I can try to upload that file separately if you don't need the whole mod from Nexus. 1

I just downloaded it and should be possible use the BodySlide after be converted, with the current version or a new one if required.
scourgebane Posted December 8, 2021 Posted December 8, 2021 Thats awesome news! Thanks for looking into making this work with HIMBO, I really hope it won't be too much of a bother for you to get the bodyslides to accept the hair color.

Try with this replacement for the pubic meshes. You still need my Mod, the NiOverride that come with the RaceMenu and SOS with his hairless Addons compatible with Himbo. I just add the hair and the scripts for the colors. If still you see the Glow, send me the "Papyrus.0.log" file. is not a BodySlide because apparently the bodyside dot affect the SOS Shlongs. in case I be wrong send me the link or the BodySlide files for the 3 SOS default addons (Smurf Average, VectorPlexus Muscular, VectorPlexus Regular) SOS Pubic Hair for Male (HIMBO).7z
scourgebane Posted December 9, 2021 Posted December 9, 2021 Good news, the glow is completely gone, and it looks fine with black hair. The bad news is the hair does not change color, it remains black no matter what color I change my hair to. I have experimented with new characters of varying race and hair colors. I made sure to meet the above requirements with the exception that SOS hairless is being overwritten by Tempered Skins textures, but those shouldn't touch the pubic hair meshes at all. Do you still need my papyrus0 log?

fares9494 Posted December 10, 2021 Posted December 10, 2021 What if I play as a dickgirl? I want an option to put the male pubes on a female character

So you have to send me the files or the link to the Mod and BodySlide.
BeefyJackal Posted December 13, 2021 Posted December 13, 2021 For some reason, I still get the "glow" for males every once in a while. It just makes my screen go black and I get the red glow on the pubics. I use an ENB and Himbo, although I don't think it's a compatibility issue.

The ENB configuration have something to do with the black screen but the problem is on the NIOverride that comes with that bug. My scripts try to deal with the bug but the only real solution is on the Racemenu Mod and the NIOverride included, but sadly the author is missing.

The weird part is that it only appears randomly. It works, then suddenly starts throwing the errors. Sometimes on load save/cell change. Sometimes when getting an erection. One time I watched as an npc just started getting the error mid game, without doing anything. It was working, then suddenly showed the error. It looks exactly like some kind of a mesh/texture error.
Harry Smackmeat Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Looks really thin for me. How do I get bushier? Every sos/sam tattoo I've found to wear under the 3d model cranks it to 11 when I'm looking for maybe a 5. Is it because my antialiasing and stuff is turned off? I drop 40 fps any time I look straight ahead because my gaming rig predates Skyrim, so ENB is out of the question.
OsmelMC Posted December 20, 2021 Author Posted December 20, 2021 If someone have glow problems with the Male addons, please try the Female addon and see if the problem persists on one, both or none of the Mods. Let me know your Skyrim version and send me the Papyrus.0.log if the problem persists. I am still playing with the Skyrim SE without the Anniversary Edition update, so probably that's the reason why is fine for me. Also my Female Mod is older than the Male Mod, so is more tested. I have both installed together and even when they should work fine alone I never tried it independent.
gregaaz Posted December 22, 2021 Posted December 22, 2021 @OsmelMC, thank you for creating this mod - this was on my own "to-do" list and thanks to your hard work now I only have to do the futanari side of things. One question: Can you tell me what this unresolved EITM pointer is supposed to be going to? I'm hesitant to start using this mod with my setup until I can be sure it's wired up properly. 1

That's probably the reason why some user are having issues with the colors. I use few different ways to ensure the colors be applied. The magic effects on the public hair is one of them. I'm checking it right now! WTF, I probably check that more than 20 time and never noticed that was missed from the male addons. That object effect is the most important because is the first on set the pubic hair color and more important, set the keyword that allow the other functions recognize the pubic hairs. Thanks! OsmelMC Posted December 22, 2021 Author Posted December 22, 2021 (edited) Please, that someone with just the Male Mod and color issues test this and comment. Is just the fix so you need the original mod too. SOS Pubic Hair for Male Addon (HotFix 20211222).7z Edited December 22, 2021 by OsmelMC
OsmelMC Posted December 22, 2021 Author Posted December 22, 2021 @gregaaz If you need help developing the Futa version, just ask! The best and easier is copy one of the male addons and change the names and meshes address. The main difficulty is make the pubic meshes compatible because need some very specific options enabled on the NIF files.

Importing an already- color- matching female pubic mesh onto a futanari penis mesh in outfit studio seems to preserve the special nif characteristics. Now I just need to polish it up and on the back end and do additional testing to make sure it's working consistently. 1
gregaaz Posted December 23, 2021 Posted December 23, 2021 (edited) One last question for your @OsmelMC. Is there any particular reason that the pubic hair plugins need to have the originals as masters? Is this just to ensure that novice users don't find themselves missing assets by not installing the prerequisites? I'm trying to keep my total SOS count equal to or below 20 because of limitations in SLEN (I've been lazy and haven't got around to fixing my script compiler to work with legacy Sexlab LE source scripts yet so I haven't expanded it for the playthrough I'm getting ready to start) and between Males, Females, Beast race variants, and Futanari, I'm scraping that limit. I'd rather just have the pubic versions for males instead of also having a hairless version in game, and I don't see any database dependencies in the plugins. Edit: Hmm, now someone just needs to make color-matching body hair textures for male characters, similar to Pubes Forever and Nordic Warmaiden. Distributing those through DBO would result in some really excellent variation in character appearances. Edited December 23, 2021 by gregaaz

If you do a futa version you probably don't need any dependency. Still you have to know that if you use your own meshes for the Schlongs you will have to make all the variants with Physics, like those for COCO body. 1
DylanBoot Posted December 31, 2021 Posted December 31, 2021 (edited) Despite building the hairs in BodySlide using my chosen preset (CBBE Curvy), the hair is still clipped inside NPCs. I think you said that the BS files should work with all body types, but I suspect CBBE's "Move Crotch" slider is the culprit. Edited December 31, 2021 by DylanBoot 1

I had "almost" the same problem with my BHUNP-Lite (ASDASDF) body (LE Environment). Almost because the pubic hairs were not clipping but "separated" from the body. In fact you should be right, be "move crotch" and/or the "groin size" are the culprits for this. To have the pubic hairs work correctly I had to make a looooong and tedious work, loading every single mesh (both _0 and _1 versions) one by one in Outfit Studio. Then I needed to load every time "my" femalebody mesh (corresponding _0 or _1), selecting the correct sliders and "conform" the pubic mesh. The bodymesh (loaded as refence) must be deleted before saving the correct pubic hair mesh. BUT ... anyway, while the color is right for the Player character, it is NOT for the NPCs. Black haired NPCs have still "blond" (it seems to be the default color) pubic hairs.

So, there is still the problem described in my previous post and the need to "fine tune" every single pubic hair mesh. AND still ... the color is correctly adaptive for the Player but it's not for the NPCs, always showing the base (default?) blond color. Edited January 3, 2022 by NicoleDragoness
Azazemon Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 I'm guessing this doesn't work for HIMBO yet?
