Hi nice mod. Just wondered is it possible for you to make this

"Surrender

In combat you can use a hotkey to try to surrender to your enemies (Surrender Key Default: K)"

 

Into a spell or shout? (maybe with a optional file.) So we with controllers can surrender easier.

Also if I get this right. I can still chose to be able to die with this mod and just use surrender?

Hm i have issues with Defeat since i downloaded it the first time, also now after the updates and such. I tired everything but can't get it work.

 

Well at beginning after i install defeat and use it ingame it works fine...

 

but after my 2nd or 2rd surrender it won't work anymore.

 

When i surrender my character stands there, unable to walk... and nothing happens. All npc's stop attacking me..

 

then after some seconds i can walk again and the NPC's attack me again, it is like i never surrender.

 

Only thing what helpes is uninstall defeat, run FNIS, then load my savegame, save it, then install defeat, run FNIS.. and then ingame surrender works again, but after the 2th or 3rd or so same bug again.

 

I also tried use it with a clean skyrim install, and all requirements, also new or old savegame wont help. Everytime after some surrenders it wont work anymore. :(

 

Someone knows this Bug and could help me fix it, or is there another Mod like Defeat which i can choose?

Manual surrender has always been glitchy as far as I've tested with each update.  As I've posted above in my findings certain npcs refuse to run Defeat scripts when you manual surrender like in your case where they just walk away.  This happens when you encounter enemy npcs in the world map while exploring.  The scripts are a 50/50 hit and miss when inside areas, though, so you just have to keep trying it until it works.  A good way to keep the scripts running as long as possible is going to Halted Stream Camp north-west of Whiterun whenever loading a game.  I found that when my manual surrender fails to run correctly, going here and manual surrendering to the bandits outside of the camp will make it work as intended.  Afterwards it normally works as intended everywhere else.  This is just for my game, it may not work for you but it won't hurt to try.

 

However, how does defeat behave if your character is forced to surrender via low health, low stamina or stunned?  Do you go down with a bleedout animation forcing the enemy npcs out of combat and make them come over to undress you or do they leave you alone?

 

 

 

 

Thank you for your hard work, this is more stable then the former version, but it sometimes still have some issue that can not act as expect.. Such as I pressed the key to surrender, then the enemy accept my surrender an let me go without sex... And sometimes it stucks... so could you please take sometime to look into it? of course, if you have time... After all, this is only a game, have a nice life is more important..

On page 388 of this thread, WaxenFigure has a defeatplayer.pex file that fixed this issue for me.  Backup your current defeatplayer.pex, then copy his over yours, and it might fix it.  Worked for me, but your results may vary.

 

 

Thank you for your suggestion but unfortunately it didn't work for me.  It made it a little more buggy so I'm sticking with the original file.  Manual surrender bug isn't game breaking since it works 50% of the time.  My main concern as I posted earlier is the post-assault scripts not running for NPC vs NPC.  Example "forsworn female" assaulted by "bandit male" leaves "forsworn female" standing idle, not cowering in fear, exhausted or running away naked.  Messing with MCM menu doesn't do much either.  Any way to get them to work right?

I would tell you to find Mighty Beasts - Vampire Lord/Werewolf mod but the mod author, AI99 & VectorPlexus, is no longer on Skyrim Nexus.  His/Her mod allows vampire lord talking and looting interactions which links in well with sexlab interactions.

I just came back to Skyrim after not playing for a while and it looks like this mod has been developed a lot since the last time I used it. I love it so far, so thanks for all the amazing work Goubo :)

 

I have a question (for anyone who's a little more familiar with this mod than I am) about the NPC vs. NPC stuff. It seems like when I used to play with an older version of the mod, they were raping the hell out of each other. I'd be walking down the road and see messages about bears attacking vigilants of stendarr. Hard fights weren't so bad because Lydia would inevitably distract a couple enemies (sorry Lydia). Now it doesn't happen ever, regardless of where I set the sliders for health thresholds, knockdown chance, etc. I think it's because I still have the box checked for only doing it once everyone's out of combat (I can't alt-tab from Skyrim without breaking Windows, so I'm not sure exactly what the option is labeled.. the tip states that scripts are optimized for it so it's highly recommended to be left on), and once everyone's out of combat they're all dead, so there's no one left to attack. This isn't a complaint or a problem - I just want to make sure that I've got it running as intended.

