Little newbie question.

 

-Let's say im adding 10 new "anal" animation to my game with SLAL.

-I engage a random npc and ask him if he want anal sex.

-For some reason the new animations aren't there, or sometimes only some [anal] tagged animation are there.

 

It happens with some animations of my list, i double checked and they seems to be normally taged. So does workinggirl only choose some animation depending on the npcs/ context ?

 

PS: I also noticed that the animations "list" is sometimes different depending how i engage npcs (offer free sex or pimp) even with the same tag. To be more precize sometimes the only way to get all animation listed i want, is to tell the npc "use me as you want" when pimping.

 

Most of the "Anal" tags are actually looking for the tags "behind" or Doggy Style" so some animations could be excluded from the list that are anal but do not have the additional tag.

 

The original reason for this was personal taste (I wanted to see anal animations from behind) and because at the time that most of this mod was done there were not so many animations and quite a few of them shared the vaginal/anal tag so repeat animations for both to often.

 

There are some additional tags for some context "aggresive" that may be the reason you see them sometimes but not others. I was also going through the old scripts and updating the tags and other parts in each update which could be another reason for your inconsistant results. Most of whats in this mod was finished 3 years ago aside from minor tweaks/updates there were still less than 50 animations back then.

 

At this point I think a generic anal tag or a new behind tag in addition to the anal tag would be fine when ever I get my PC fixed and get back to updating.

Thx for the interesting info! Still the best prostitution mod on loverlabs imo. Im using it to engage sex intercourse too, i think it's one of the best way to do it in a rpg manner.

In which psc-script are these numbers present? (The name of the scripts).
How to reach these specific numbers (amount of gold)? (Section and name of the line).

So for example they will not sneak and will not follow you, they just walk around, sit and eat etc.


 


You can command them to do something but they will not do it after about a second.


 


They will however attack a hostile near them.

I use EFF.  I am getting same problem when used with SD+.  Soon as PC is enslaved, I cannot communicate with the current follower at all - even after escape.   I also have "lost" followers after using hotkey to begin whore mod and PC leaving the area.  Multiple followers will not participate in whoring mode at once, they seem to operate one at a time for me.   I have no solution to the noncommunicable follower, even resetting EFF does nothing.  Overall, I like the mod though, and it generally works fine.

It sounds like they are stuck in the alias for auto whoring. The system is only meant to be used with one follower at a time and should be toggled back off when you zone/change areas. If using the toggle key when in the same cell as your follower doesn't clear the alias then using the reset quest option in the MCM should work as long as your in the same cell as your follower.

 

There is a ring that I made as a temporary patch to give to followers to use with EFF to prevent issues after an update to EFF broke it. You didn't mention rather you were using that method for your follower or not but you should when using EFF.  The ring is added to your inventory when you use the EFF option in the MCM just give it to your follower (Only one at a time) and use the toggle key normally.

First, I have to tell you that I love your mod.  It fits perfectly into the RP for the PC am currently using.  I like the progression, similar to an old mod called Oral? (cannot seem to find it now, might have been deleted).   

 

I use EFF, and use the ring, and it works as intended.  Using multiple followers with the ring, sometimes it works with one, sometimes it works with both (or more).  I have learned that I have to be very aware of turning the auto functions off for both PC and followers when leaving a cell, especially a load screen.  I think you are correct in the assumption that alias' are getting stuck.  I use DEnslaved and SD+, and I think there in lies the issue - getting enslaved while auto functions are on.  

 

The only suggestion I would have to your mod would be a PC refusal of some kind in the discussion stages when auto whoring the PC (the PC is approached by an NPC, and having the ability to refuse the NPC).  Oh, perhaps a trigger for Prison Overhaul incase there is an NPC who doesnt like the idea of the PC soliciting.

Thanks I need to try SD+ may be something in my mod is screwing with it. I was waiting for a final version to try it I'm sure it's as close to that as it's going to get at this point.

 

I had an updated version of this mod that I put almost a year into (on and off) then i lost 2 hard drives, a graphics card and a PSU in my PC. I was unable to recover the data from my main or BU drive and I'm having a hard time getting motivated to even download the ck at this point. So I have no idea when or if I'll update this mod again unless it's just a compatabiltiy update for the framework. If I do update it I'll keep your suggestion in mind for the Auto PC refusals your not the first to ask for it and Prison Overhaul is one of my favorite mods so triggering that would be something I would be happy to do as well.

Say, is there any trick how to handle NPC that dont have a dialog? I get apporached b < someone who only says a line when i activate him, the problem is, after we went to a quiet place, I cant start the job.

I believe it has to do with the NPC having a high priority quest topic to give and because I used a blocking branch for my topic neither will work. I never got around to changing that in the uploaded version. The only current fix I know of is to use the reset option in the MCM.

I believe it has to do with the NPC having a high priority quest topic to give and because I used a blocking branch for my topic neither will work. I never got around to changing that in the uploaded version. The only current fix I know of is to use the reset option in the MCM.

