Straze Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 Good evening, I noticed an interesting issue with Love Sickness effect. Not sure why it happens yet, but for some reason the Love Sickness Effect will go away when activate: Animated Wings Ultimate. Whenever I retract the wings, the Love Sickness is removed. Could be just on my end, but thought to let you know. Anyways, really enjoying the mod!

Unless a mod deliberately removes all spells on the PC (a really bad idea) or substantially advances time, there shouldn't be any conflict. I doubt that the mod you referenced does either of those things, so no explanation for what you observed.

Otherwise I would rarely be affected by Love Sickness with my character and that would impact Bimbo’s of Skyrim corruption gain. Strangely I only observed LoveSick to go away whilst having other temporary active effects running - without duration change to them. I’ll see if xEdit shows me anything.
Straze Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 Update: I still don't know the issue but I tested by disabling most of my mods besides "Animated Dragon Wings" and "Love Sickness". The issue is still there. There doesn't seem to be any conflicts within xEdit nor does Love Sickness get overwritten. If anyone got some ideas I could try to solve it, please let me know! Mehmeme Posted February 10, 2025 Posted February 10, 2025 Im having a kinda annoying issue on SE, and while Im fairly sure Love Sickness isnt the root cause of it, it seems at least to be related somehow, so Im asking here: it seems that when my character has love sickness, she will constantly play a out of breath animation when standing still. This doesnt really interfere with anything except, but its still annoying cause it looks kinda stupid. Im not sure which mod actually causes it, but when I disable Love Sickness in the MCM, it stops. As you guessed, this mod does not play any animations (or tell another mod to play one). However, low stamina from the love sickness effect might be causing another mod or a condition in DAR or OAR to play the out of breath animation. If so, turning off the "Enable" toggle on the MCM will remove any love sickness, which would test that idea.

I thought it might be SL survivals bikini curse, but nope, so I thought someone here might have an idea. I know its not this mods fault cause it always worked flawlessly in LE.
liniul Posted March 29, 2025 Posted March 29, 2025 Just a few suggestions: Your overload value is used as a random generator for approaches by NPC for sex .The higher the value the more likely the approach and the less likely you can refuse. Toggle on or off say if you are using Public Whore, forced prostitution mods like Lola etc The higher the critical value the more like forced , rape, sexlab animations used. A max number of overloads so that you can only lose x levels while lovesick , to encourage people to use the lose levels feature. When lovesickness ends and/or critical reach 0. the # of overload you currently have reset to 0.

This mod makes its Lovesick and Euphoria values readily available for other mods to check, so mods with approach features could certainly factor it in. (Other mods, such as Sexy Adventures, Devious Interests, Bimbos of Skyrim, and Submissive Lola, already integrate with Love Sickness in various ways.)
Whollupwhozit Posted April 4, 2025 Posted April 4, 2025 (edited) To people who use Experience (the mod, god why does anyone use a single word as a fucking name of something?), how does overload XP loss interact with that mod? edit: Self-tested. Works as normal, and the xp loss is dependent on how skilled you are; I use skill config to artificially boost my pickpocket to 70, set overload skill loss to only 1, then trigger overload when I'm on the verge on hitting lv 3 (about 9/10 full). Overload set the bar progress down to around 3/10 Edited April 4, 2025 by Whollupwhozit
vocal Posted April 15, 2025 Posted April 15, 2025 Hello! Thanks for the mod. I'm aware the mod is pretty much feature complete, but i was wondering if you'd consider maybe adding an option so that player orgasm also count towards overload? Perhaps only when already lovesick. Just wondering, because there's currently no mod around that reduces skill level on player orgasm. (succubus skill loss only does that if player is victim)

I see what you'd like to have, but force-fitting it into here isn't really a good way to do it. It might work better for increasing corruption in Bimbos of Skyrim. 1
wren888 Posted April 22, 2025 Posted April 22, 2025 (edited) Thank you, Hex Bolt for this excellent mod. I've enjoyed it for years. I play it in such a way that my character might lose several levels, creating quite a level debt. When I incurred such a debt while playing version 1.1, I manually decreased my character's level and paid the debt. I do this to prevent my player from having an advantage in the game, as she will be playing with higher abilities than the lower level opponents she faces. My understanding is that this mod was to create a disadvantage. However, when I try to pay the debt using the current version, 1.2, I get a notification "Exit the MCM," and the debt is not immediately paid. Also, I've found that sometimes when I level up, it's not paid, nor when I reload the game, as I understand the MCM to state. As a result, I'm waiting in my current game for a moment when the debt payment will hopefully kick in so I can drop back to version 1.1. Would you please consider making the 1.1 system of immediately paying the level debt at least optional? Thanks again for your hard work. Edited April 22, 2025 by wren888

There was no change to perk debt repayment between versions 1.1 and 1.2. (If there had been, I would have listed it in the change notes. I'm usually pretty consistent about that.) I believe what you're experiencing is a "ghost" of the Reapply button in your MCM (it was removed in 1.2 because updates are now applied automatically). The button to repay perk point debt does not use the "Exit the MCM" message -- but Reapply did. Navigating between this mod's MCM pages and sweeping the cursor over all the buttons on the page should clear the problem. Try that and then check that the help text for Pay now describes repayment rather than reapplying effects.

DD to OAR has a condition set to play the out-of-breath animation whenever your character is below a certain stamina/health threshold and wearing any lockable device. I think you can change the flags in OAR to play with only certain types of devices like corsets or heavy bondage, but I just turned the whole thing off.
pingbi146 Posted October 4, 2025 Posted October 4, 2025 Is there a way to manually remove euphoria, My timescale settings combined with a mistake in the MCM makes it so that I currently have euphoria for 8 irl hours, I want to keep the other things the same, just reset the euphoria effect this time. Usually I would just find and remove the spell, but it seems to be a magic effect that's applied via script rather than spell from what I can tell, and effects can't be directly removed via console

That removes more "progress" than you want, but it will remember any perk points lost, and it does remove the euphoria. If you want to jump back into hot water again, that page also has a button to immediately give you love sickness.

PolskiHusarz20 Posted November 14, 2025 Posted November 14, 2025 Hello, I'd like to submit a suggestion. This one will require additional mod for work though. Fortunately its rather simple - recently NymphoElf decided to create a spiritual successor to the Milk Mod Economy mod and called it Mammaries and Lactation. (I've posted this suggestion first there but I was sent back here.) Lactation in that mod is triggered by drinking lactacid or by other mods such as Fill Her Up and some pregnancy mods. I think that this list should be expanded by the Love Sickness as well. This would make the sickness even more challenging to manage by the player who wish for it. Integration with M&L might also expand the Submissive Lola. Thanks for reading. Have a nice day!
Hex Bolt Posted November 14, 2025 Author Posted November 14, 2025 3 hours ago, PolskiHusarz20 said: I'd like to submit a suggestion. Thank you for the suggestion. However, I've spoken with that mod's author, and we don't think that it's a good fit for love sickness, so neither of us really wants to do it. 2
