Back again to 1.51 - nothing. I used clean saves for both tests - and I mean CLEAN saves, I used this tool Try again NOT making a "clean save". A clean save is never clean in Skyrim... and the Sexlab framework is NOT supposed to be upgraded that way... Just remove old files, install the new ones... and start the game.

SexLab 1.51 DOES work, much more probable is that the mods you are using are broken.

By the way: Broken savegames can be healed with these tools. i use romance and it works fine on sl1.51 and i use mass match maker, that also works fine and by the way, the savetools did not worked for my side, still had same issue and it does not load
Caturday Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Thanks for the mod Ashal I can confirm that Player Voice selecting has no effect atm, I always get the same voice. Does anyone else here have any info of when new animations are gonna be added? PanicForever had some new ones done afaik.

I did uninstall it the way the description on the main page said AND afterwards removed the orphan scripts and their instances, which is nothing else but creating a savegame that is as if SL never had been installed. What is puzzling me is that 1.39 is working flawlessly. Of course there are no clean saves if you do not use any 3rd party tools, that's true. Old Oblivion / Morrowind days are over. I could revive one of my oldest (and most screwed up) saves ever, which ran with some ancient version of SkyRe installed. SexLab 1.51 DOES work, much more probable is that the mods you are using are broken. Then why does 1.39 work with the same set of mods installed?

Also, overwriting 1.39 with 1.51 keeps your present sex experience and sex counter. Once 1.39 is overwritten by NMM you can freely remove it from NMM list. It doesn't require new save and all mods (that are compatible with 1.51) working correctly. I use to always uninstall previous version of SL until NMM got improved.

Wrye gives me 100 % control about which files are being overwritten, if something has changed in the game install folder and what has changed etc. It's a bit more manual work, but bottom line is it's a must have. Didn't check out MO though, though I keep hearing everywhere that it is also a very good piece of software. You didn't install the translation files properly OR you are running a language version of the game that doesn't have a translation file. If the latter you can rename one of the existing translation files to match your language version but of course you will have the wrong translations.

If your game is close to messed up then swapping to a new version of Sexlab may tip it over the edge. malbolzcha Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 dammit. this mod has me all kinds of confused. i can upgrade from 139 to 150 or 151 with 0 problems in game. just played again for about an hour after upgrade to 151 screwing around with the new settings an aligning all the animations. saved my game then quit to desktop to see if it would load. restarted- clicked load save- BAM....corrupt save file. every.frickin.time. ive switched versions every upside down, backwards, left/right possible way it can be done. same outcome. works till u try to load a save. also- hentai pregnancy doest work with 150/151. had the settings at 100%. no pregnancies or inflation

If your game is close to messed up then swapping to a new version of Sexlab may tip it over the edge. Just as likely they did something like failed to read the requirements and didn't upgrade to SKSE 1.7 or some other lame thing like that. Sorry, I'm afraid I do not understad this sentence: "If your game is close to messed up, then swapping to a new version of Sexlab may tip it over the edge." Can you rephrase it please? Thanks.
