I can still speak with her and give her follower commands like 'wait here' or 'follow me' but they do nothing and she just keeps standing in place. I also can't trade things with her anymore. I have the disalogue option, but the inventory doesn't open up after selecting it. It's almost like her AI script was overwritten by the defeat script when she was assaulted and didn't come back after the assault. Is this a bug or most likely an incompatibility on my side? I don't have any other mods that modify on-hit-events and I don't have any mods that edit follower behavior either. No, Defeat doesn't overwrite or change Vanilla's follower's behaving. Try any of these: - Open MCM menu and press "Clean" under general that should release your player from "stack in script". or Open console command right click on your follower and type: 1. epc and press Enter. or 2. right click on your follower and type disable+ press Enter key and immediately after type enable and press Enter. This will reset your follower's AI. 3. If none of these work, if you have AFT, go to the settings and reset AFT (I know you said you don't have such a mod but I mentioned it anyway) - by default, Defeat use EFF follower's control but it works fine with AFT as well. Get any of them. It will easier your life with your follower(s) 4. If, again, none of these is working, load some of your earlier saves and try again or temporary disable Player/Follower as victim in MCM menu. So far, have had no problems with my own character using this mod apart from a few instances where the animation is skipped and I go straight to getting back up. My problem is similar to the above situation in quotes. When I first installed this version of the mod, everything worked as advertised and ran perfectly. But after saving and quitting and then coming back to the game, all the functionality went out the window. I run a follower overhaul mod UFO (didn't like AFT, haven't tried EFF yet) and I get this problem every time with my followers after rape, and with all NPCs. Running clean works every time, but every time after an incident they get stuck again. I am wondering if the problem is with UFO and I have to remove it, or if it is with something else. NPCs will be stuck in place, ignored by enemies and other people, and I cannot trade with followers or shop with NPCs. For settings, I have NPCs and followers dropping after their health goes below 90%, with Original as the setting for approaching victims, and I've tried disabling exhaust/trauma to no avail. Other notable bugs that sometimes accompany this is that followers will be robbed and will equip rags, even though I had robbing events turned off from the start. I got this mod primarily for the functionality of NPC vs NPC including followers, am wondering what is needed to help things run more smoothly. I would like to add that I cannot seem to safely uninstall and reinstall Defeat this version of defeat. I upgraded from the previous Defeat 5v3b. When I went to uninstall Defeat, I managed to do so after running FNIS twice (first time did not work). Then when I went to reinstall based on a save that did not have Defeat installed on it, characters would be in the frozen pose and FNIS would not fix it. Doing a new game, after uninstalling and reinstalling Defeat did not seem to fix problems either. Jerail - well, I think I know what is the problem in your game, but I cannot answer to you since my English expression is limited and it requires me to explain it in longer text. I want to avoid misinterpretation and saying something I don't want to say in my text. So, I would leave it to someone who speaks English much better then me. Sorry. I would like a general idea of where to look to fix the problem, I have had this problem with previous versions of Defeat before.

I would like a general idea of where to look to fix the problem, I have had this problem with previous versions of Defeat before. have you clean your skyrim updates with tesedit they have loose scripts which can cause problems in a modded skyrim , just asking have you tried a clean install an new game to see if the problem carry over. sometimes you need to start from a fresh start add mods one by one to find the problem .

My companion, Serana in this case, was defeated, robbed (I also don't have that option enabled) and raped. Now she's wearing rags and she's stuck in that place

Sounds like you have a older version of the Papyrus Utilities loaded and when Sexlab goes to get your stats it's crashing the game. Are you using Mod Orgnaizer and have SOS after Sexlab (Not good, has obsolete version of Papyrus Utilities)? Or did you install SOS (via Nexus Mod ManglerManager), same problem. Either case, best solution is to get the current version of Papyrus Utilities and load it (or place it pretty much last in your load oder for Mod Organizer).

