FNIS is showing that they aren't compatible with SE And in Vortex it shows that this is made for a different game. When I load into the game, the player is also T-posing and when I looked it up, the cause of that is having incompatible animations. I have been trying to use FNIS and Pandora and trying every way to get this to work but it wont. Just using FNIS or just using Pandora wont work. The only way to fix the T-pose is to delete a file in the character behavior folder but then none of the SL animations play. The characters just stand inside of each other. it just isnt compatible, so far you really just have to convert it yourself, with Cathedral, Creation Kit and a bunch of other tools. i did a shit ton of converting by myself without looking at code and i seem to have made it 80% there, so as far as i can tell it is very much possible if you really tried. but its just so much and without much reward too as afaik there isnt even a mod that uses 9.0+ specifically. if youre SE, i suggest just using 8.0 or wait for someone to publicly give out their full/nearly full converted version. iirc alternatively you can wait like 60 years for ZAZ 10 lmao
Ionenschatten Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Are there functioning leashes aka from character A's collar to character B's hand? I know there's a leash function, but that seems to be purely technical.

I think t.ara talked about this years ago and it's not possible for bone to bone linkages in the Skyrim physics engine. 2

Toxzyzz Posted August 18, 2025 Posted August 18, 2025 how do i get i get all those furniture's at once in game? is there a house mod as seen in the pictures i can download?
InterruptingOctopus Posted August 23, 2025 Posted August 23, 2025 Am i correct in assuming the milking machine cant be used with the newest XMPSE because of the old conflict with the BBP animations and HDT?
Darcaan2012 Posted August 25, 2025 Posted August 25, 2025 Getting "furniture" for your house means learning to use the console commands, and a few other things. To start, you can get to the Zaz World of ZAP 9 by searching for a cave in the foothills south of Whiterun, behind the meadery. Almost all the furniture is displayed there, and it should keep you entertained for several hours if it doesn't crash your computer. I find it's a little more stable if I take the time to use Jaxonz Positioner to delete most of the trees. Don't tell T.ara. Hitting the ` key at the top left of your keyboard opens and closes the command console. The coc command lets you teleport to another area. For instance, coc zbfcastle will teleport you inside the castle in Zaz World. Pretty much all the areas inside begin with zbf. They include zbfCameronParadise, zbfCastle, zbfCastleOfDarkness, zbfCathedral, zbfFarmhouse, zbfInn, zbfOldDaddy, zbfRiverHouse, zbfShipwreck, zbfSmith, zbfTemple, zbfTestZone, zbfTropicHouse, zbfWarehouse, and zbfWhoreHouse When the console is open, you can left-click on an object in your screen. On the right, you should see the objects name and a few statistics including baseID. baseID is basically the object's eight digit index number within the game, and can be used with the player.placeatme console command. For instance, if I were to input player.placeatme 09350adf into my console, a pillory would spawn where my character is standing. Note that the first two of those eight numbers represent ZAP's index number in your list of mods. ZAP 9 is the 09th mod in my list, but those first two numbers will change if I change the mod's position in my load order. The last six numbers will remain the same. Jot down the baseID numbers of the furniture you like and keep a list. It saves you searching later. Unless you have ten pages of lists like I do. So now you know how to find a furniture's baseID and spawn it into the world. But it's at entirely the wrong angle and orientation, and not quite where you want it. That's what the mod Jaxonz Positioner is for. Look it up on Nexus and learn to use it. It's very useful, and will help with all your home decoration needs. Note that if you open the console, left click on an object, then close the console, that item is then "selected" for Jaxonz Positioner and will be the one moved unless you're staring straight at something else you can activate. This is useful for moving truly static objects and lights. Lastly, the console has a help command. If I were to type help pillory it would give me a list of objects, animations, any anything else in the game that had the word "pillory" in it. The PageUP and PageDown keys are useful for scrolling through long lists. If you're doing a search with multiple words, enclose your parameters in quotes. help torture pole will not work. help "torture pole" will.

ALSOOO, LOVE SOME OF THE NEW STUFF!!! especially the elbow rope stuff or the reverse prayer. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ >//w//> Will look into how to fix some of the problems since im pretty sure its only a few (bigger) problems left. Which is just a few meshes (the derby wristcuffs(?), the elbow spreader sticks, and probably some other stuff that i havent checked out). Hehehe best of luck for ZAP 10 t.ara, keep up the lovely work ❤️ @E-V-Sn Is there any chance you could share your conversion to SE even if its not completely finished? As long as it covers more than the existing items from ZAP 7, it doesnt bother me if there are a few broken new items. I play in VR, so im unable to try out ZAP 9 currently, but SE mods usually can be made to work in VR. Also a PSA for everyone who sees this: I highly recommend more of the Skyrim NSFW modding community to try Skyrim VR. Its a whole different level of immersion seeing things firsthand in 3D, and also being able to physically interact with npc's bodies and physically grab and whip npcs, etc. using VRIK is a gamechanger. Just think about how incredible it will be being able to physically interact with npcs instead of sitting back and watching the same animations over and over. Once you try it you cant go back to flat skyrim. You guys are missing out! If more of us switch to VR then our talented modmakers like @t.ara will have more of an incentive to develop VR specific mods and features. I can't imagine how much more amazing ZAP would be if specifically designed to be compatible with VR. Think about all the possibilities! And its really not as expensive as people think. Ive seen the Quest 3S go on sale for around $250 sometimes, and a used Quest 3 (which I recommend due to the better pancake lenses) is similarly cheap on ebay. Edited April 10 by cecige5941
bnub345 Posted April 14 Posted April 14 As a notice to everyone - yes, you can get ZAP 9 to run on SE. I won't say it's easy, due to the massive number of files, but it is straightforward. Run the meshes folder through some automated conversion tool like CAO. Make sure you convert both meshes and animations. Basically none of the HDT physics stuff will work, and there are a few bad meshes that might crash your game without manually converting them. Also the test world had a few bad spots that might crash. None of the bodyslide files will be updated to work with SE bodies. Other than that it should be mostly functional. I did this years(?) ago when the mod was first released. T.ara didn't like the rushed quality and wanted to convert it herself, and then disappeared halfway through and hasn't been around since. She was pretty clear that anything related to a SE conversion would have to officially go through her. So that's how things stand.
