DMCDante Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 First I'd like to apologize if my continuos posting seems like whining but I just want to help troubleshoot things since there has been 2 others beside me with similar problems. Alright with that out of the way, here is what I can report when it comes to the submitting feature. All the following was done without auto surrender. All creatures from the creature group 2 (bear, dog, wolf, sabre cat, spider, chaurus) are bugged on my end, they simply stop attacking without any sex act or post act bondage, with the exeption of giants, giants are bugged in the sense they just put binds on me and leave me froze in the ragdoll camera. When surrendering to giants the messege in the upper left corner says "you attempt to surrender to your enemies" while the same does not show up when surrendering to the creatures mentioned earlier. The creatures from group 1 work fine. A random occurence where NPCs like the 3 dawnguard NPCs that hunt you down as a vampire, they did not have sex with the PC, just bound me, luckly with this case it wasn't stuck in ragdoll camera, so I could free myself. Most of the random bandits and forsworn worked without a hitch (with the exception of a single assailent having 2 GOs at me but that is already being fixed for the next version). The last part, the dawnguard NPC's likely did not fall under the "HostileNPC" function check I created to handle most of the usual suspect factions plus any NPC that is Aggressive >= 2. In the event they do not (Such as guards and civilians) what you described is exactly what they will do. As to the creatures, I don't know what it could be if you have Creature sex turned on in your SL Framework's MCM. They all work correctly when I tested them one by one with the exception of spider (alignment issues, not related to Submit) and the dog didn't do anything, again, not related to Submit. I don't create the animations or anything, I just send a call to run them within the Framework. You can even test them the way I did. Find a regular NPC bandit that works correctly, open the console, select the NPC, type "setrace bearbrownrace" and they will become a big shaggy bear. Surrender, observe. I could do that all day long with any creature type (that is valid of course, no skeevers and horkers and crap ) Creatures work, I have been using matchmaker and now Enchantress to trigger creature animations without problems. And like I said, the creatures from the group 1 (when you select creature support for submit in MCM) work perfectly fine, which made me think it might be a bug that creature group 2 does not work. EDIT: Did more tests and stumbled upon something weird lol. So I wanted to try your test method by changing a random bandit into a bear, and lo-and-behold, it worked. So I was weird out, I try summoning a bear via placeatme since that is how I tested prior to this, it worked as well. Now for the interesting part, I did this test inside the halted stream camp's mine, which is were I found said random bandit. So I leave the mine, spawn a bear, it stopped working. I enter again it works again. So the conclusion is, it seems not to work while you are in "skyrim", the open world, it works inside a cell, pretty weird lol.

Ashra XIII Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Submit has been working fine for me in my new re-built game with a fresh character, until just a moment ago when, after being beaten down by bandits and surrendering, I got punched by one bandit as I should, then I stood back up and they resumed attacking. Unfortunately I didn't get to see if it was just script lag, as I'd forgotten to save in awhile and now I should be getting dressed for work as I type this. >.< One thing that was definitely different from before, which I will try to test tonight, is that I had, for the first time in this particular game, started equipping dual swords. I have the Dual Sheath Redux mod, and I've noticed in the past that I'd have weird behavior or crashes when wearing both swords. So that might be at least something to look at for others having this issue, and something I'll play with when I can. Late Edit: I forgot to mention why it looked to me like DSR may be involved: Normally my char gets stripped after the punching part, but I noticed in this case that only one sword (right-hand sword) was taken, while the left remained on her back and all her armor stayed on. Naturally I was expecting to sit back and enjoy the animations, so wasn't prepared at all when the bandits instead drew their OTHER weapons and killed me.

Walked into the fort near Whiterun, killed off the two female bandits I found (just in case) and then submitted to the remaining male bandits chasing me. Everything worked fine, with two of the bandits taking turns on my poor girl. Afterwards,though , when I failed at an attempt to untie myself, a bandit came up for another round, and after he finished he undressed again for another one before he finally left. Tried this twice, and my character was again raped twice by the same bandit. I'm not sure if that's intentional.

Where can I find 'hardcore mode'? it's not showing in the MCM menu and i have the latest version of this mod It's not called "Hardcore" in the menu, you need to disable the "Grace period" setting to enable the hardcore mode. This will get changed next release, where the menu option will be renamed so it's more obvious what it does.