 

 

 

I'm not sure but I believe you have to have one of the follower's mods like AFT or EFF and "Fuz ro d-oh" mod adn of course, SKSE. I play this mod for a long time and never had a problem with any NPC, Vanilla or custom made. Check also your settings in SexLAb MCM menu.

hey shane, good to see you're still around because i really love this mod. especially the sex for barter aspect of it--it's still one of the most immersive ways to integrate sex into a playthrough. i actually disabled the solicit sex dialogues for some time because i had petcollar and SLEN to initiate most sex events without me actually having to request them. i really hate having to begin the scene on my own, so i'm always looking out for mods which can seamlessly slip in sex into the game, without it being a glaringly contrived ordeal. however i also recently discovered Theft Murder and Seduction, and the sex dialogues from workinggirl are actually perfect for leading a dark brotherhood mark away from their spot so i can trigger the kill event from TMS, without any witnesses walking by. 

 

i just want to point out something i've found with this mod: i tried to initiate a 4way animation yesterday and i couldn't get it to start even after finding the people. i had solicited 1 npc for the group rate, then went to get another. i told one of them "that'll be 40 a piece" and the next dialogue branch i picked the upon to find 1 more npc to join us. i did that and chose the option to begin. i got the gold from the npcs, and the npcs will walk close to me, but the scene doesn't start. i'm currently using version .7 of working girl. i took a look at _slwg_mainquest.psc and see this function for 4way:

upon inspecting the code for the other functions, the part

is usually the part of the function that calls for animation tags. i replaced that line with this line:
 
Thread.SetAnimations(SexLab.GetAnimationsByTags(4, "FMMM", "FFFM"))
 
and now the 4 way animations work. when i was going through this code though, i noticed something interesting that i don't think i've ever ran into with this mod. right above the fourway function is a FollowerBeastSex() function, which seems to conjure a random beast. what part of the mod is this function for? the only creature animation i've seen from SLWG is the "dog show" dialogue option. 
 
Also, one last question: do you know how i can remove the companion whore dialogue option "you seem to enjoy watching me work.." from all my follower's dialogue menus? i can't really get companion whore mode to work reliably because it seems to stop working once i zone into another area, and the hotkey button to toggle it isn't working for me.

The barter part of the mod was one of the few non-requested things I added it was kind of just for me. I'm glad you like it.

 

I didn't think I added the four-way for the user in the uploaded release although the code is present for a future update. The strap-on bit of code was for my PC as I was having some trouble getting the framework to add strap ons on what ever version it was when I put the code in (issue seems to be fixed in the current version of SexLab). I'ts been so long I can't remember I guess if your able to access it I must have put it there. I'll add it to the list of bug fixes. Your code is exactly the way I would do it too lol. 3 males or shemales and the PC and exclude the multiple female animations.Not sure why it's not like that now must have rushed that part.

 

Hmmm last question I'll have to get back to you on that. I know I have a way of turning it off but I can't remember how.( been a while) And it's a gamble leaving that on when zoning. Ideally you would turn it on in a cell and turn it off when zoning from the cell. I just don;t like restricting the user as some have had luck with that and multiple followers ect. It's up to you how you want to use or break the mod that's why I have the reset option.

 

I've upgraded/fixed my main PC. I was unable to recover my Data but I do have Skyrim Installed and running I may get back into this ( I have been playing a little this week) and at least get some bug fixes done soonish but don't hold your breath I'm still a little upset about losing a years worth of work on this plus and entirely new mod I had even more time in ( more quest driven than this one).

is usually the part of the function that calls for animation tags. i replaced that line with this line:
 
Thread.SetAnimations(SexLab.GetAnimationsByTags(4, "FMMM", "FFFM"))
 
and now the 4 way animations work. when i was going through this code though, i noticed something interesting that i don't think i've ever ran into with this mod. right above the fourway function is a FollowerBeastSex() function, which seems to conjure a random beast. what part of the mod is this function for? the only creature animation i've seen from SLWG is the "dog show" dialogue option. 
 
Also, one last question: do you know how i can remove the companion whore dialogue option "you seem to enjoy watching me work.." from all my follower's dialogue menus? i can't really get companion whore mode to work reliably because it seems to stop working once i zone into another area, and the hotkey button to toggle it isn't working for me.

 

 

The barter part of the mod was one of the few non-requested things I added it was kind of just for me. I'm glad you like it.

 

I didn't think I added the four-way for the user in the uploaded release although the code is present for a future update. The strap-on bit of code was for my PC as I was having some trouble getting the framework to add strap ons on what ever version it was when I put the code in (issue seems to be fixed in the current version of SexLab). I'ts been so long I can't remember I guess if your able to access it I must have put it there. I'll add it to the list of bug fixes. Your code is exactly the way I would do it too lol. 3 males or shemales and the PC and exclude the multiple female animations.Not sure why it's not like that now must have rushed that part.

 

Hmmm last question I'll have to get back to you on that. I know I have a way of turning it off but I can't remember how.( been a while) And it's a gamble leaving that on when zoning. Ideally you would turn it on in a cell and turn it off when zoning from the cell. I just don;t like restricting the user as some have had luck with that and multiple followers ect. It's up to you how you want to use or break the mod that's why I have the reset option.