Basically it's an arena with various features, the one I'm interested in is one where you join as a fighter and then you lose, and defeat triggers. Yet the opponents in this mod won't accept my surrender, how do I fix this? Defeat works fine for me in other scenarios. Wow, this whole thing needs few XXX additions here and there. Its a great looking mod! Have you tried adding Sexlab Brawling Rape? Lose a fistfight brawl and get boned by the winner (or get the option to bone the loser if you win). More fun would be to add a drawing for all the bettors on a match (not to the death) to see who gets to fuck the loser of the match. I don't think that mod ever worked for me and it's super old so I didn't bother trying it out...the devious surrender mod seems to work though, it's a little bit weird considering they leave you tied up and put your gear in a box but eh.

lytelyte Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 So my defeat no longer works after updating to 5.1. I uninstalled the old version, cleaned up all old defeat scripts with savetool. Loaded the game, saved it without defeat. Then installed Defeat 5.1, ran FNIS and stared it up. I configured Defeat in game, 100% chance when health goes below 20% and nothing happens, I go into bleed out with DAYMOYL and never get assaulted. I tried surrendering: My hands go up/cower, combat stops, enemy walks up to me and then re-initiates combat. I've updated/verified FNIS, SKYUI, Sexlab and SKSE are all up to date and nothing. I've checked all the settings in Defeat to ensure it is set up correctly to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem and know a solution? Short of toggling all my mods to see if there are any conflicts I'm not sure what else I can do unfortunately.

Gilbertson Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 I recently posted a MASSIVE load list/bug help me threat over in another section of the site. I have found the problem... Unfortunately it seems to be Sexlab Defeat, more specifically is upon the event of dying, when the game tries to load to the last save, be it via the autoload or myself going to the menu and doing so, it crashes. As work around I attempted an alternative death style mod that incaps you, and teleports you to a respective shrine that you last touched, but seemingly this did not work in full. Past the point of dying, or sudo-death due to the mod, which is "Dragon souls - Death is highly overated." for what it matters, it still crashes when loading back a save, so it was really delaying the inevitable. The issue only seems to resolve, after nearly three days of trying everything under the sun includeing a full reinstall and switching over to Mod Organizer, by removing Sexlab Defeat. You mention that mods that involve altering the events near death or at least one shot event style mods, may cause problems. I don't think I have any of these, but I'm not sure. Any and all insight into this issue would be deeply appreciated. -Gilbertson. P.S. If there was a way to do so that I'm simply unaware, or more so if I could figure out which mods hog the most memory, something like a diagnostic for the game. Either way, I'll look into it. Indeed, after looking into it, it seems that Sexlab Defeat, HATES not having enough memory in terms of scripting. My problem is, I am unsure what mods other than Frostfall and RND are particularly scripted, and in that, what I can swap out for great effect, to give it room. I've swapped out RND for iNeed, as well as several other papyrus tweaks, emboost, that acceleration layer thing, but so far it isn't enough to keep the scripting down and happy for Defeat... Any insight on how to free up scripting space would be greatly appreciated! I give up! Trying Sexlab Leveling! The scripting requirements are TOO DAMN HIGH!

In my case, she's walking around, clearly on a travel package to somewhere. None of the follower commands take effect. I tell her to wait and she acknowledges, then walks off anyway. I dismiss her and she says she's going home, but her dialogue doesn't update and all the follower dialogue is still there. In my case, I do have a follower mod, Kuertees Simple Multiple Followers. I suppose it might be conflicting. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31581/ I've done disable/enable, resetai, evp, dispelallspells, resurrect, kill/resurrect, knocked her health to zero to get a "knocked down" prompt that doesn't do anything. I tried cleaning and uninstalling Defeat, Sexlab and the follower mod and nothing makes any difference. She is well and truly broken no matter what I do. I have a papyrus log if anybody wants me to post it, but it doesn't look like there's anything relevant. Stiffon Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I've swapped out RND for iNeed, as well as several other papyrus tweaks, emboost, that acceleration layer thing, but so far it isn't enough to keep the scripting down and happy for Defeat... Any insight on how to free up scripting space would be greatly appreciated! You mentioned prevously you swapped to MO (good move), in the left pane the column labelled 'Content' shows a series of symbols - you can identify all the mods running scripts from this. Not sure if it will help but if any of them are not essential to you, disable them and see if it makes the difference? Good luck.

Find the animation you do not like in the skyrim file structure , an replace it with something you prefer by coping the orginal complete name , replace it over the idle you what then copy an replace the original , also make copies of these animation in different folders before you start to copy/paste animation files always run fnis when your done
