Dolly Madison has no dialogue to take the buttplug from the player. The plug is listed as scrap in my inventory.

It depends on the context in which it's used. In Fallout 4, it's more likely to refer to the factions whose headquarters the player destroyed. It's possible that they're morally corrupt, from mods have made them that way.

For some reason, the default death script on him doesn't work. Try terminating the quest using the console.

Try installing POSScripts separately, you have some kind of problem with them.

I was struggling to find the toilet room, but then I found someone pointing out that it's near the exit button

idk why it's blocked for me but is this how it supposed to look like?

No, it shouldn't. Perhaps some mod is replacing the models? This is a copy of an unused cell, maybe another mod does something with it? Although it is a separate cell. Try to disable it in the console.

I don't think 1.8.4 plays nicely with "POS Dialogue Edits" or "POS Voiced". Just crashes at character screen.
Both the listed add-ons are quite old now.

If they're simply changing the dialogue text and adding voice files, then they shouldn't. They should just break some lines and leave new dialogue without sound. Although, I don't really understand what exactly they're doing.

This issue just occurred again after I installed a new weapon module. I quickly checked the crash log using AI and found that the problem still points to problemsofsurvivors.esp. I will show you the full text later

Basically, it's all an error about the TESLevItem, maybe your mod is not very friendly to mod weapons?😂

ai回复的文本没多大用。你最好装个Buffout 4,这样每次报错他就会所有相关的进程脚本内存地址全部报出来存在我的文档里。内存读写错误应该是哪个f4se的脚本出了问题,也可能是硬件要坏了🤣

POS Dialogue Addon just corrects the english in some of your dialogues, it only replaces the dialogue texts and is no longer compatible with POS 1.8. 

Problems of Survivor Voiced replaces your empty voice files with tts voices, it's also outdated but shouldn't break POS (because it only changes the .swm and .fuz files)

Extended Dialogue Interface (optional);

Is no longer optional in ProblemsofSurvivor1.8.4.rar.
Nexus complains about the missing Master of XDI.

If this is to be ignored, then please add the info in the description.
If the mod indeed is to be optional, please remove the detection for it for the next version.
If this is truly needed, remove the "(optional)" suffix from your mod link.

我对这些东西不是很了解,所以用ai帮我看的buffout4崩溃日志,至少有个思路🫠

不过现在我每次安装新模组后都把幸存者问题在mo2右边的列表重新置底后就没出现过问题了,哈哈
