I don't have much more than game CTDs after about 10 seconds, before getting to the main menu options. I include the crash log for your pursual. dosfox Posted April 14, 2025 Posted April 14, 2025 (edited) @DTESSurvivor, @MajorWard, @TheCummander Hey guys, In my opinion the perk distribution method (Robco, SPID, etc) is not the primary cause of crashing with v3.0+. I am using the latest version of RobCo Patcher (v4.1.0) - with game v1.10.163, LLFP v46, MCM v1.39, AAF v1.61, Autonomy v2.8 - with no problems at all (except the broken Alias Quest). The nature of most of the reported crashes and bugs indicates that LLFP and/or MCM version compatibility is the likely culprit. @Invictusblade never claimed that v3.0+ worked properly. If you look at the release dates for v3.0+ you'll notice that it is right in the middle of the last round of Bethesda "updates". During that time LLFP was upgraded twice, MCM NG was in alpha, and AAF was in all sorts of trouble. Shortly after the update to v1.10.198 Invictusblade declared his despair with the FO4 modding scene and stopped trying to fix the mod. He reposted Autonomy v.2.8 as the last stable version. Nobody has reported using Autonomy v2.8 successfully with NG, so if you want Autonomy to "just work" you will have to fully downgrade to OG game v1.10.163, LLFP v46, MCM v1.39 etc. The latest versions of Robco Patcher, Lighthouse, and Garden of Eden are compatible with v1.10.163. @DTESSurvivor Thanks for posting your crash log! Does the blacklisting system work? Do the MCM settings remain as you set them? Do the Hotkeys work? Do 3P+ animations end well? EDIT: A couple more things (it's been a while since i tried v3.05): Will Autonomy generate multiple concurrent scenes? Are you getting the QuestAlias bug (female voice from male NPC)? It was never implicitly stated, but it's beginning to look like v3.05 may have been written specifically for/with NG. That could explain many of the bugs listed above when trying to use Autonomy v3.05 with game v1.10.163. Unfortunately there are still many other bugs in v3.05 that were never fixed by the author. If those bugs don't affect your gameplay, good for you! Please report any problems/solutions you come across for the benefit of other NG users. 👍 Edited April 15, 2025 by dosfox

So it could be that the latest version only works with SPID if you are on the NG 3.x versions of autonomy Maybe some conflicts with the latest robco maybe smth else idk

However, if I installed as SPID it works fine, but with RobCo Patcher hard crash. It was the only change made at the time. It could have also been that SAKR was using it as well. Certainly a challenge to prove what's the cause.
TheCummander Posted April 15, 2025 Posted April 15, 2025 I have a few new mods from "the fucking manual" installed so im going to run more compatability tests with a new character later tonight and if i can get a solid modlist in place i may upload it, its quite a mishmash of different stuff byut it works for me so far, basically a near full install of most of the mods mentioned in "the fucking manual" as well as a weapon collection from nexus that adds roughly 60+ new weapons.im sitting at 215 mods rn

Thats what i have for now in the bug department, everyone take care if i dont update after this!

Usually you can just save and reload and it'll be gone in my experience, i think i remember seeing some mcm options that'll work in the debug section but i may be misremembering 1
