something is just wrong and I cannot help you there. either ESP is missing or scripts are missing or you completely messed up your install, use some non Steam/Crack/whatever that is not compatible, I have really no idea, sorry.
could also be you miss some basic requirements, SkyUI, SKSE wrong version, whatever. try to do some very thorough and basic checkup.

 

maybe your mod organizer somehow auto-disables or blocks Form 43 (ESP form from Skyrim LE) mods. Just another weird direction you could investigate.

I will look into it, yeah Idk what I did but modding on AE has became such a pain from when I modded back during SE,,, but thank you!

Thank you for this awesome mod. I remember it being super buggy, nothing worked for more then an hour or two, then things started breaking more and more and more until unplayable. I still liked it for that short time. Now it seems so much easier to install and manage.

 

However i have a problem. I just tried Risky Fast Travel Ritual and it said - Gargoyle animation not found, Flame Atronach Animation not found and then got stuck onto "ghost is busy or invalid" and i had to quit the game. Hotkey K didnt work, Sexlab - stop all current scenes didnt work.

 

I looked through the mod description again and i couldnt find a anim pack that contains animations for Gargoyles and Flame Atronachs(i also am not sure that i want those animations, im not that much into non-humananoid sex, but at least the mod would work...). Some time ago i tried Safe Fast Travel Ritual and it worked well. I got fucked by ghosts and dremora and free to fast travel no problem.

disable creatures in MCM when you do not have Creature Animations installed. 
you can either disable them all  (MCM page 2) or just some of them in the more detailled page 9 -> Creature Toggles

read the description.

Default Slave Action Key is Left Arrow (<-) 

K is the Naked Defeat Action Key and since during Slavery there is alot more "to do" there are two different action keys now. And probably more will follow when the thing gets more complex. But primary regular interaction key for slave tasks is left arrow. 

EDIT:
K and "pretending to work" can be used to get away with not beeing punished (when your heartbeat is loud, you can lower the slaves exposure/ likeliness of random "slave sex tasks". And jsut for immersion too.

So if the Furniture animation fails (which is not the plan anyway) you just see a crawl idle. Without OAR crawl you would just stand around. 

Naked Defeat basically is 100% idles from start to end, with exception of find spot and escape scene.

- FIXED: Ragdoll still beeing applied on Bleedout even when "Ragdoll" on Page 2 in MCM was OFF @FrankerG

Local Slavery
- fixed a bug that allowed escaping even when the MCM Option was OFF 
---> Note: I will soon remove the Escape Option (for now). Its a bit complicated to keep track and I want to make content before adding more complexity.

I think i will just disable OAR crawling. The problem is that character is idling I. E. Moving legs and arms even when not moving. 

I'll try the 45 .thx

Hmm that is weird and never happened to me. There should be a suitable idle in the extra download for crawling. Maybe some oar settings interfere, i still dont get its UI

But if i do that, then when i die to a creature - Naked Defeat starts and aborts. I dont get sold to slavery, dont get raped, dont get robbed, just stand up and move on. Thats cheating death and thats not what alternative death mods are for. If i could die from creatures and get fucked by humanoids that would be an option, but this way just doesnt work well. I used to keep it disabled, but i downloaded those creature packs and enabled them for this reason.

 

EDIT: I went through my animations, SLAL sais that in Babo Creature animations i do have BaboGargoyleDefeated1, BaboGargoylePoleRape, but none for Flame Atronachs or Frost Atronachs, only Storm Atronachs. I needed Flame Atronach and Gargoyle for this event. Why didnt it play if i have it?

 

And why in description there arent listed all Animation Packs for all animations? I downloaded what looked like creature animations from the ones listed and in Babo i do have Gargoyle, but it doesnt play. I dont know if just toggling the creature off is the way to go, if you want, i can turn off Gargoyles and Flame Atronachs, but that is until next time some other animation doesnt play and i get stuck and have to take my last save again and try to fix it.

I only recently downloaded this mod and it's dependencies. I am having an issue with the MCM not appearing, already tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the main page. I am using SL P+, I wouldn't know if this is relevant for this issue. 

 

I did double checked that this mod and it's dependencies were are running the right versions. The only mod i don't have installed are some of the animations, the tattoo mods and Acheron. Additionally, i do not have any of the mods bellow soft dependencies.Everything in my load order works as intended, and the dependencies load in just fine (as far as i know).

If someone with this problem fixed it in this thread, I would appreciate a link. Besides letting the mod overwrite Zap and plummeting the esp to the bottom, perhaps a suggested load order? I would also appreciate any other troubleshooting method.

 

Also, If anyone has resources to help me learn how to parse these logs, maybe then I can hopefully diagnose something like this in the future

That's why I'm saying it won't be TRUE.
I read the PDF, but isn't it normal if the tag is added in SLATE? I checked the SLATE json and the tag was added.

Every time I apply a patch, it stops working.
Now, no matter what I do, I get a constant loop of a message saying there's no animation.

It doesn't work, so much so that I wonder if they really tested it.

any time you Re Register Animations in SLAL or Sexlab or Rebuild Sexlab Animation registry you need to reapply the SLATE tags in its MCM.

At some point I wanted to add an option to be sent to the afterlife in these situations. Cant promise it will make it into the next patch, so check the logs for the next patches

it seems your installation is wrong. Make sure your installed the mod correctly and enabled the ESP 

make sure your mod organizer is not skipping / auto disabling Form 43 ESP files (like from Naked Defeat)

(If this is a duplicate I apologize but my post is not showing up on my end)

Naked Defeat is definitely the best defeat mod out there and works great for me in that setting, but I need some help with Local Slavery as it is not working as described in the PDF. So far I've only been sent to one of the unwalled towns (Falkreath then Morthal) but when my PC used the Slave Action key on a guard I get the messages "You try to seduce your target" and "You manage to seduce your target" followed by a sex scene. I allow the scene to totally play out to the end but I always get the message "Your raper came too fast, useless Slave!" and my cost to freedom goes up. Also I never get a Fetch Task, nothing new in my inventory telling me what to do.

A papyrus log of one of these is attached. As it shows I approach Morthal Guard, use Slave Action key and from 07:16:59PM to 07:20:35 we have sex (it was a long multistage animation), but I still get the "too fast" message. Is there something I need to do that I'm missing here? Or is this just because this part of the mod is still in alpha?

You are a bad slave. Step a bit closer to the guard.... also face them frontally

 

EDIT:
also, use "Stage go back" in Sexlab Hotkeys to serve your master with a bit more dedication (longer)

I tried to get directly in front of the guard but it's difficult since the ones in the unwalled towns mostly march around all the time. Will try harder.

 

I would never have thought of using the Sexlab stage hotkey since it's not a direct part of this mod and never mentioned in the PDF. Maybe putting this in the PDF as a reward for people who actually read it is a good idea? Just a suggestion.

I've experience a bug after getting robbed and dragged away, and coming back later but finding the NPC not existing. The arrow just points to thin air. My guess is that, that NPC somehow got "disabled"? Is there any way to enable it or something. Bit of a breaking bug for me since i had a some quest items on me. First time I've encountered this.

 

I've also went into sseedit way before my defeat, and modified the quest to be a miscellaneous quest as I'm using the experience mod and was not a fan of how much xp robbery quest gave. Could that have borked it?
