I'm not sure if its this mod (installed a couple), but does this mod in any way change speedmult and healrate AVs of your player character? Something is permanently lowering my speedmult by 20% and changed my forced healrate setting from 1 to -9. I really don't like when mods change healrate, as there is a much better and compatiable AV to change that is "healratemult" which is a multiplier of healrate. This is the stat that regeneration potions use and is much better for overall compatibility. If you change healrate, then the whole forumla for other mods and effects go out the window. Example, if a mod lowers healrate to -9 (like in my case), then regeneration potions will have no effect. Certain perks that rely on healratemult will no longer function as intended either.

I'm trying to get to the bottom of what is causing these changes in my characters AV. Unfortunately there is no readable debuff in my spell list of active effects. And since there are over 300 effects when examining my character in the console, it is very hard to pinpoint what is causing this.

I think I found the culprit mod. It wasn't this one. Sorry for suspecting it.

I was writing about some issues and no events. Now all is ok, maybe game had some time to adaptation.

The only thing i dont understand how to aquire BottomlessPitFuckToyTitle (or some similiar), i have it in menu instead ot 2 last titles from picture in post #206.

Is there any major difference with parphenon version?

The valuse are affected by many factors. The one of the main factor is the titles as you might have guessed already. It would be too long to explain it all so I'll leave info about it next time. Don't bother with it for now. You can ignore them.

Thanks for your reply.

I have other problems, too.

"Priestesses of Dibella at her Temple in Markarth will teach you the art of Seduction"

Taught me the art of Seduction but I can't tempt anyone.

"You can set the amount of gold you are normally willing to pay to hire a mercenary." from MCM

Where's mercenary?  Maybe,Populated Skyrim Baka Edition?

"I need you to follow me. (Reputation -100)"

The guard is follow me!? I've never seen this conversation...

"Magic Cursor Key" from MCM

I've tried merchants and guards on cross hairs. but there's no response.

"BaboChangeLocationEvent06"

Named "Lowlife" NPC is just follows me around endlessly after the conversation and does nothing.

I'm trying to find a solution while dealing with the orcs:)

Both defeat(from Babodialogue and Defeat) triggers active simultaneously and go haywire.
or the scene requires you to get defeated by an enemy so that it triggers the event but instead Sexlab Defeat snatches it and Defeat event starts.

Will there ever be any compatibility between these two mods? I downloaded your Defeat edit mod hoping it would allow compatibility. I hate to say it, but I don't think I could give up Defeat for your mod. "I want my cake and to eat it as well."

How do I get Noble's Son event? I wonder this event.

To start Devious Noble Son road event, you need to finish the first Potema quest from Solitude (The Man Who Cried Wolf) and have a beauty value of 90 or higher.

Travel on the roads until you see a noble and his bodyguards wandering around. He's supposed to run towards you and force greet as soon as he sees you. He'll be traveling with 3 very high level Penitus Oculatus guards. I suggest using essential status from Defeat or BaboDialogue if you can get it working right because those guards can one shot you in a fight if you're underleveled.

Careful with this event as it tends to bug out when you get escorted to the Blue Palace. I've only got it to work right a couple of times.

I've had a couple of really weird side effects relating to this mod - in two instances I lost all control of my character who then proceeded to run halfway across Skyrim.   In the one case, they stopped, finally, upon meeting the Noble and his guards - it seemed to be taking me directly to that location.  But upon meeting the Noble, the scene glitched out completely and could only be recovered through restoring a save.   The second time was at the end of the Imperial Slaver with captured Thalmor event, which has so far always ended with a glitch where the slaver and his two pet Nords decide to leave and take the "Thalmor sow" with them... and then nothing else ever happens and the only way to recover is reloading an earlier save.   But in this one case, I hit space to jump, and instead it took over and again marched me halfway across Skyrim... but before I could reach the target event location it glitched out and the screen went black, sound operational, but nothing else.  Had to reboot to get around that one - couldn't even get to the menus.

I can't be certain Babodialogue is responsible, but the build is primarily based around it -- I have SLA Modified by Baka, TAWOBA/TEWOBA with the patches to add keywords, SL Defeat (with the Baka addon), SLHH, SL Approach Redux, and Populated Skyrim (Baka edition) in addition to DD4 and my usual Sexlab base mods.  I suppose it could be any of those, in theory.

The other weird thing I'm running into involves crafting - pretty much every crafting station except for Blacksmith forges basically displays the menu when activated and then immediately exits the menu and deactivates the station.

Still... really enjoying this mod a lot despite the glitches.

Can't say for certain but, there doesn't seem to be anything at a cursory glace in xEdit from Babo Dialogue that would do that. It does, however, sound a lot like something a combat mod would do. One of the realistic styled tweaks. I run True Armor and Smilodon; one of them I'm sure lowers speed and regen when wearing heavy armor.

Did you grab the correct defeat edit mod that Bakafactory made? Try the one on his Patreon (not sure if it's available to the public). Let that replace the regular defeat entirely.

Also, if you're already running the old defeat in your game, disable it, go into the game, save, then go back and enable Baka's defeat. Or just start a new save and see if it works

Yeah I did a clean install of defeat* and got the one from his Patreon. Most scenes would just not activate with the essential switch and would instead trigger Defeats. If I disabled Defeats essential state, then the Babo events would just kill me.

