Yes, you only have to tag the armor as reveling on the SOS MCM. Of course if the armor or dress also use the slot of the pubic hair then you probably find some conflict. Take in consideration that you will also get the Schlong showed in case of the male actors.  Another solution is also use a tattoo of a pubic hair and that way you will see the hair under the underwear when the 3D hair can't be equipped.  For me the optimal solution is use the 2D and 3D hair's together but I'm not working on that yet.  1
shardoom Posted May 13, 2022 Posted May 13, 2022 @OsmelMCÂ There doesn't appear to be any BS files in the latest Female download. Â Also the 'wild' hair for the males isn't for me, why is there hair all the way down the cock to the tip?

Don't have BSA files because I never compress the files on my Mods. The BSA files are useless when you are using mod managers like MO2 or Vortex. Â By the way, you have to build the BodySlide of the downloads for your body shape. Because the default hair's are made for the vanilla body. The "COCO (BodySlide)" on the downloads should work in most of the cases. I mostly use the meshes (NIF files) i can find on internet and just make some adjustments on their properties to support the color scripts. Â If you know a pubic hair for males more of your taste, just let me know and I will include it soon as I can. I almost forgot because I being busy with another Mod, but I have plans to include the pubic hair's of the Futa version on the Male version. Those hair's are less untamed and more stylized. As in there are no bodyslide files in the newest female download? Â Also, .BSA files are most certainly NOT useless when using MO2. I pack pretty much everything I can into .bsa format it dramatically reduces loading time, regardless of compression.

Commander_ Posted May 30, 2022 Posted May 30, 2022 Hey, many thanks for this mod, I love it! Â If this isn't terribly inconvenient, would it be possible to get an image per pubic hair type? I realized that I would like to not use some of them but I'm not sure which is which. For example, what's the difference between "Landing Strip" and "Strip"? How wild is "Wild"? And how untamed is "Untamed"? Having an image for each time would be amazing. Â Thanks!

Isn't terrible inconvenient, but I play with Medium-Low graphic and I'm sure that others can take better pictures. Â The hair's are thin and with my graphics card looks bit pixelated. Â I'm thinking on include body tats for each pubic hair to enhance the quality on low graphic configuration, and also to be able of see the hair even with Panties equipped. But I'm busy right now with other Mods and I don't know when I will be able to work on that.
Zentake Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 Hey I seem to be having an issue with this mod. NPCs work fine, but the color on my PC starts off dark (my hair color) then turns blond after half a second.

Even being the same color, the head and pubic hair's have different textures than can made it look different. Also the source of light can make the difference, for example if you are in front of a campfire the pubic hair will look brighter than the head hair. Â Share a picture with both hair's at day light on exterior to check the difference and find the reason.
kraoro Posted July 12, 2022 Posted July 12, 2022 (edited) I'm trying the female version on Enderal VR, and it's not working. The SoS menu shows all the different styles, but they don't actually appear on any of the NPCs. Â I'm using the BHUNP - UNPBB body, and generated the nifs in BodySlide, but nothing. MachinaJim Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 I found the meshes weren't fitting properly with the COCO Bodyslide for many 3BA presets (the pubes were inside the body) so I followed the instructions to make my own BodySlide for 3BA. While now they fit perfectly this has broken the hair colour matching feature and the pubes only come in one colour - black. How can I restore colour matching?

Only my meshes have the right properties. Then you have to transform the old body into a SSE body. I think the slider for that is already included. Then once settled the slider on 100 go to the options on the top of the window and select the one to use this as base and the slider will go back to 0 keeping the form. Finally load one of the 3BA bodies as base reference and replace the sliders for the one of the 3BA and save all.  Is easy but tedious because need to be done on each one of the Pubic hair's Â

What 'old body' and what's a 'SSE body'? Is there an additional step (or two) which could be added to the earlier instructions: Quote You can also make your own BodySlide for 3BA with just: 1. open the "PubicHairs_CBBE.osp" with the "Outfit Studio" 2. Select one of the outfits in the list 3. On the "File" menu of the menu bar in top of the screen, select "Load Reference..." 4. in the "From Template" option select the "CBBE 3BA Body" or the "Sliders: CBBE 3BA Ref" and hit the "OK" button. 5. On the "Slider" menu of the menu bar in top of the screen, select "Conform Selected" and use the default preset for the "Conforming..." windows. Hit the "OK" button and wait  6. Once be ready test one of the Sliders for the VanillaSSE to see if are working on the hair and 7. On the "File" menu of the menu bar in top of the screen, select "Save Project As..." and disable the check at the bottom to "Copy reference shape into output" 8. Hit the "Save" button and repeat all the steps for the rest of the outfits (hair's) Â

On Skyrim SE the bodies are usually more stylized on the default 0 values. Â Since my BodySlide is for COCO, even if don't have body still the hair is fitting for the COCO Body that is more robust on the default zero values. Â COCO should have a slider to make it look more like the default 3BA body or the SSE body but if not, still you have some Base Body to convert the old LE bodies into the new SE bodies and are very easy to use.
MachinaJim Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 I thought taking each outfit from PubicHairs_CBBE.osp which is for COCO and 'conforming' to 3BA was the same as what you've described. Its based on your bodyslide and meshes so how does this process lose the colour matching properties?

It shouldn't lost the properties but each new version of BodySlide come with some new bug that most of the users never noticed and probably that's the bug on your version.  Sadly I won't be able to work on the Skyrim Mods for a while so I can't make a 3BA for now.  The last time I checked almost all the 3BA presets can be applied on the COCO Body but some of the sliders have different name and for that reason can't get the stored value and need to be manually settled.

I had tested a few such as 'sparse bush' which were totally buried in the 3BA body I tried but fitted fine after I created the 3BA bodyslide as per your instructions with the downside they now only came in black. The others I didn't touch kept the colour matching properties.

rorik42 Posted September 15, 2022 Posted September 15, 2022 It's not fitting properly for me. I use 3BA and built it with the COCO BodySlide files..
Cleave Posted December 28, 2022 Posted December 28, 2022 So hey. Anybody interested in making a fitting 3BA version? Bumping the thread to bring awareness and interest Â
OsmelMC Posted December 28, 2022 Author Posted December 28, 2022 (edited) I'm working on a update with a matching pubic hair overlays inspired on the slavetats that will allow you see the pubic hair even when the 3D hair's be hidden by some panty or armor. Â Is already working but need better texture's for the overlays. Â Once be released i will release a update for the current COCO BodySlide and a new one for 3BA plus a LE version in that order. Â But anyone can make a BodySlide for any body type following my instructions on the Nexus article of this Mod, sadly even when some users are made they conversions, not one share it. FusRoDah2 Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 I'm using 3BA with the Coco version now. The bodyslide worked with no extra steps for me, other than generating them. I think they look a bit better than the painted woman pubes though I don't think these are supported by the YPS integration unfrotunately. though with the futa version I do have the issue that it doesn't seem to using my TRX sliders, it just uses the default shape. Which is unfortunate because it TRX looks much better with foreskin imo. I also had to move the meshes and textures to a different folder for some reason. Not too big of a deal though I'll just install This bad boy for futas instead. Â Looking forward to the overlays, pubes disappearing with clothes on is the main drawback of 3d pubes Â

It can be tedious but worth the efforts.

Having hair grow on top of armour isn't much of an upgrade well you would obviously only do so for the armors that are actually revealing, but hey if you want hair growing from your armor I'm not going to judge.
