Umm I think I might guessed why entering furniture go straight to ragdoll.

In the ZAZ 9.0 MCM menu, if I go the animation testing. I cannot seems to run any animation comes with it except Sexlab ones. Is this correct?

No.  And that ´s no ragdoll-that ´s simply a nonsence inside of the skeleton-behavior, paired with a forced animation (the furniture-idle) and a stretched-to-damage-skeleton, which can not being played. The reason seem to me has to do with the riding on NPC, which is in background causing issures. As the animation engine is not made for that, it simply is struggling against that...I made lot of experiments with the riding. At the moment, I guess that it ´s not possible to ride an NPC or being ridden by an NPC....from my today´s point of view I would quit that feature. Riding "something" means to sync two skeletons with each other, so that two different animations are being played-the human race has to step into the role of a horse and the rider is directing where to go...the motion is coming from the horse and the riding-animation of a sitting human on the horse is a simple sitting-on one place animation...this is an extensive intervention into the game. And if a parameter is not correct, the stuff is running into a chaos. This sometimes happening stretch-effect is a quite harmless effect for a wrong setting of this "NPC-riding". I can not help here as I am not scripting in such a depths.

I can but say that in the past I had the riding a NPC was working-bi-directional. Somehow it got lost or maybe I forgot the exact way how to do that. You only can wait for MUSJE taking care of that OR I delete the function for all times: so I think better to wait for a check by MUSJE, what is happening here. Anyway is this in my gameplay happening less than seldom.

There's no reason for Toys&Love to conflict. It does not conflict with previous ZAP versions.

The smooth tool actually works quite well on a single mesh. The problem is if an outfit has more than one TriShape the smoothing will separate the vertices between the shapes, which is quite annoying. And of course the shapes can't be merged unless they have the same exact texture and shader properties.

The problem is the topology which sometimes get wasted. Textures become destroyed and there are suddenly appearing gaps between two different mesh-parts, which is normal for such a tool. Inside of a 3d-software such things work different. Means to me that some assets (specially on this FLAT breast areas (breast-rope for example)...can be for best renewed for a more better result. Anyway: maybe offers the last version of BS new tricks, which I do not know.....the last SE version has quite lot of features, which are all new to me...I´m happy if you get the stuff working in a good way, specially for the CBBE-SE-body. And the smooth tool got again more powerful so to work with this more poly-structured meshes. If you want a special Breast-Rope-Body-Shape-Model, let me know that-I made one:-)

I´m absolute sure that there´s nothing to be afraid of: TOYS and LOVE is a fine mod, so it is also working with this version if wanted. Should be working without any problems.

Ah thanks for the detailed explanation t.ara, i am not gonna pretend I understand that in full.

But will take your advise and wait. Its odd that all zap 8.0 furniture works fine, only the new one this happens :(.

Means, if I switch off zap9 animations, I get no error any longer....this I want to see....

 

Just now I checked that out-what you mentioned THERE is sadly/luckily not right-you are wrong!!!, this also happens with ZAP 8 stuff.

If you want I can kill that away-but then the riding on NPCs is history...and I don ´t know if MUSJE likes to spend more longer in a fix for this...so let ´s wait a little for a check:-))))

I mentioned higher that I am sure I know the reason.

Fantastic work, managed to download and install the CBBE version.

Now i just need to spend a few more hours to optimize my Skyrim, getting frequent crashes so far in the ZaZ world. But my Skyrim install is very bloated, so i will solve this issue eventually. The SE edition screenshots you provided so far look very nice, maybe i should switch to SE completely instead.

Thank you...the testzone/world is nothing, which is a MUST HAVE WORK PROPER...it´s an option...

Skyrim SE is a little different game...anyway is my oldrim much more stabile than RDR2 from rockstar or GTAONLINE-both rockstar games crash frequently more quick, compared with oldrim. But also SKYRIM SE is jumping sometimes to the desktop...RDR2 has lot of differnt BUGS, the connection-online issure is always coming, if you play too much successful-then they wipe you out of the game with that connection error. Both games have a same crash in all windows versions-engine and os-independent-I guess it is the LAUNCHER...perhaps.

Oldrim can not be crashing here-it is a safe gameplay-but I can force it down to zero fps...but the engine is phenomental-and SKYRIM SE I have not been too long inside-maybe two or three hours max. Yes with ZAP I got a crash as I wanted to wear an SMP asset-but that is now solved. SE is crashing with a wrong SMP-asset, OLDRIM is showing a static-not moveable skirt in that case...oldrim is from my point of view very much the best engine, ever have played with-and it can gulp a lot...SE is FAST-but if it ´s stabile too, this has to be proofed later. I made really lot of nonsence with LE...I hope I can do that also with SE....

You can handle both games side by side and play with both...that ´s no problem and it is fun;-)

Umm... I popped over to SecretCastle and tried all furniture there, seems alright. One more thing, if I equip the new "equitable"  eg rope, and set ZAZ MCM menu option to require key to unlock. When I attempt to remove the rope, the character went "collapse" as well like a ragdoll (I know you said its not its caused by missing animation... puzzling :D

I simply have no idea what you have there...maybe something is not working, maybe another mod is interfering...The mechanic for locking only brings an asset back if pulled off...you get notice, that you can ´t get rid of that-if you in MCM deselect that function, you can test all the assets of zap-from A to Z. Some assets inside of the add item menu are starting an offset and others use a real and full animation, also. There are shackles for feet and hands and neck, which force the character to sit or lay down in pose, suiting to the asset. I guess you have not installed ZAP in a full way...