Only event that actually worked for me was the Nightgate one...so far.

*Strangely doing a clean install of Defeat didn't turn up any unattached script instances or undefined elements in Fallrim Tools. I'm guessing a clean install wasn't necessary because Babo's edits were only adding things, and not removing. Dunno though.

I think I found the culprit but I'm not 100% sure. I think it was caused by SL Adventures. It had a setting to slow you after rape. Thank anyway for the help, I should probably edit my OP that I solved it.

There is no such feature. The mod does not affect main actor values such as health, stamina and whatnot.

I don't get it. So you've downloaded my edited version, right? As the original author gone, I had to do it for myself. Just get my edited version and you keep your cake.

I used your edited version from patreon along with the Sexlab Aroused edited version. Made sure to clean save install and have all the requirements. The events themselves would trigger and seem to work. But the essential switch was not working, and the enemies would kill my character regardless if Defeat's essential mode was turned on or not.

I set the minimum health to 1 (I think that is default) and maximum to 35 (tried lower values first and slowly raised the threshold, hoping I wouldn't be killed through it).

I am also sure the enemies I was fighting were apart of your mod. I know this because high level thugs that can 4-5 shot my level 70 character would never spawn in vanilla. I saved right before they spawned, and could walk to a specific location to get them to spawn on command.

So for me (and a few other people I saw talking about this using the search bar) the "Essential Switch" does not seem to be doing its job for all events. It worked for the Nightgate event, but not for the Thug spawning event. I will keep trying different events, but other users have brought up similar issues with a few other events which I have not seen yet.

Essential switch from Babodialogue won't work in all events. It wasn't meant to be like that in the first place. As you already guessed, it only activates when it's necessary. So if you want your character 24hour invincible, Defeat Essential would work for you. I haven't done anything to its function so it should work.

Oh I see. How do I get the thugs event to play out? I assumed that they would have to defeat me in combat. They didn't strike a conversation and instead just started attacking.

Upon further reading the manual, am I understanding correctly that I need the "Bad end" setting enabled to get road encounters 6, 8 and 10 to actually work? That would explain why the thugs just killed me instead of progressing.

I've found that with nearly all the aggressive encounters. Don't get it is the main tactic. ?

That you singled these out to be especially nasty sounds like the PC is expected to accept the event. Or do they just try to kill you, no matter what?

I want to try that one now and I know I am way too low :D

Anyone else having a faction issue with the Enslaved "Adventurer?"

She has a faction that makes wandering, benign characters attack her. I am guessing it's (Edit) BaboSlaveFaction.

Pretty hard to rescue her when other NPC's turn up and attack her.

New bug - Essential Switch on Defeat just heals(sometimes 100%) so character never enters bleed out state.

Turning this off in Defeat and on In Dialogue means character just dies.

Some combat encounters have a health threshold for simulating defeat, which is set in the BaboDialogue MCM, so that you'll be captured if you manage to survive a couple of hits. Most events are set to be unfair as you face one or many overleveled and well-equipped enemies, and if you don't get immediately get killed by a finishing move, the event will continue via "defeat."

I get that it's supposed to make you act the part of a brave but weak and naive female adventurer, but most of the time it's either get fucked or get fucked(?). haha

It's almost impossible to win since the enemies will also have an armor stripping perk to steal your cuirass which increases the chances of getting killed right away. Some encounters also have some weird aggression AI that doesn't aggro friendly NPCs, so followers won't help unless they get struck by an enemy. And if they have a captive, such as an enslaved heroine, accidentally hitting her with a AoE shout or spell will turn her hostile and you won't be able to free her unless you use a high level calm spell.

Either you fight like your life depends on it, or submit to the aggressors and they'll leave you alone afterwards (which might not happen with Simple Slavery on).

Hi. Been having some issues ever since installing this mod that I have not been able to figure out (possible mod conflict maybe). Everything will work fine for a while but eventually start having animation issues that don't happen when using a save without this mod. When try to go to sleep (using go to bed mod) my character will walk away from the bed and continue walking away until blocked by a wall. Also will get immediately kicked out of any workbench crafting menu except the forge.  Also, when my character goes into a defeat position (hands on head and on knees) she will go sliding away on her knees. And lastly, after these issues start happening, defeat rapes will not trigger after being defeated.

Like I said, if using a save without this mod (only without this mod), these issues never occur. I have tried multiple console commands to try and reset the player. Have also tried all reset functions I can find in MCMs that have them. Have not been able to recover from this other than loading a previous save. Seems like the game thinks an animation is still playing or pending or something.

Any ideas?

I had the exact same problem multiple times with this mod installed.

From what I could determine, it appears to have something to do with the BaboEncounter11 quest.

Type in the console : "sqv BaboEncounter11"

If the cause is the same as mine, the quest should be in the 'Running' state.

If so, type in the console : "stopquest BaboEncounter11"

Then try again to use a bed, or mine an vein or other, in short : check if the problem no longer appears.

On my setup that solved the problem.

To prevent this problem from appearing again, you can deactivate road event 11 in the MCM, by changing the percentage to 0%.
