Where Can I Find...? - Non-adult Skyrim REQUESTS

It kills me because if it weren't for maybe a handful of mods (things like the Viking armour/Fluffy travel set, the Gilded Doublet, the Brigida dress, etc.), my characters would have pretty much nothing to wear. Meanwhile there's unlimited silly bikini armour mods (maybe not the best forum to complain about that, hahaha). Which I honestly don't mind, but like, spare a little effort for those of us who like the look of "normal" clothes too, even just 10%!

I think a basic jacket is the most doable. Just need to find a mod with the right jacket (probably open or partially open), then delete the torso underneath in nifskope and make it an accessory-slot item... I think? I've never done this before, but I'd be up for trying.

Anyone have any good suggestions for mods with at least sorta lore-friendly open jackets? (I know I've seen some modern biker-type jackets) preferably something with male and female models and with enough bulk to avoid the worst clipping issues if worn over clothes or lighter, thinner armours.

Not sure if you already know about it, and sorry for being vague, but there was a mod here called Accessorize that had plenty of, you know, accessories. Can't find the link rn but it was here in non adult mod downloads.

Doing it yourself is pretty simple and you're actually on target with your approach. Find your model, take it to Bodyslide, remove the reference shape, assign it a partition, match it in the .esp's armor and armor addon section and you're golden. If you're gonna start somewhere, you can go check out nisetanaka's bikini armors and see how he partitions his stuff.

I've looked at Accessorize, but it seems almost entirely to be what it says on the tin - accessories. Pauldrons, belts, scarves, etc.

There's something described as a feather jacket but based on the screenshots, I think it's just another shawl/collar (no shortage of those).

I don't need any of these right now, but this is still the thread for this sort of thing, I guess.

You know what really amazes me? Those mods that you think are really simple, that SOMEONE must have made them in five years, but nope, nothing like that exists anywhere.

Like, slippers. No one has ever made a simple set of slippers or ballet flats shoes for female characters. Which is crazy! That should be dead easy for someone with decent armour conversion or modding experience.

Or another one is a simple converts the much nicer male-pattern master mage clothes or the male-pattern merchant clothes for females. I've seen bits and pieces used here or there in mashups, but no actual conversions! I know that converting male armours to female ones isn't something that's done too often and that it's easy for modders with no 3D experience to mess up the conversion so that it doesn't look very feminine (i.e. they just dump the male mesh on the female body with only the bare minimum of tweaking or even no tweaking at all), but there's at least a few dozen armour sets converted from male to female over the years.

Or, a mod which adds plain vests or coats as an accessory slot item which can be worn over other things. Yeah, there's Trainwiz's double equip mod (not really what I mean and only affects vanilla armours anyway). Only in the past two months did we get the fur armour mod (long fur overcoats, though they're big and bulky), and Karter's UNP tunics. There should be way more mods for that sort of thing!

Maybe I'll try to work on some of those myself (I don't have any experience, but I've recently started modding with one or two small tweaks... baby steps), but it really amazes me that these things basically don't exist or almost don't exist in a community full of talented modders.

Anyone else know of any more examples of supposedly-simple things like that?

not because you didn't search much it don't exist...

male armor for female shouldn't be harder to find than female armor for male

Unusual_ulfric.jpg

there's a lot of mods that add items on sbp_x you can wear with whatever you want (don't mean it won't clip with whatever it is)

don't remember much morrowind, if there was items for those clothes under armor, they were just replacing the body texture by something else

like a steel armor have unp meshe with a chainmail texture, a dragonbone armor have unp meshe with a scale texture, like...

Well, I did in fact see that, but not everyone is going to really feel like modern sneakers are a good fit for TES in general, Skyrim in particular, or meet the definition of "lore-friendly slippers". I mean, there's the Adilette mod too...

I suppose they could be reskinned, depending on how complicated the .nif is (might still show a laced "sneaker: shape too obviously), but then we're back to making it ourselves.

As far as male-to-female swaps, I was referring specifically to the mage clothes (since the male mage clothes are a pretty nice design, imo), not in general terms.

Anyone know if there is a lumberjack outfit mod for males?

Hi, I feel bad that my first post on here is a request, but I have searched through like 40 pages here and can't find what I'm looking for. There are two things. I'm looking for scarves with physics, and found the HDT scarves mod, but it is currently hidden. Does anyone have a picture of what those look like? Specifically, is there a pretty red one? If not, does anyone know of a good mod with a red scarf? Something like this: https://goo.gl/FP1HdX

But in this color and texture or something similar: https://goo.gl/xRK318

My character has a terrible neck seam that no amount of testing can fix, so I think a scarf would be nice but I can't find anything that's quite what I'm looking for.

Also looking for a different mod like this one: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52778/? I want the ability to use my staff to cast my spells, but this doesn't have many options for the spells I can use with it. I'm looking for something that is compatible with a mod that adds new spells (Apocalypse). If someone can help me with either, it'd be much appreciated.

Anyone remember the name of the mod that gives you a quest about enchanting or spellcasting creation i think it's called the lost enchanter or spellcaster can't find it on the nexus honestly pretty sure MXR did a review of it at a point but can't find it memory's bad

EDIT:Never mind found it it's called  Spellmaking in Skyrim - The Last Altar by KhalEdos on nexus

Before I go and waste a lot of time on trying to convent cbbe to unp, does anyone know if there is a UNP conversion for Immersive Jewelry? I've searched around and haven't found anything which is surprising for a mod like that. Thanks ahead of time.

There's a "Remove your Tats v2.1" mod here on LL, and I'm pretty sure there was a forum thread to discuss it.  But I've searched through the LL search function, and through Google and Bing, but I can't find it.  I just wanted to take back a comment I made a few months ago, compliment the author, and offer an off the wall suggestion, but as I said I can't find the forum to do that.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'm currently playing with my custom UUNP body and immersive jewelry together. My body is VERY busty and all of the pretties fit well. I think none of the peices should go beyond vanilla bounds(hands, feet, head) so everything should universally fit without a conversion. :)

I have this follower along with a custom female khajiit body texture replacer. If you check out the nexus posts on her you can see that more than a few people are having a body mismatch issue, and it's been fixed and posted more than once.

Alas, all links are take-downs or unposted, and I'm wondering if anyone either has the fix to share or can point me to the fix in TES5Edit if it's as simple as that. I just dunno what I'm looking for now x(

P.S. I already tried exporting her gen data (control+f4'ing) and since she's only an ESP i guess that's not the issue.

I use the 7b natural preset with extra breast and butt, and noticed that some pendants clip into the chest. Maybe its just the body I'm using because I remember unpb had less clipping .I'm really hoping that someone converted this beautiful mod for body slide.