Last played SanguineDebauchery(SD) with SL 1.15, but iirc it was very nicely done there, you were kneeling bound, the same position like currently in Submit, but you could move around and were walking in the stand position then, the same as currently in hardcore mode in Submit once escaped. Copying that mechanism from SD would be cool too. You had to stay in sight of your master and could attempt sneeking away. So maybe sometimes you would be randomly hogtied and sometimes the current position but like in SD where you can try to sneak away.

What could be the cause of this? I do have alot of other mods and the ones I installed recently, before discovering this, are PCEA (PC exclusive animations), a bunch of different animations for combat/idles etc, dual sheath redux and a skeleton. Could these interfere in some way? EDIT: Sorry I didn't read the posts after #1841. So it seems maybe PCEA is the culprit? Hmm.. Going to try to uninstall that then. Another update, I unistalled PCEA, started a new character (vanilla nord) and still I sometimes (not every time) have problems with auto-surrender. Scripting mods are the most fun of course, so it's hard to reduce them, but I've had to try very hard because I get these issues after awhile as well. Sadly true, you do have to be careful how many script mods you run, and make some tough choices about what you can do without. What i do is that i make a choice about what kind of playthrough it's going to be beforehand, and then only enable the mods needed for that purpose. My current one is a Sexlab playthrough centered around Devious Devices and Submit. Other times i will want to start a more serious game and i want to be a Vamp, then i'll disable all the SL stuff and roll with Bettter Vampires and maybe add Realistic needs and diseases. And before i comit to any loadorder, i'll do a quick-start with an Alternate-start mod, just roam around and test it, see that it actually works, try to strain it and see if it'll break horribly on me, and if it works, i'll delete those test-saves and start a new game for realsies. It sucks, mods like Better Vampires and Realistic Needs are the sort of thing i'd love to just allways have on. But they gobble up a lot of resources, especially RnD, so i've quickly learned that i can't just mix them with everything else that i'd want

I can't seem to get that third option to let my follower have a go to appear. I have amazing follower tweaks but the description of it implies it works with multiple followers. I have tried it after dismissing all but one anyways, but it didn't help. I only get the rape and rob options after causing an enemy to submit. Anyone have any ideas?

What version of SD did you play where there was lots to do and lots happeneing? Because i want it! Inject it straight into my veins this very instance kind Sir or Madam! As for the Submit Hardcore option: You can interact with things, loot stuff, pull levers, open doors, talk to people (although only to ask for help). But you cannot fight, access your inventory to equip anything, or use the map. So it's basically just like the HC option from SD, except a little easier if anything (in SD you still had to wait for the escape timer to run out before you could ask for help, and most people woulden't help you, just make you their slave instead). So basically, no, you should not get locked in anywhere and get dead-ended because of a lever. But if you are going to use the feature, you might want to invest a little in Stealth, because sneaking is what will keep you alive untill you get back to town. It can actually be pretty exciting trying to sneak back through the wilderness at times. Although there is one problem with the mechanic currently. If you've got a follower with you, they will not remain bound like you do when you escape, and you can actually just ask that follower to unbind you and they will do it. That rather negates the challenge of it all i'd say, and i'm guessing it's an oversight or bug.

Especially since I upgraded from an more than old version. Your update speed is amazing. So far everything works like a charm. Bandits take their turns, the "hardcore" is like the coolest thing since SD and the creature support makes this mod almost an all in one solution for my sexlab needs. ^.^ Even though the creature thing seems to not work for me correctly. Humanoid Creatures work fine (trolls and such). But everything on level 2 makes my character stuck. The char autosurrenders, does the cover animations and gets up again. After that the problems start. There is no sex scene, the creature just looks at my char does nothing at all and my char stands there withouth beeing able to move. I can move the camera and interact with stuff (like loot dead bodies on the ground) but that´s it. Somewhere in between a debug message pops up saying that I need to get away from my assailant. I thought that maybe my animations were outdated and ideed they were. But the update did not fix the problem. Anyone having a comparable problem? Or even a fix? Or am I just missing something obvious? ^^ Addition: I just saw that I have the same problem as dmcdante and snarfdog. Gonna test if it really just works inside caves and not in the open world. Edit: Can confirm it. In the open Skyrim world level 2 beast do not work. In caves (tested in a mine, after spawning a wolf) it does work.
