DoubleCheeseburger's xVASynth Based Mod Voicification Thread

I don't think this question has been asked, any chance for a paradise halls voice pack? (pahe) i think the mod creator want to recreate all the voices but without xvasynth, and that would take a very long time, a xvasynth alternative could be nice, sorry if this has been asked before!

Yes, should be working just fine, though it's recommended to pack loose files into a BSA archive for better start up times.

What software to use for BSA archive? Any tutorial? ?

oh man, this is gold, i dont mind reading in-game but this adds a lot to the game, thank you.

Btw, im not sure if its because this mod (still testing around) but for some reason my subtitles (as the ones from my PC) show up for like 0.1 seconds and then they dissapear, this only happens on BaboDialogue and Approach. Not sure why.
Voices should have nothing to do with subtitles, right?

@Jessica_Degurechaff I have 15-20 packs installed and haven't experienced this with any of my mods. Now, tbf, I don't have either of those 2 mods. The only thing I can think of is that you don't have Fuz installed? Even with voice packs you need Fuz Ro D-oh (the best voicepack in the world won't have every line voiced), so make sure it's still installed.

That said, I don't know if it will fix the issue you're having with not being able to see your PC's super-fast response. I'd say that if Fuz is ok, then you probably want to check out the support threads for those mods. Maybe somebody else has that issue, or you can ask for help there.

And yes, these voice packs are great!

Exactly my fears: If it was something related to my end i could fix it or even patch my way around the mods... but fuz? the thing is that its not updated (im not in AE but some stuff including SKE did update one last time pre AE)   i think fuz is the root of the issue and if thats the case im stuck, my last hope it was that maybe it would be the voice packs (but that dont make any sense imo, but you know how is skyrim modding)

Fuck

I'm on SE, v1.5.97. I use Fuz v1.7 and it's all working. This version has been stable for a while. The only thing I can think of is to check your game version, skse version, and mod versions to make sure they are all meant to be working together. That you didn't accidentally dl a mod for SSE 1.6+++ when you are on 1.5.97, for instance.  You wouldn't be the first (and no, I am not looking in a mirror ?).

Updated:

- Skooma Whore. Remade from scratch. It is now based on Skooma Whore 1.03 Patch that can be found here: https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2229-skooma-whore-addicted/. The download link is in the first post.

- Radiant Prostitution. Remade from scratch. It is now based on Radiant Prostitution 7.0.4 that can be found here: https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/17325-radiant-prostitution-gigolo-se/. The download link is in the first post.

- SexLab Survival for version 0.673 Beta. A few lines were missing due to bug in my xEdit script that was fixed in version 3.1. Here is the download link containing previously missing files only: https://mega.nz/file/ujIVEAba#cyefN9IdwR-9bKRpXJaUvFeRvUpkHIOQdOBTJ4wAOrw. It will be available for 30 days from now. You can install it on top of the main package or just redownload the whole archive from the first post.

- SLSF Fame Comments from version 3.01 to 3.2. Download link containing updated files only: https://mega.nz/file/zrI1BIJY#1zP48E3H2-2rkb8pk4pan3zKRdT2aIWPEPuniqoWD4c. It will be available for 30 days from now. You can install it on top of the main package or just redownload the whole archive from the first post.

- xEdit script. There was a bug when script would just crash running out of memory when coming across looped quest alias conditions. Probably not worth updating as this should be a problem for a very small amount of plugins, but the new version is in the guide post.

Well, on SE we tend to use CAO: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/23316

I have no memory of what I used for BSA packing during my LE times, though it should be easy to find on the Internet.

turns out the optional file for longer pauses of FUzRoh was causing some issues. Man, so much trouble for such an easy fix.

Not sure how to convert SE BSA voice packs for use in LE? Try this as described in Judge007's post.

  1.  extract archive to working directory
  2.  delete plugins as they are unusable in LE
  3.  extract contents of BSA with BAE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/974
  4.  delete bsa
  5.  zip up working folder and install archive as per normal mod installation

Updated:

Spank That Ass. The voice pack now includes every voice model available (excluding dragons). As some users noticed, male NPCs always use MaleNord voice type regardless of their race or actual voice type. This can be resolved by unticking the "Always Use Dummy" option in the MCM. It's in the "Player Dialogue" section, but applies to NPCs as well. The mod menu also says that this may cause conflicts or even CTDs, but it works fine for me so far. I'm on SE. Let me know if you have problems with this.

- SexLab Defeat. It's now based on fixed and expanded version 5.3.6 of the mod made by @Bane Master. It's can be found here: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/19941-sexlab-defeat/page/557/#comment-3583646.

Prison Overhaul Patched. Remade from scratch based on version 5.32.

BaboDialogue. Updates version 4.031+ to 4.31. This is the huge one. The update file alone is almost 3 Gb large. This is probably due to english translation fixes that occured in version 4.30. Download link containing updated files only: https://mega.nz/file/2vpwRAIT#dcGNLFigpQypPr8ZCpiopXreJHQU3VrVnBC6CsMW54I. It will be available for 30 days from now. You can install it on top of the main package or just redownload the whole archive from the first post.

Still waiting for the voice pack for Sexy Bandit Captives SSE v0.971 AIO.

If anyone want to make the voice pack but don't have the mod send me a pm.

Hi Double! Would it be possible to make a version of the xedit script that instead of exporting npc dialogue, exports player dialogue lines (Topic Text) from Quest and Dialogue Topic records? This is for the mod like XVAsynth Voiced which can be used to give a voice to player selected lines

@DoubleCheeseburger Where did you get the idea to set the audio sample rate in xVASynth to 22050hz? I just confirmed with DanRuta on their Discord that the correct setting for Skyrim is 44100hz. Your guide says 22050hz. I suspect this may be responsible for some of the issues, as the CK expects 44100hz.

Quoted from DanRuta: 'models are trained on, and generate 22050hz by default, yes. Skyrim needs 44100hz for in-game playback. all audio is mono'

The trained hz does not mean you should set the generated sample rate to 22050hz. The lip_fuz plugin warns you to set it to 44100hz. Just wanted to let you know your guide may be wrong, and I'm guessing that a lot of packs on Loverslab have been generated wrong if they didn't change the setting to 44100hz.

Hmm, can't be 100% sure, but I guess at some point 22050hz was the default value, so I didn't dare to change it since it was working all fine.

Anyway, just checked my current settings and it says 44100hz. Will update the guide, thank you for the heads-up.

Would this still work with Baka's version, just that the voices will have the grammar corrections from Bane Master's version?

Just checked it. It will work, some audio will differ from its text though, but nothing too drastic.

Some lines were rewritten just to be more natural, but context and meaning are unchanged.

Request - SLSF Fame Comments came out with 3.31, adding 500 lines for followers.  Any chance for an upgrade pack?  Thanks!

I have a question about your tutorial. It is possible to generate female voices from male dialogs? Like when you have a maleyoungeager it generates a femaleyoungeager voice, etc.

Asking because I use the skyfem mod that changes the looks of the males to females but they still have the same male voice or I can make they silent.

On it. It's huge though so will take some time.

Well I think so, though I haven't tested it. You want to change skvaVoiceIds.CommaText property, for example, from:

sk_maleyoungeager=MaleYoungEager

To:

sk_femaleyoungeager=MaleYoungEager

I'd test it on just one voice type first to see if it script doesn't crash and produces expected result.
