VaunWolfe Posted December 16, 2025 Posted December 16, 2025 When nuka ride is not installed companions can be properly interacted with but when I put nuka ride in they do not function right. All I know older versions used to work together. I even tested with the 1.70 version of your mod and it still has the same effect when nuka ride is installed.

For some reason it doesn't recognize Nora from Nora Spouse mod. I also have AFT mod installed, and nora is registered in there. Could that be the cause? Edited December 17, 2025 by kgr44217

He detects them by being in the same cell, and cell boundaries are invisible. You can stand next to each other, but be in different cells. Try having them stand very close. He also only detects Nora from the Honey, I'm Home quest of this mod.

Nightlistic Posted December 19, 2025 Posted December 19, 2025 (edited) I've had this mod since it was published, and I mean before the Nuka stuff, and I have never been able to use Xana the Insatiable because she gets stuck in this "Vic?" loop where she wants to obviously have some affinity related character quest or dialog initiated but she never does anything or there is never an option so she just ends constantly triggering a dialog box asking me a question. Has anyone else experienced this? If so how did you figure out how to get her out of this loop? I always have to dismiss her about 10 minutes after I have her become my companion because she gets stuck in the "Vic?" asking me a question loop. Which causes your character to turn and face her even in combat, and she always says "Not right now Vic" if I ask her if she needs anything, and asking her what her thoughts are doesn't seem to be progressing anything to stop her from constantly trigger dialog box saying "Vic?" either. I tried console commanding her affinity to max to see if that would fix it, and it didn't. None of the other followers from this mod have this issues. Just her. It sucks because I really like Xana, and always go and get her first in a new play through hopping she won't have this problem but it still happens. Was hoping someone could pass on any help so I can help Xana actually be insatiable in my game. Thanks!! Update: I did finally figure at least a temporary fix so that Xana stops as asking me "Vic?" on a loop without triggering any special affinity related dialog. If you run into this as well just open the console type "sqs AAACOMXana". This brings up the sequences related to her affinity dialog, and what stage its at, At least that's what I'm guessing. I'm not 100% sure on that, but I have tested this multiple times last night, and today with positive results by typing "Setstage AAACOMXana (number of next quest sequence)" and it will break that "Vic?" question loop letting her actually function as a companion instead of just slow walking saying "Vic?". I pretty much have had to do this every time my affinity level with her rises, and triggers what I'm guessing was supposed to be special dialog, I'm sure this is an issue on my side, and not the mod but I wanted to share in case someone else experienced this, and was looking for some kind of help. Nightlistic Posted December 21, 2025 Posted December 21, 2025 You have tagged "Alice" the Assultron in your mod as a "Female Assaultron" making her unable to be used by AAF when trying to grab her for AAF robot animations because there is no such thing as a female Assaultron in game, just an Assaultron. Anyway to edit the mod files to change her back to being recognized by the game as just an Assaultron robot?
