I mean, you can mod animations. It's theoretically possible, but like, I doubt anybody has interest in doing it. I don't remember seeing many animation mods in general for other RE engine games either. Only a couple.

Yea, usually what modder do is to unlock the pose to allow char to perform different action/pose that was orignally available in the game.

and maybe a way to modify the X,Y,Z axis of the bone to pose like other H-game. 

But to make a functioning sex animation will require lots of work, probably too much to make it looks perfect and to me that will not be a free job and also, if you were able to perform that kind of task, you might as well just make a new inde H-game.

it will be much easier to just export the game model and used in other H-game (which can be unacceptable)

an actual Nude NPC mode, it took World a year before someone did it for Handler, This is great , good job it looks like its gone one of the most popular mods when it releases

Yeah, Handler wasn't too popular with people that actually played, it took me a while to get a stick up my ass to learn how to mod MTFramework

Glad someone's able to port bodies from World over here because Friccirf's bodies are still amazing in rise's shaders

I can only hope a good body becomes available for rise, i might get around to learning how RE Engine modding works and do something for Rondine and/or Yomogi
