Bad Ends Revived: Windhelm

this mod is fantastic! but it is One thing that I think could have been better is too many esp
I'd like to use all the bad end series (solitude,riften...)
but I'm sad for the lack of esp. Any thoughts on integrating the esp?

When my character is lead out to the gallows, the guards and her miss the pathing to the gallows and get stuck below them. I can provide a screenshot later on if needed, but wanted to check if anyone knows what's happening and how to fix
EDIT: I do use the Open Cities mod, but that's all I can think of that edits the city

It seems to be easier with Rift, it works about once every 5 attempts.
