Looking for some type of help

I'm lazy and busy and honestly am not the smartest when it comes to modding or figuring out mods. I know that I am not good enough to mod my game, what I do know however is that I have money and other people are better than me at things like this. So I'm willing to pay for someone to just do the whole process for me or to have them have an actual incentive to dedicating some time to helping me figure out exactly what I need to do. Idk if that's even possible but I'm running out of options and I figure this is worth a shot. If you're interested dm me at Any%#9167 on discord or on Twitter @degenracy.

Every time i click on a support thread i fear its again something like this.. Let's be hardcore honest this time

you don't have enough money to pay us for it

you will never have enough money

If i put my normal hourly wages and multiple them with a reasonable time it would took me to make you a modlist it would be minimum 5.600 in euro which is 6.351 US for 160 Hours which is a Weeks work.  And yes this is approximately the time we would need for a basic working setup you yourself will need for the first time. We talking about Hours of mod searching PLUS the time it would take to talk about mods you need or want and so on. And every fucking time you want to change your modlist, you will pay again and again and again. Also most of us, me included, have a day job so the time it will take to make your modlist will be over a Month. Oh and i charge double on Weekends and as i am only able to work on it on weekends that would be 11200 Euros.

Read the guides they gave you. Every Idiot can follow step by step guides. Or download a Modpack Nexus loves to brag about so much.

You very much underestimate just how dumb I must be then cause I have tried to mod Fallout NV twice and failed both times then just looked over Skyrim's and saw the same situation. My only issue is really just how scattered everything is, everything is years and years old so idk what to use what is or isn't the process. What programs you need for what for some of them. Unless I can get a link to a for sure up to date or just some guidance on what parts are good and what need to do something else? I'm just not smart enough to do all the investigating and stuff like that to know exactly what I need and what to do.

Honestly if everything is too much I would be fine with just getting all of the proper framework stuff and then I deal with mod set up/troubleshooting from there. Either solution is fine for me

One of the best up to date guides for skyrims legendary edition

One of the best guides for skyrim special Edition

A sure fire to follow modlist to copy for skyrim special edition (Dunno if something like this exist for Legendary edition)

The difference between LE and SE: Le is older, SE is newer and with its new updates pretty much useless for newer users right now but i don't follow it's current state. Might be wrong here.

Most important thing is do not mix mods that are for one edition of the game with the other version.

Mod Manager. Either Vortex OR Mo2. Read about them and think which one you wanna use. Changing them is a pain in the ass. Vortex is simpler but has it's own learning process. MO2 might be a bit more complicated but has it's strong points. Use either of them, nobody cares and both do what they have to do. It's you who makes the mess not them so you have to learn how they operate. Its simple tho.

FNIS: Most important tool for LL stuff. Run it everytime you install something with animations. Click of the first 3 boxes. Read the log it gives you so you can see if something is not compatible for your game. Behold warnings it gives you it never gives you something unimportant to worry about. Except maybe duplicate animation warnings that just reduce the number fo anims you can run. Be smart and use FNIS XXL from the start.

Bodyslide: a tool to make body meshes, simply put make the female body look like you want it to look and tailor the cloths and armors you got to it. Useless if there aren't bodyslide files for Clothing items. Read a guide about it or watch a video. Don't really matter how old.

XEdit or SSEdit for Special Edition. Usefull if you want to change some mods the easy way. Can't do everything but is usefull to make some mods work together if one changes things it has no fucking reason to do. Some Modders don't know it, don't see it or don't care. It is your responsibility to make sure your modlist works not there´s.

Without it nothing on this board will work.

Be always sure to read mod pages for more complicated mods then the next fuckable follower. Head Requirements, never miss them. Best look at them beforehand and install them right before you do the mod you wanna use. Many mods share Requirements so there is almost never a useless installation. If you fear something useless clutters your plugin slot, think again if you want to have the mod that needs it.

Go To naked body replacers for females are CBBBE or UNP. Install Bodyslide in both cases. Dunno what more modern bodys work with LE, SE´s best bodys are CBBE 3ba and BHUnp which are the evolved forms of the former mentioned. Be clear which one you want and install compatible skin mods and outfits for them.

Male Body either Schlongs of Skyrim, Better males (Don't. its the weakest of them.) Sam or Himbo, but Himbo i dunno if it's a thing for LE. Just go with SoS if you don't care much. Install a compatible skin mod too.

Be sure to remember that skyrim has a hard limit on animations it can run and every new number of animations for your game might make some things a bit slower. Same goes for scripted mods. Don't use too many or your game will break. If we are at it, you will break things. Like it or not it's a part of the learning process. Most of us fucked up badly the first time, i fucked up really bad. Learn from it and stop fucking it up bad. Fuck it up better so you know how to fix it again.

Never install a Number of mods that takes more then 10 Minutes to test in game. Install Life another live, your new best friend and fastest way to test new mods out.

Invest the time and learn it yourself by trial and error.  In the long run it will be worth it for you.

My first few times trying to mod my games were an absolute disaster because of rookie mistakes I made.  As long as you can learn from your mistakes and actually listen to the (mostly) good advice you can get here and on the Nexus, you can learn to figure it out too, no matter how smart or dumb you are.  And you'll never have to be dependent on someone else.

Besides, every single one of us likes different things.  The kind of mods I like are probably different than the kinds of mods you like, which are probably different than the kinds of mods the next person likes.  In other words, what is a good mod list for me might be terrible for you.

There's already very good info in this thread.  Just take it 1 mod at a time (with all of the dependencies of course).  It does become like a spiderweb of mods but you can do it if you want.  The guides posted above are very good.

But if you insist on wanting to off load the effort you can always try Wabbajack.  I don't know if you can get LL mods with it or not?  I don't know what the current status on that is, but you can pick whatever the popular thing is and give it a shot.  But it will still be some reading involved and you still need to learn how to use the mod manager.  https://www.wabbajack.org I've never used it myself.  But maybe it works?  ?
