OUTDATED - SexLab Defeat v2.0 - 07/05/2013

Recommended Posts

My two suspects:

1. Dead Body Collision.esp

2. dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Reduced

And I dont know what this does:

1. NpcHavokHit.esp

Try to see if the mod works without them. First bet

2. dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Reduced

I think it might be incompatible with the stand up animation

i got no problem running dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic, but Dead Body Collition definitly conflicted with the sex mods i run. Getting rid of the latter solved some problems, mainly related to allignment.

Apparently there are some people reporting that Realistic Ragdoll and HavokHit don't play nice together. Just figured I'd throw that out there :o Not using the HavokHit one myself but checked it after seeing you mention it. Does look cool though xD

When I use the uninstall option in MCM nothing seems to happen beyond the popup menu that says "you can close this and wait a few seconds." Is there no feedback? Do I just wait a few seconds and resave the game, then go into NMM and uninstall the mod before installing the new version?

I have two different characters so I need to make sure both will be ready for the new version.

Does this mod have any known incompatibilities?  I ask because I keep getting CTD with this mod installed.  Whenever I load a save (any save) I see the loading screen, then I hear that "ksshh" noise (you know, the one that you get when you load a save where your character is holding an enchanted weapon), then CTD before I see anything.

I'm willing to try uninstalling other mods, but I figured I'd ask first.

Uh I have a slight problem that came up recently. Basically whenever I try to initiate rape while sneaking I end up killing most people in one hit, because the stealth kill multiplier (currently 5x on my dickass thief). I also use SkyRe which overhauls damage dealt and taken so that might be the problem. And while I had no problem with it at low levels, I can't really do anything now since the damage of a single unarmed hit instakills NPC-s (mostly townsfolk and light armored ones, on heavily armed npcs it still works as intended, but I'm only lvl 17 so it wont last long either). Is there a way to get around this? I love this mod but SkyRe is a must have for me.

do you mind trying using these textures. They are my custom ones. NMM compatible.

(this has proven to be a tricky one)

Edit*

(also check again that "Player collisionions" in unticked in SexLab MCM)

wasn't texture, was location.

Tried mod in another location and it works great. Problem area is crossroads at Honningybrew Meadery, attacking guard there and triggering Defeated is causing problem. May be the new architecture mods in area, Ranger Ridge and Riverside Lodge.

.... will mess around further to try and figure out if it is a mod bugging out the area for SL. Other SL mods work in area, but are buggy it seems.

edit, nope, not housing mods nearby, something else.

nice to know it finally works :-)

well some location mod do tend to have bugs like that. My game can freeze while crafting or looking in a chest in the dovakin hideout. But only in there.

The uninstall button in the v1.1 will just remove the two perks the mod adds,

There is no auto registration in the mod so you can uninstall it and make a clean save.

There shouldn't be any direct incompatibilities with other mods, at least not that i'm aware of yet.

Odd, will try to reproduce this.

Engeggybeak -> Untick the "Rape is a crime" in MCM, your character will not hit the target before the rape or just use your fists.

Does this mod work with SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim because when they go to rape me or my followers they seem to be wearing pants it looks to work on other Sexlab mods fine. Still getting the blank menu problem but works fine on my new character.

As far as I know SOS has not been fully implemented by Sexlab yet. In The SOS page it says that SOS will be supported by Sexlab but since sexlab says nothing about it I suppose it still not finished. If it does work with other Sexlab mods however so I dont see why it should not work with this one. It could happen though.

For the blank menu page try to save and reload that save. Would like to know if that causes SOS to work too :-)

I've tried the save and them reload that save and it does'nt work still blank. As for my new character if I set the config to have my followers collapse when I get raped will the npc attack them too when their down because most of the just stand around.

Make sure your SKSE and SkyUI is the latest version.

And while SOS is still to be implemented by SexLab you can manually add a mandrake (aka viagra) potion in the NPC who is going to do the work on you. Type help mandrake in the console then select the npc and additem id 1.

Also you can manipulate the.. um. 'schlong' to go up or down using PageUP/PageDown keys (default ones) [npc have to be the center of your screen {target}]

Skyui and skse is up to date od thin is though just disable my brash patch and Sexlab defeat and it is still showing up in the menu for some reason even though the mod is no longer activated. Just loaded a save I had around 6 lvls back look to be working the menu is coming up now very strange.

That feature is wip, the code is ready but isn't working as intended, will certainly be in the next version.

I've also noticed that when my companion gets raped the people who attacked will stand around and not attack the player or the companion even when they are been attacked by them.

I'm having MCM problems with v2. Sometimes when I click the Defeat entry no submenus appear. Sometimes the submenus appear but after I activate one clicking on the others doesn't work. If I back up and try to select a different MCM module they don't respond until I close all menus and go back in.

On character two no submenus appear after several attempts, saving and reloading. I can see the main MCM entry for Defeat but it never gives me any of the submenus to make selections.

I don't know if I should start a new game but there is no menu in 2.0 and for some reason after hostile npc start attacking my companions they will calm after a few seconds.

When I uninstall v1.1 (both from MCM and on NMM) and load the game again to make a clean save, I notice that in the MCM menu that SexLab Defeat menu is still there, but without any submenus. When I install v2, the menu stays like that and has no submenu.

Through trial and error I did manage to get the submenus for V2 to show up. Not sure exactly how other than trying multiple reloads. Is this version supposed to have a calm in place for attackers? I noticed the new idles when they're waiting but afterward they were still hostile.

For some reason my V2 can't detect any followers at all. It can't detect Serana, Lydia or even Faendal when I started a new game. I tried reloading cells, moving to new cells and manually activating the MCM menu to detect followers. The mod can't seems to find any even though they are directly following me.

Hey, I think I got same problem of mine, too.

After click the clean button in sexlab mcm menu, make a new save then reload it.

It might fix the problem.

Mine works fine after that.

I think it was sexlab framework matter.

For those who ended up getting a blank menu I fiddled around with my installed mods and found that "Training Dummies Give XP" (with the dawnguard patch) was causing the problem for whatever reason.  Turning it off makes the menu available.  So give that a shot if you have it installed and are having trouble.

Try this:

1. Go to an opena space (you will understand why in the next step :-) )

2. Dismiss Serana

3. Save

4. Reload

5. check to see if followers are registered. Wait a while. hopefully Serana will not go too far.

6. Re-enlist Serana.

Serana is not recognized by the mod. Having migh cause the issue to not see the other followers too. Unlikely but who knows

To those with the blank menu:

You need to make a clean save. Unfortunately apparently in Skyrim (at least with MCM) this is somewhat harder than in Oblivion. Once you've deactivated the mod you'll see that the menu item in MCM is still there. Now you need to play till it disappears (somewhere for a different mod I read someting like 5 minutes real time). There is no message, just play a bit and check if the menu is still there. As soon as it disappears, save and then activate the mod. Now it should work (at least that's how it did for me).

On a different note, there is a bug I came across: When trying the combat rape my charater upon pressing "E" seems to smack them a last one. If that kills the target, your character kneels down as if to initiate the action and then you are stuck as the rape does not initiate (accompanied by a "target is dead" message).