Is there a reason why NMM tells me that whenever I attempt to install this, it thinks it is Amorous Adventures?

 

Works the other way as well, if you try to use NMM to install AA it will think you are installing a new version of Defeat.  I'm assuming they simply have the same ID# or whatever NMM uses to track different mods.

 

If you tell NMM "No" on the update dialogue box it should install just fine.

Hello, can someone help me with this problem? For some reason I can get defeat to work with human vs. human interaction, but when i try to get it working with creatures. I have creatures enabled in sexlab and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. When the wolf knocks me down, it just ends up ignoring me while I am down.

 

Edit: Nevermind got it to work. Apparently submit was forcing it to not work

Another problem popped up for me. The mod was running fine for one moment then after getting raped by a NPC, the "Hold down A or D to resist" message won't disappear. I've tried everything I could think of; disabling the resist option, uninstalling the mod, doing a clean save with the save tool but the message just won't go away. Anyone know the solution to this?

Apparently it got fixed by itself after some time have passed.

It should have overwritten the exiting file when you installed it since I didn't make that into a separately installable mod. I also didn't expect it to be so long before any official fix was released but Goubo does deserve to take a break so...

Very minor issue, but when I permanently tie a defeated npc somewhere, leaving them stripped except for some Devious Devices forced on them, they'll occasionally "regenerate" their default armor. Anyone know a way around this?

I've added the latest version of Defeat to my game but nothing seems to be happening. I've changed the settings in the MCM menu but whenever there is combat, my followers just kill all their opponents. And with my character, if I let her health drop down enough, she just dies in combat.

 

Is there a setting I may have missed in the MCM?

Very minor issue, but when I permanently tie a defeated npc somewhere, leaving them stripped except for some Devious Devices forced on them, they'll occasionally "regenerate" their default armor. Anyone know a way around this?

Happens with untied NPCs as well. It comes when the game decides to "apply" the default outfit and it does so WITHOUT sending the "equip" and "unequip" events so unless/until the DD mod scans for and discovers the change the game made...

 

Has nothing at all to do with the Defeat mod though.

This is a really great mod. I have a question though. Is there a way to order a follower to tie up an NPC before raping them (or just tie them without the rape)? From my experience, my followers rape them and let them go because they were never tied up (they are usually killed shortly after).

Unless something is done to change the setting regarding their default outfit, they will always get it back after a time. With EFF, you might be able to enlist them as a follower and set their default outfit to 'none' which should solve the problem, but you would probably want to dismiss them afterwards

Where did you get the idea that SOS isn't being supported? The Nexus? (Hint: They won't mention LoversLab because they are petty, so they'll say it isn't supported rather than send you anywhere else).

I am not sure why your FNIS is hanging up but I do know Mod Organizer is leaps and bounds better than NMM. Your installation stays clean, with NMM no matter how hard I tried if I made new games to try new mods I eventually had to wipe and start over, with MO I am free to make all the new games and mod combo tries I want not to mention setting up profiles to keep all saves separate and easy to access. These are the main reasons I say dont give up, the learning curve is harder but NO DOUBT worth it.

So im experiencing an odd animation bug i dont know, The problem is whenever i surrender my character wont put her hands up, or when i get knocked down character it wont play in between animations such as lying on the ground worn out, Even when it ends she wont sit on the ground holding her stomach and use the cover aniamtion when she gets up. I got it to work once when i reinstalled in entirely from a clean save but after the first time it stopped working once again. Any idea whats causing this?

So I downloaded the defeat mod and everything worked fine. I managed to execute the rape function three times before the rape option dissapeared from the option bar. Can anybody help me with this? I tried to load the save, again, but the rape option still wasn't there!

SOS Light works fine for anyone who doesn't care that all the dicks are the same size and look alike, if that bothers you then go for the full version.

The default settings is there is a chance it can happen when your character gets low health. Depending what all other mods you have like combat ones it can make it a very small chance, especially at the lower levels. You need to tweak the settings till you find ones that work for you. Also you have to make sure you turn the features on, not all of them are on by default.
