I just returned from a vacation yesterday. Sorry I did not notice your posts immediately, but I needed some time to catch up. The recipe can be gained via a little misc quest obtainable from Acolyte Jenssen once you've cleared half your debt to Paul. Use that on a tanning rack and the resulting scroll on an npc bac cow. Every 3 successfull scroll casts you'll get a visit from Molag's emissary who let's you bail out of the bovine aspect (not the slavery to Paul, though).  The milking machine parts, etc. are used in a quest "A Craftsman's Masterpiece" that starts at some random point when No one escapes Cidhna Mine is completed AND House of Horrors is completed AND Being A Cow is running  Btw. all of this is written in the Changelog on the file page. I unchecked paul renaming and was still renamed. so I think he'll still call you your new name but I don't think it changes the actual characters name (e.g. your save game name), I could be wrong though as I've never turned that setting off.

HerChianti Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 There's no "being enslaved by the jarl". The only interaction you have with Whiterun's jarl in the mod is when you go talk to him about creating an ownership certificate for Paul.

Because the meaner darker far more tattooed fucked up cow 32 path is much more my speed than pauls Hence why i was excited about a 3rd possible option with jarl

I run over to press the other and I can't press it. any suggestions? any tips? any tricks? anything from anyone? and when I get close the daydra spawns in and he does his thing to me so I'm getting kind of frustrated cuz it just throws the timing completely out. and neither of the buttons look like they are activating. the Minotaur keeps returning to his start point. it doesn't register i spoke to Mandy. and if i console complete it i'm still stuck in coldharbour. Afflicted are spawning when I try to get Hugh out, randomly when I first get placed in Coldharbour. using version 2.0.2 It works as follows: place Hugh not too near one button and tell him to press it immediately run over to the other button (with the instruction crosshairs still active) and wait until you hear the button sound immediately press ESC or something other to leave the instruction crosshairs and then immediately press the second button (this might take a few tries) It is supposed to be tricky and the harassing dremora isn't helping but that's the reason those two prisoners were not able to get out on their own before. If you do the milking-off (clear half your debt to Paul first, then talk to Acolyte Jenssen, then do the misc quest to gain the recipe, use that on a tanning rack 3 times, use the 3 resulting scrolls on 3 different npc bac cows, talk to the emissary to get rid of the bovine aspect), the tattoos will be removed with the last stage.
