nuka world AAF Nuka Ride: A Porn Studio Mod

Really want to try this mod out but I have aaf stuck at 30% with this mod on. Everything works without this mod. Pressing home key has no effect and thus I can't see the debug messages either.

 

Here is my load order with this mod. I have nuka ride at the bottom, just above diamond city extension.

 

Other aaf mods I have are: violate, sex em up, FP redux, wasteland diary, history, tats, sex ed, boston breeder, problem of survivor, dangerous night, spectators, MCG, RSE II things, raider pet, harasment. Maybe a few more but that's what I can think of and eyeball from the list.

 

I installed nuka ride with all options as "I dont need these." I have tried to install the aaf settings, but aff still got stuck at 30%.

I have the same problem with the animations that use position trees.  For me this is not a Nuka Ride specific problem, but a global problem.  I just assume it is something not working properly between something in my load order, the animation called by AAF, and Uthbert's UAP mod.  To get past it, just hit the home button.  Then you can arrow through the animations.  When you get to the last stage of the animation, you can hit the End key and it will stop when its done.

This is an amazing mod, really for a long time I was looking for a cool mod with missions and with a fun storyline. There are maybe some other similar mods to this one that someone knows and can recommend?

So, I scrapped my last playthrough cause my game was buggy with too much lag.  I thought it was because of a Sanctuary mod I'd installed.   So I started a new playthrough with a more trusted load order.  Almost all of my mods from the last playthrough are still installed.  I've run into a problem on the Becoming a Porn Star quest.  Everything played as normal, more or less... (Still playing as futa, so AAF skipped the Pole dance and the first sex scene with Mason, and also the "correct" scene with Billy.  I went back downstairs to talk to Corsican after the first shoot.  I asked if he wanted  me to dance, and that played fine.  Then I asked if he had any other work.  Instead of progressing the quest, his dialogue jumped to "Go!" the same dialogue as if I'd said I wasn't ready to do anything.  I'm stuck here and the quest won't progress.  There's no obvious conflict in xEdit, and this is the first time in all my playthroughs of Nuka Ride where I've run into this particular problem.  So, its reported.

I don't use Vortex I use Mod Manager 2 so the list I exported is correct.

There is an esp. a few pages back, I had the same issue. Replace the esp. in your data folder with the new one and you will be fine.

Good to know. I understand that the aggressive animations give you less XP with that mod, but it should be a small thing.

Moreover, in MCM, the experience of aggressive sex can be adjusted from -200 to +200, or disabled, so this is not a problem at all

Do you use Cute preset?  I get this issue on PC if I use Cute preset (just the preset without the requirements package).  So looking at the "Cute preset" requirements on nexus may give you a clue how to fix if it bothers you that much.  Honestly, it's just one random girl.   I'd let it go. 

 

The AAF Fucking manual blacklists Cute preset because it includes a skeleton with CBBE knee fix and that causes problems.  The fix is dead simple... delete the skeleton out of the Cute package.  I use it quite a lot.  Why?  Because I find her really cute.

I used the plugin you pointed me to.  Still didn't fix the issue.  So I reloaded and re-shot the Plumber scene.  Then asked for other work without dancing first.  That solved the problem. 

 

But I just stepped into the apartment, and I noticed something that @JB. might outta look at.  It's a really minor inconsistency, but this is the time for these fixes.  At this point in the story, our fledgling starlet has shot the dog scene (The Dog Walker holotape) , interviewed with Mason, and shot the scene with Billy (The Plumber holotape).  However, she has to wait 24 hours before she ever meets Kells for the first time.  Despite not having met Kells, there's a holotape of her fucking Kells sitting right next to her actually existing works. (The Motorcycle holotape).  Seems like The Motorcycle holotape should be disabled until after the movie is actually made.

This one is more "dealer's choice."  But the Overboss' note is also in the apartment.  Our starlet hasn't met the overboss yet, and in v5, the Overboss apparently doesn't give her the apartment.  However, if memory serves, this apartment belonged to the last girl who was in Nuka World.   So I can write this off as having been left behind after she left.  It's actually a nice teaser for what is to come, since she's reading a note by the Overboss before meeting him.  Gives her some sense of what he's like.

I'm just reporting this because I'm not sure the new order of things with 5.0.

 

I waited 24 hours before returning to Golden Globes to meet Kells.   I asked Corsican if there was any other work to do, and the Motorcycle quest kicked off.  I still have the quest objective to ask about the new actor, and there's a quest marker over Corsican's head.  But when I try to talk to him again, this is the only dialogue I get.  Is this supposed to happen this way?

It could be any face mod using a texture that is not 2K.  One trick I have figured out with my player character is that if I go into looks menu and tweak literally anything in face sculpting the brown face bug goes away.  I don't even have to save the change.  Just tweaking it by itself gets rid of brown face.  I don't know if it would work on an NPC, but I can't see why it wouldn't.....

Yeah I get brown face on my player character sometimes when I die and respawn and use that method to fix it. Dunno why I didn't think to try that on her. I'll give that a shot. Thanks.

JB. I know I promised but have to point out 1 thing about the fan testing thing... I am in Sanctuary and whether it's Preston, Jun Long, or whoever, after they take pictures, autograph, etc they stand there and you have no dialog progression till the next fan encounter which makes the next fan stand there and releases the former fan.     Case in point Preston, I needed to tell him a settlement had joined the minutemen, and when I spoke to him I got fan dialog, let him take pictures then I cannot tell him about tenpines bluff joining minutemen.

I like the Fan approaches though.

Hey JB finally started the new verion, and testing so far has been good(going from start to finish, currently on first overboss mission, everything is A OK for now).Nice additions in the prologue, it feels much more natural.(from questing and rp perspective).

 

Now good people, does anyone have an idea on how to fix your pc hovering in air during AAF animations?I Remember I had that problem once before, but for the life of me I cannot find the topic where I found the fix for it. Current solution is all clothes taken off before animation start.

Excellent! I'm going to block him as fan for now.

 

Don't worry. The function is very simple. My mod gives him a Keyword (in this case Preston) for him to say things to you after interacting with him. 

 

The mod removes that keyword 6 hours ingame later, so Preston will be back to his old self.

 

I will also lower the priority of the quest so that it doesn't hinder the process of other quests.
