playing through this for the first time. was kinda hoping for more of a corruption slow burn. but you are fucking on the first day. a dream route for me would be nora saying no, then violence happens around her, she gets scared, gets offered again, and she reluctantly accepts. (the attackers were a ploy to get her to accept, they are hired by nuka). She gets there, only dances for a while very reluctantly, they push her to do more, she refuses, slowly they wear her down by higher rent/more costly food, offering of better pay if she does more and more, dance with less clothes, then lap dance, then dance naked, then hand job,  then blowjob, then  blow bang, and then finally fucking. Maybe drugs could be put in there somewhere to corrupt her, hell even a mind control/hypnosis aspect to help with the corruption.  nice mod, just my two cents and spit balling possible ideas.

If you want a corruption slow burn, the norita (young vault dweller) path is what you are looking for. The Nora path assumes an already mature and non-naive/innocent PC. I.e., Nora knows exactly what she is getting into. Norita is "slowly" introduced to the hardcore stuff over time. Especially if the virgin route is chosen.

It turned out to be M8r98a4f2's Complex Item Sorter.  I inadvertently had Quest tags selected in CS Plugins. When I re-ran it without selecting Quest Tags the issue went away. 

Did you go back to the fireworks? Or were you able to continue from Dara?

 

@JB.Also, despite updating the Nuka Ride World Patch by Izzy... I believe the stuff in the scene is still in the incorrect position. For example, Dara doesn't lay down in the truck bed... impossible, because it has video stuff in it. Instead she just leans against the truck.

 

_NR_Sweet does go to stage 210 automatically, but I cannot speak with kaiser until setting _nukaride_kaiser to 10.

 

I will try the fireworks scene again...

New post because further info. So I've done a bunch of set-staging, and nothing seems to work right. I pretty much have to setstage for each quest stage now. Obviously something is very wrong... tried starting before the fireworks, but no-go there either. Is there really no way to skip from the beginning to the audition? Even just a setstage roadmap to slowly (but faster than re-playing the entire norita beginning) console my way up? I don't think this save is going to work at this point, I think I need to start over... but the idea of replaying the beginning is a huge turn-off.

I talked to Dara who directed me to Kaiser. Everything proceeded fine.

It's curious that your problems start just when the new content starts, and not previously. Are you sure you don't have a patch or one of those bashed patch editing my mod?

 

At the moment there is no way to skip everything. There are lots of things that are deactivating, lots of things that are activating. It would take weeks to have a cheat to skip it all. 

 

Even if you were to start over, you would have the same underlying problem. There is no script "stuck" to your save. My scripts are 99% fire and forget except for some nail timer and credit card, which only edit variables. 

 

Something in your mod list is affecting the normal behavior of the mod. 

 

Also reconsider reinstalling the mod and this time choose to install the source code, to have my loose scripts.

The Special Girls quest probably needs a thorough once over. Once you fight Tessa, you get permalocked into walking, cant open pipboy and cant actually talk to anyone.

 

It starts when you cants talk to Gage after the rimjob. I advanced the quest with

SetStage _NukaRide_Girls 240; After that the bathroom sequence comes through just fine. However, after beating Tessa, the bug simply messes everything up. None of the following works, even if you try before fighting Tessa:         280 Confront Tessa SetStage _NukaRide_Girls 280; 300 Brawl SetStage _NukaRide_Girls 300; 305 Post Brawl (Player Lose) SetStage _NukaRide_Girls 305; 310 Post Brawl (PlayerWin) SetStage _NukaRide_Girls 310; 315 Talk with Gage SetStage _NukaRide_Girls 315;       If you actually try SetStage _NukaRide_Girls 310; then the quest instantly concludes and you're stuck in the gun runners plaza

Started a new game (6.7.6) as Nora.  During the whipping scene with the mayor, something is getting added to my players face (appears right after mayor starts with the whip) and I can't figure out what it is.  It obviously has missing textures but it does not show in my inventory.

Any thoughts?

I'm familiar with that. My mod detected that you have Scripted Facial Tint installed and wants to put the running mascara from "Captives Tattoos". 

But that's as far as I remember. I don't remember how some user in Commonwealth Slavers fixed it or why it came out purple. 