The real nature of the problem is likely having too many mods installed that do basically the same things, I suppose. 

It's just that Zap World animations would routinely fail, and leave the PC flopping about like a dying fish, completely out of player control, necessitating a Ctrl-Alt-Delete. 

I finally noticed that T&L items were surreptitiously equipping themselves, and when Zaz items tried to take the same slots, everything would fail. 

If I ventured into the water, I'd rapidly drown. If I tried to unequip an item, I'd immediately drop dead...

 

It's not a disaster; I've already separated the two mods into their own MO profiles, where they can do their own thing, and do it very well. 

My only regret is having to choose one mod over the other :)

I am sure you can manipulate T&L to rest for a while if playing in ZAP-WORLD.

Water and restraints...means that ZAP is working perfectly well:-)

The "dying fish" we try to repair-or we finally once get rid of it.

And I think at least that no other mod is doing like ZAP is doing. If your character has the task to put on dedicated restraints of T&L, you simply have to switch off the LOCK-mechanic of zap inside of the MCM.

So, goodstuff so far, and pardon my grammar.  I just installed with LE and my Skyrim is bloated, like crazy big. 1500+ mods. no crashes in ZBFtestzone, so fairly stable i'd say. Inside at least. Having said that, i typically use nemesis. the animation packs up till this one have worked no problem, but something with this update gave me an odd error. 

 

 

ERROR(1035): Missing required option

File: FNIS_ZaZAnimationPack7_List.txt

this error code continues through to animation pack 8 and 9. Strangely enough it can load Zaz animation pack and animation pack + no problem. it just gets hung up on 7,8, and 9. Not sure why. I looked through the animation text for all four. (Granted my eyes are nto very trained in that regard) but I couldn't see anything standing out to why it would get hung up on just those three. 

Now, this is by no means a big issue. if you could help, great, if not. meh. I can switch back between finis and nemesis fairly easy for whenever i get the itch for a bondage adventure over swashbuckling.  keep up the good work. 

P.s

Still secretly hoping we'll see some proper bondage mummification mods/outfits one day.

So what mod is equipping the toys?

  • Toys&Love can't do that itself, nor can a heavy load of mods cause cause it. There is no surreptitiously equipping, there's a reason.
  • Toyful Temptations mod will do this if opening containers. Soft Toys Love will do this until you gain enough experience. Other than that it takes a quest mod like Toy Story or SLaVE but this would not appear to be surreptitious.

@t.ara So are you saying this is a  ZaP World feature?  Sounds interesting. I was tempted to make a toys feature where you can drown if trying to swim with heavy bondage :P

Unfortunately I don't know how to format animation lists for nemesis and there is no documentation or support on how to do so. The best I could come up with is disabling everything nemesis didn't like. You can use the file in this post and overwrite your ZAP 9 install if you must use nemesis. Just be aware that some things will not work, like the crawling animations and the whip weapons.

@t.ara So are you saying this is a  ZaP World feature?  Sounds interesting. I was tempted to make a toys feature where you can drown if trying to swim with heavy bondage :P 

Drowning with restraints is active-as soon you install ZAP...aand also the restraints are represented by swimming (offsets are working as legs are free....)...but you become very slow and helpless until you reach a ground with feet again...exactly built in.

ZAP is equipping restraints or clothing if WANTED. I WANTED this feature...and the cloth can be dropped to become naked....after the furniture use, it ´s all coming back like before...if it is set up correctly. THIS is an OPTION...furitures are normally ALL without any restraints and some NEED the basic asset, like you need for the suspension-stuff the suiting suspension-cuffs/ankles with their suiting ROPE-anyway can you add other components...not need to care about any restraints or outfits in furnitures, any longer by scripting.

NEMESIS is interesting for combat-idles-anyway okay-but this mod is not made to become working with nemesis. I was thinking in the past that nemesis might have some advantages over the way how it is bringing idles into the game-but it is the same way of hack, compared with FNIS. And a latest version of fnis is melting 36000 new idles into the game....I mostly have 4000 or 5000...Those AA animations can also be implemented by using NEMESIS-but why shall I waste my time with that mod which can ´t even add animal-animations/creature-animations??? Nemesis is no alternative beside FNIS. And I can not also support that.

Let ´s look what we have in line 3347: simply the end of the command-FNIS-file...

But what is nemesis doing with a file from FNIS?....I thought it is an own mod to implement new idles and behaviors?...As I understood from the past you create a folder, name it with your mod and throw all the aniamtions of the mod into it....then you run nemesis and it creates the behaviors. (Which is of course NONSENCE !!!!!)

Nemesis CAN NOT KNOW what means a furniture-it has to get structure, for offsets and also for AA animations as well. So WHERE is it ´s structure ??? I only see some few combat-behavior files and some rare filled folders without any guideline. Maybe interesting for consumers, but not for creators. I have nemsesi here-I have looked a lot of time if that is making sense...to try...in between it doesn ´t touch me any more-I´m sorry:-(((

Ignore that. LOOT thinks you are using an older version of ZAP, but in ZAP 9 the list is split into three parts - ZAP7,8,9.

Thank you but sigh :( Thats good news and bad news for me.

Then I still can't work out why ZaZ 9.0 animation doesn't work for me... I've tried to disable a lot of different mods I think might interfere.

Equip new gear and remove it without key, character collapses and then freeze in a funny way on the floor but still moveable :D

Try new furniture does the same as well... couldn't work out why... anything to do with DD?

What am i supposed to do after instaling the multiple files? the 7z appears to be corrupt and to   not work when i throw them into vortex. Help?? ?
