mod.

 

I try it with YPS and it seems to put a heavy burden to my PC and cause frequent CTD unless I use lite version, but lite version seems to have it's own version of problem.

 

Right now the primary adult mod I am using with BoS mod is...

I'm using a add on for YPS that allows you to tag gloves with the fingerless gloves tag in the MCM

Maybe its that?

Im new to the mod and so far im having a lot of fun with the notes and transformations for the variety it offers in my play through, I have not gotten to the quests yet but i plan to soon. I had an idea that sounds simple to implement but I dont really know what goes into it.

The idea would be a note that comes with a flier and you are tasked with giving the flier to the owner of a tavern/inn so he can post it up there. The flier just tells everyone who you are and what your trigger phrase is/does. Since a tavern is a great way for news to spread, everyone in that city will know about it within a day and can have a chance to use the phrase on you when talking to them.

But, where possible, I configured each mod to have a lowish chance of triggering. So sometimes I have a full playthrough without ever seeing a sex scene. For me, the Sexlab mods are more of a way to increase dangers in the world, which my PC then will try to avoid. Sometimes she succeeds, sometimes she does not.