Basically it's two mods. It looks like Captives Tattoos is well installed, but you could check SFT.

alright ill look into that. but idk nora is a suburban mother, can still be naive/innocent despite not being a virgin. but yea ill try out the other route later. norita from the description gave me a wholesome vibe, i'm looking at a more... thrust into an uncomfortable situation vibe, "i better do this to survive but I dont have to like it and ill drag my feet the whole way" vibe.

If you insist on keeping a "lore-friendly" view towards the PC while playing "sexy Fallout 4", you're bound for disappointment, imo. Virtually all adult LL mods for FO4 (for Skyrim as well, for that matter) require a rather large suspension of disbelief. I personally highly recommend alternative start mods that completely skip the pre-war and Vault 111 start to the game. Norita definitely assumes that the PC is a "child": not a minor, but a very young adult, 18 or 19 probably, and assumes some degree of innocence that Nora definitely does not have.

I agree that in both skyrim and fallout there are virtually no real corruption quest mods. which is a shame, huge missed opportunity. gotta have your own head cannon in your playthrough if you want to act like there is any corruption at all.

You could try to play it like I did.     I played JB's other mod, Commonwealth Slavers first, then went into Nuka Ride Nora from that.

 

Now bear in mind, Commonwealth Slavers is pretty dark, its probably not for everyone.

 

But it did pretty much what you are saying you want, for me-   

I was able to start with Nora, the mother, the conservative housewife, and when she gets out of the vault she is immediately captured by slavers.  She is not someone that would jump right into the porn stuff on the first day, but the slavers force her to start doing this stuff or die.   I pretty much played the slow burn corruption exactly like you are talking about.   She didn't 'want' to do anything, but was forced to, to survive.    Then, when Slavers ends, and you go into Nuka Ride with the same character, you have her at the point that she will gladly accept the stuff they ask of her, because she knows by then what the alternative is.    I even had my Nora attempt to survive on her own after Slavers.   She tried and miserably failed.  So she decided then to see what that offer she heard of was all about.    They offered a place to live and protection.   She figures well its nothing that they didn't 'make' me do as a slave so I'll give it a try.    And the more they rewarded her, the further down that path she falls.

The norita route is not a corruption route.  Its more a romance route. Its about sexual growth

Try the following. open the console click on her. write disable press enter then open the console again and type enable and press enter. Then try talking to her again.

For a young innocent girl, sexual growth is corruption. Going from naive and innocent to a porn star... can't get much more corrupted than that. I guess if you are thinking of more hardcore corruption... it builds up to that, especially when you start the OG part of Nuka Ride.

No its not the same look at the description at the first page. The latest version I have about 10 norita and 5 nora path characters I kept and played it a gazillion times more. Nora's path you are used and corrupted on the young girls path it is different. All the stuff the young girl does is by choice. You can at any spot not to do certain things.

 

The OB is very protective of her and will not let that happen. Any of the very hard stuff she does is for her man to get those investments and still she does not have to do those things. Even the porn thing is free choice. Take the lucy in the sky quest for example. In the nora path she have to do the crap stuff after. The young girl not the OB made it clear he will be using Dara for that.

 

Also most dialogue leans towards romance if you follow the right path. and if you talk to JB he will tell you the same. Lets take normal sex for instance. You can have many types of sex and fetishes that does not mean you are corrupted. If that is the case everyone would be corrupted. Now you mention the whole porn thing. Also does not mean corruption. People date and have sex with multiple people in their lives going through partners to find that right person. That is pretty much the same thing. Not corrupted. I think like you said our views of corruption are different. Ill give example of my view of it. With nora she is thrown in the deep end and used and abused to a point where all she have is being the OB's toy. The young girl have choice she is not some cheap used up hoe like nora. Even if people try to corrupt her the OB will step in. He did it during the Larsen quests. Once again he did it during the investor quest at his base. Again, I think we're having a fundamental disagreement on what constitutes corruption here. You are talking about hardcore stuff. I'm talking about the gradual transformation of the young innocent girl into a very sexual person. Both satisfy basic definitions of "corruption". Corruption can be by choice, it doesn't have to be non-consensual or dubcon.

 

Also, just look at norita. She starts wearing skimpy outfits... she begins to learn how to act and be sexy... she begins to have sexual encounters.... she gets tatted and pierced... and then after the norita path re-joins the nora path, she begins to be transformed even further, mentally and physically.

 

If you want more hardcore corruption, Commonwealth Slavers has what you're looking for.
