Guest Omega1084 Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 Meow meow. I still haven't seen our departed best buddy put his shit on Nexus. I mean really, it actually would be a bit depressing if he stomped on everyone's necks for no results. I could understand pushing someone down some stairs for a Klondike bar but doing it for free is just pointless evil. Depressing? Bullpotatoes. I'd love to see him be trolled by Dante or D0rky. Honestly, i just assumed Dante was just screwing with him from the start, ya know a little payback. And i'll never be able to take you seriously anymore with that cute avi pic. I'm still hoping to see his alt. come crawling back assuming his normal account was banned. Would be better to have his Orcish bullshit explain why he acted like an utter twat to everyone for no real reason. I'm not someone you should take seriously. Ever. This helps. xD
Chaos63 Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 Probably the good old fashioned "my account was hacked" or "my >insert family member< posted that while I was away".
Guest Omega1084 Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 Vergil did it. I told him not to fuck with my laptop while I was dead but he didn't listen. I hate having half demons for roommates. Goddamn. Last time I leave him alone with my laptop open in my room.
mkprovince Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 So, what are the chances that the alt will appear on the Banned From Nexus thread?
ToxicKetchup Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 So, what are the chances that the alt will appear on the Banned From Nexus thread? Oh, I don't doubt that he'll come back to complain some more. When he does come back, you'll know. His loudness and obnoxiousness stick out like a sore thumb.
Guest carywinton Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 Maybe he is Bipolar and will realize, "Oh Shit I said all that?" And will try to make a huge apology. Or Not. I suffer from explosive compulsive disorder and many times started typing in a near rage, then caught myself and deleted it all.
Guest Mogie56 Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 I'm not sure it would be called Bipolar. does it cover bitching (complaining about everything) and rage bitching (complaining about everything and name calling) ? or is it just Troll with CK experience.
gvman3670 Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 I dunno', guys/gals. He is German. So maybe it's the beer he's drinking?
Guest Omega1084 Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 I wouldn't call him a troll. That's an insult to the guys at 4Chan working hard to keep their reputation up while these kiddies just insult people and think they're "epic trolls" for it.That's not trolling at all, it's being a dumbass. :/
Jormungandr Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 I dunno', guys/gals. He is German. So maybe it's the beer he's drinking?
Nergui Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I was looking at Steam's top sellers for today and FNV #1, FO3 is #3 and Skyrim LE is #8. Looks like another influx coming for nexus.
Ramses Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 /begin oldfag mode Quite a while ago, some fuss was kicked up over another site called navercafe. Some of you may have heard of it. At the time, their attitude was 'you guys suck and can't have our swag' well, we all know how that worked out. Many of the more successful and 'underground' mods found a good home here. Mine included. Take all the silly posturing out of the mix and you gotta ask yourself, why does anyone mod? So you can jerk off to yout fanbase? By that logic, you may want to spam it all over. But then support becomes a hassle. Nah, LL has been more mature and truer to the fanbase than any of the other more 'mainstream' alrernatives. Just remember, kids.. We're all exiles here, we gotta get along so knock it off with the bitching and get busy contributing something worthwhile because anything else is just more of the same bullshit we all came here to avoid in the first place. /end oldfag mode EDIT: Actually all this was for another thread. It does still seem strangely relevant, however, so I'll leave it even if it was posted to the other rant thread...
bob11 Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I was looking at Steam's top sellers for today and FNV #1, FO3 is #3 and Skyrim LE is #8. Looks like another influx coming for nexus. Have to admit I'm sort of surprised Skyrim's still selling strongly after what, 3 or 4 years now I think? Not surprising that the modding continues though. The last game that I edited for, its community is still going after 13 years! Although if I'm not mistaken, Morrowind is pretty old now and possibly older still. Though I don't keep up with that modding community much, so I don't know if new things are still being made for it. Pretty sure Skyrim keeps selling BECAUSE of the modding community. Unlike FO games, I can't see many people buying Skyrim for the RP or story aspects which are mediocre at best in comparison, but it has a crapload of mods. I mean, I liked both new FO much more than Skyrim but I still go back to Skyrim because of the mods. Well, if they have a Skyrim day, the servers are gonna die again, although you have to wonder whether there are STILL people that haven't bought Skyrim and are interested in medieval sandbox RPG. It's getting discounted all the time.
Guest endgameaddiction Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I was one who bought the Anthology back in January. I came from Fallout to Skyrim. And it depends what you find mediocre, because I find FNV mediocre, but I love FO3's story. We all just have our way of viewing it. Skyrim, well the it's not all that bad to me, but I've encountered so many flaws that almost made me never want to play it again after a month or two. I'm just now actually getting back into it after a few months ago. I can say that buying Skyrim on console would of been the biggest waste of cash ever. Well for both Fallout and Skyrim because it's more bug fix mods than anything. I can't speak for Oblivion as I only played it once for a few hours and put it away for now. In the future I plan to get into it. At first I just wanted to play it and forget about modding it, but that plan has changed. I do plan to have a better experience because I'm not good at this ECE or RM thing. I need much more control when it comes to morphing than sliders. I don't know but instead of starting from Arena I'm going backwards... I'll be honest, I lost interest in medieval years ago. When I jumped to Fallout 3 in 2010 I fell in love with the post-apocalyptic thing. I do, however, find TES story line to be intriguing. So from what people have said about Oblivion being better and Morrowind being a much better RPG experience, perhaps it's not a bad idea going backwards. on topic. I do agree the reason for it selling has to do with the Steam mod community and the steam sale. It's because of mods that have kept these games alive for so long. Another wave of nexus server farts wouldn't surprise me. I've been pretty steady with downloading Skyrim mods, so I'm not in a rush for a new mod or an update unless it's a critical update maybe.