 

I've upgraded/fixed my main PC. I was unable to recover my Data but I do have Skyrim Installed and running I may get back into this ( I have been playing a little this week) and at least get some bug fixes done soonish but don't hold your breath I'm still a little upset about losing a years worth of work on this plus and entirely new mod I had even more time in ( more quest driven than this one).

no problem much thanks and respect for the mod. i know at one point the companion whore mode hotkey did work for me. it doesn't anymore, but it isn't a big deal either. i was just exploring what my options are for having passive arousal based scenes triggered automatically--doesn't necessarily have to be this mod, but it just so happened i was playing around further with this mod again since i got theft murder and seduction. the reason i'm looking for this function is because i have petcollar running and my followers are set to request service when they reach 90 arousal. however because i'm also using psq and have maxed level succubus, the arousal aura fills follower arousal really quickly to max, so very often by the time petcollar's event timer is up, all my followers are fully aroused and it begins a 5 way scene. i just want some variety in petcollar events, so i was looking for ways to make some of my followers lose arousal, so not everyone is at max arousal when petcolar's event is up. the whore mode in your mod handled this quite well, as far as staggering my 5 followers' arousal rates so that i get a good mix of 2/3/4/5 way animations from petcollar. only nuance now is i have to enable and disable it from the MCM, since the hotkey doesn't work, and leaving it enabled doesn't always work. sometimes it does continue to work when i zone, but those are definitely the exceptions.

 

as for the barter thing, i really hope you explore this further. it's a very good buff, and it's put into the game in a very immersive way. for a long time i kept slwg in my load order specifically for this function. i edited fbartermin/max to buy at extremely high prices and sell for extremely low prices, so your buff makes a big difference. i like mods which add some context to sex, particularly if it's sex for buffs that any type of character can use (barter, carry weight, run speed, etc). your mod is the only mod i've found which fortifies barter for sex. sexlab solutions has a function to allow the PC to pay with sex if they don't have enough gold to pay for the room. i love that function too so i made the gold cost 50k lol (i play with ineed so sleep is a necessity). i want to suggest having an option to receive some buffs as an alternative to receiving gold. i largely steered clear of prostitution mods because there is just no need for gold at the later stages of the game. it takes more time to create a gold sink than it does to make the gold. so i think it will do a lot for adding context if there's something to gain from the sex from slwg that would scale with the later stages of the game, such as buffs to enchant/alchemy/smithing, fortify carry weight, and waterwalking.

The Hot key quit working? First I've heard of or ran into that I will have to look into the code and see what went wrong  it needs redone anyway there is an issue with binding it to a new key and having to save the game and reload for it to work.

 

I'm big into smithing and enchanting in the game so I really like the idea of a buff for those and Alchemy too.

 

Not sure at the moment how to work carry weight into the mod most the times that I need more carry weight is when I'm looting an bandit camp or something. I'll think about that one right now I use Sexlab Utilities to get  a random carry weight buff after sex.. That's an excellent mod by the way if you haven't tried it.

i think the issue is what you just mentioned, with it not working unless a save is reloaded. it may or may not be my case, since my usual test cycle is to remap it and test it, and leave it alone if it didn't work. i never thought to reload a save to try again.

This should depend on SL aroused. It gets really weird when a previous client comes up to you asking for sex, just a moment after you were done with him.

This looks pretty good but it is missing something that all prostitution mods seem to lack.

 

Specialty acts - Dominance, bondage, animal, etc.

 

I'm still going to give it a try, though :D

shane - do you have in plan to work on your great mod in the future? ( I wish you do  :)  ). You see, I reported several issues long time ago and you told me that you might do repairs one day.

Two major problems that bugs me is:

1. When having "sex dialogues" enabled with merchants, most of the time the mod stops to respond after merchant request sex. It always happens with blacksmiths. When my PC accept (the main problem is with anal sex offer), the mod gives negative answer instead of me like I changed my mind although I didn't; i accepted sex.

2. I disabled ex dialogues with my follower since I use other mods for it. But, after some time, the mod adds sex dialogue by itself, when my PC reached certain level or sex experience.

 

I truly wish you will continue to work on this mod for I like it a lot. :)

I spent the entire evening trying to decide between Radiant Prostitution or your mod.  I finally went for Working Girl because it seemed less script-intensive and more stable.

 

I'm glad i made the right choice.

 

Only played an hour with your mod active but it's been a pretty stable experience (i only had one ctd when toggling off Whore Mode for my character but that was because i was being an idiot and missing the part where you explicitly told people to restart the game after choosing a hotkey, derp) and i like the fact that you can customize Working Girls too your liking by toggling stuff on and off.

 

Also, kudos for supporting this mod for the last five years, not many mod authors can say the same.

 

And now, if you'll excuse me, my character has to roam the seedy back-alleys of Riften to earn her keep.

Yes you may post a translation here on LL. Sorry for the delayed response I don't get on here much anymore.

 

For anyone else reading this you do not need my permission to post a translation of this mod on LL. It is very much apprecitated I don't have the ability to do it.

 

Sorry for not responding to last few post here by the time I see them it's usually a month or so later and I don't know that my response would be relevant at that point.
