Everything is in order. If the robot is not talking to you, it is because there is a mod interfering. I recommend deactivating some plugins and testing until he talks to you.

Played through the entire  mod, really liked, still, I wish there was a way to make the nuka rush collar a permanent thing, do you plan on making nuka rush a usable item? really liked the concept

Alright. i re-istalled the game and installed only mods, that was a hard requirement. KAISER is still inert and this time it 100% surely NOT the other mod.

Looks like i have to use console skip :c

In that case the save may be corrupted. Try a new game outside of the Vault. A save where Nuka Ride has not started.

Thanks. Yeah, I have something like that planned. If you have ESP explorer, you can see what my mod contains (drugs, food, clothes, items). You can see that there is a collar called Junkie Collar. I do not use it yet, but it is to be used in future missions as a mule.

 

If you wear it now, you will adopt a nervous idle, like a junkie.

Yo, im having kinda a huge problem. I can't start the quest. I can talk to Charon and he gets me to the nuka world, but when i enter Shank and Katlyn have a normal convo (i think i never done this dlc) and when Shank stands by the wall the game wont allow me to start dialogue. He just stands there looking at me. Tried to walk around and talk to raiders, nothing seems to work. I have moved the load ored to the bottom on both the mod and plugin itself via Mod Orginizer but still no response. Loaded earlier save - before even leaving the vault - but still no use. Seems like something is conflicting or im lacking something but nothing comes to mind.

I did that too, but no effect as well. Maybe my PC just don't want this specific robot to work, idk :D

Did you speak to the Protectron Kaiser at Nuka World?

Download this and replace it in DATA.

 

 

It is the same .esp, but in the Kaiser alias I checked the "Allow Reserved" box.

 

Nuka Ride.esp

 

You know the drill. Try in a new save.

 

If this doesn't work, consider throwing holy water on your PC lol.

Yep, holy water is my option, lul.

Anyway, except Kaiser mod works perfectly fine, so i will just use console skip.

Great mod JB, I had little to no issues going through the quests no complaints. 

 

I did get a little upset there at the end where it got a little too violent for me hehe. I wanted to go all out on Nuka World so bad. 

I left Nuka World after and started massacring all raiders in the commonwealth with vengeance lol. This mod touched me if that was your goal.

 

Amazing work! Looking forward to the update.

i seem to be stuck on the quest "a new ride" when having to buy the fusion core it wont let me talk to the npc after william gives me the caps, any idea?

So, this is a new problem for me.  A couple days ago with my (basically) current load order, I finished the entire mod.  Then I made a mistake trying to patch in a new mod and broke my game.  So I uninstalled everything, (literally everything), reinstalled everything, updated Nuka Ride to the most current version, and started my current playthrough.  I started Nuka Ride right out of the vault, and everything has been working literally perfectly.  Until now.  I just started the quest Posters.  I walked in to see Vadim, and I have no option to talk to him.  I can't talk to Yefim either.  I can talk to literally everyone else in the Dugout Inn, but there's just no option to talk to the Bobrov bros.  I've tried all the outfit combinations, I did a deep dive in XEdit, and there is absolutely nothing else touching this quest.  Am I missing something?

Screenshot of my last post.  I just set the quest stage to 12 right before taking this shot.  Nothing happened, and I still can't talk to Vadim.  I did another XEdit deep dive, and I can't find anything that's overriding or conflicting with this quest.

Update:  I used SetStage _NukaRide_Posters through stages 12, 20, and 25.  Then the dance animation kicked in and Vadim ran to the other room.  When I ran in there after the dance scene finished, I was able to talk to him as normal.  The quest played normally until I got back to the Dugout Inn after getting the permit.  The pole dancing scene didn't play, but Vadim did the rest of his part all the way through.  But he did so standing in the back room.  (can't remember if that part is normal, but I thought he was behind the bar last time.  Went back to Nuka World, and the quest ended, gave me xp and marked as complete.  Weird.

Amazing mod! Been using it without any problems so far, and just saw that it was updated recently and holy, updated it right away! 

Just a little question if you could answer I'd be really grateful for it. What mods are you using in the female character shown in the first few screenshots of the mod? It looks really amazing! Like, what textures, presets and so have you used to make that character, I'm in love with it ?

Update 2:  I finished the mod.  Everything ran absolutely perfectly.  I'm stumped.   This really is an excellent piece of work, JB.  Thank you for all your effort to give us a truly unique FO4 experience.  I'm really looking forward to seeing where this story goes.

I had the same thing with the robot btw, because I forgot that I had the previous version of the mod installed. The usual mantra of:

 

- Clean the save

- Uninstall the mod (including the loose files!)

- Loading the save, accepting the complain of missing plugin

- Saving it anew with the mod now not inatalled

- Installing the new version

- Loading this new save

 

Does the trick as always. This should be somewhat of an FAQ by this point :)

Hey, thanks. The clothing is from Creation Club and is called Nuka Cola Collector. As for the preset, if you want it I have put it here:

Thank you. I couldn't tell you what happened to you with Vadim. But if his brother wasn't talking to you either ... I wonder if there was a priority struggle between my mod and Fallout. There is a scene where Vadim argues with his brother. Maybe the game was not being able to decide what to do first.

Oh thanks. I'm going to put it in my Recommendations section. It's a bit my fault for getting so many updates in a few days, but it seems that things are calming down.

 

I have read fascinated how you have communicated various mods with mine. I have a soft spot for Sex Attributes, it's one of my favorites. In the future I will try to do something similar if I can understand it correctly.

Hi, good mod, I have some suggestions:

1)delete two *_toe bones from all outfits with heels (found them in FG BS files)

2)outfit slots should be changed, for example "hot pants" - cover all lover parts, but actual slot "L Leg"

that cause me problem on undressing for scenes, since I prefer not to remove leg slot

3)it would be good to have feature to continue from previous version content end, it takes a lot of time to finish old quests before experience something new
