The top is from Osare Hotpants.

The shorts/hotpants are from Bouncy Bodices

It is most likely Kaw Cat Disguise was what you saw.

There are also a number of mods that adds Animal ears and tails, with a human base. Hope this helped!

Unfortunately that ebony variant is not Killer Keo's nor MAK's or C.Trigger ones(unless the pictures are outdated?), I have also looked at some UNP/B conversions and could not find that one