A person with that much ego doesn't have friends, he has tools. LL was his till he was accepted back into the Nexus. I always knew he'd blow up somehow as soon as he had the chance from the way he posted. H34D5H07 saw it coming too. I think Jormungandr was the only one who invested some trust in the guy.
GrimReaper Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I don't know. I am not surprised that he obviously doesn't have that ominous friend who 'negotiated' (seriously, that's blown out of proportion for asking if you can come back after having been banned) with the nexus staff. On the other hand there are some people who would lick your boot for just about anything, even for some crappy weapon mods. But now we know he is pretty much alone, even on the interwebs. http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/topic/6930-my-last-post-as-layman/ I mean, look at this. He's like "oh I really like it here and insanitysorrow is a cool guy because we are on the same wavelength - we are both modders! that's a bond right there no one can break!" and insanity is just like "lol dude don't spam your shit" topic closed. (no, it's not hard to e-stalk that guy because he gave out all the links one would ever need in his signature)
Guest Omega1084 Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 That guy is something special. I'm just waiting for the day he says something slightly inflammatory in the Nexus and gets booted again then rages at TESAlliance and gets booted there too. Because it'll happen, it's just a matter of "when" at this point. People with egos as big as his who actively avoid any and all criticism or respond to it violently don't last long anywhere.

Not surprisingly he gets no sympathy as he POed just about anyone. Where he going next?
GrimReaper Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I think it's more sad than anything else. I mean, I guess he is a human being (I am giving him the benefit of the doubt here, I know) but think about it. He clearly thinks of himself in a way that doesn't align well with how he really is and when reality bursts his little bubble it will most likely hurt a lot. That's no justification for him acting like a total dick and retard but he just can't handle the truth. He wants to be someone, but he is a nobody - like everyone else. I think he has a lot of issues, his insults were oddly specific, for example. Almost everything he said sounded a lot like he was projecting his own issues onto someone else.
Guest Omega1084 Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 There's better ways to go about it. Like asking for help. People ask for emotional and moral support from this community all the time. I've done it a bunch and people have always helped me. If it's pride keeping him from reaching out then he likely deserves what he's earning.

People are afraid of being told what they do wrong and what they need to do to make things better. People are afraid to share the things that trouble them. People are afraid of asking for help and getting no response whatsoever. It's not so much about asking friends - IRL or online - for help, he'd need a professional doc to help him out of his misery, I think. A doc gets paid for getting involved with sad, angry, depressive or whathaveyou persons. Most people that don't get paid for that tend to not really get involved. It's easier that way.

Does that justify him lashing out at people like that as a grandiose way of leaving the site, though? Didn't look like he was afraid of insulting all of us. Except me who he actively ignored. I think I scared him.
