That is not how age works in fictional settings. The characters don't age unless the developers/lore creators say they do. Absolute best example of this? Pokemon and Ash. Despite his existence the 90s. He's no more then 2 years older then he was on first debut, and even that is highly debatable. For reference he debuted in 97 (going by wikipedia). So using real world time he'd be 24 years old. But canonically, he's still 10 to 12.

 

So, unfortunately (even though the entire concept is freaking stupid) you are not going to persuade anyone following the law in the US, that a character is older then they are in defined canonical text. As, if the issue were ever brought to court, US law would use the last canonical age to determine if you were doing something legal or illegal. So if canon says a character is still 16, they are still 16. (In the case of Kairi. As current google searches still put her at 15 or 16 despite the 13 year time skip. So unless someone digs up a line in the game referencing her age, law makers, and thus the administrators of this forum, still have to rely on the last KNOWN and canonical age.)

 

 

Again, I'm not agreeing with this stupid concept at all. Just saying, modders and admins of forums, use the last known age created by the developer to know if a character "is off limits." Failing that, considering a cheeky developer could make a loli be a 1,000 years old, they go by physical appearance. Any character that LOOKS like a child, will be deemed a child. Even if the developer/story creator explicitly said the character is 1,000 years old.

Oh man, I remember when Sora and Riku turned 19 and 20 respectively in Kingdom Hearts DDD, because the games were always one year apart.

 

KH1 - 14.

KH2 - 15.

KH358/2 - 16.

KHBBS - 17.

KHCoded - 18.

KHDDD- 19.

Read the first few lines. Not disputing you, considering I'm honestly not a lore fanatic for Kingdom Hearts. So you have way more knowledge then me. (In fact I know fuck all for kingdom hearts. Only played 10 minutes of 3 so far.) BUT, the fact someone could drop a wiki disputing what you said, essentially means, even if what you say is true, again forum admins, and law makers have to go by the easiest available information. (The wiki link.) Neither side in a court battle is gonna go digging through lore. (Well the defense might, but the judge certainly isn't going to buy it.)

 

PS: It's stupid as I said. Honestly, the easiest way to prevent all this stupidity? If it's a fictional character and doesn't look like a loli, it's fair game. But lawmakers will never go for that. As most eastern media, and even infact western media usually depict "sexy female characters" at right around the age of 16-18. Physically speaking. As that's the "golden timeline" in terms of male attractiveness. (Nice hot young bodies, with an hour glass figure. And mature assets) That is the ideal female in marketing for the age group most game companies target in the male gender. (18 to 25.)

i must say hardly anything in here will go to court. in worst case, nintendo is simple send out a note state they will do some legal action if modder not take down they mod. and in fact there are other game have both lewd and nude loli mod exist like dead or alive, skyrim, fallout for really long time without any problem because all loli are state to age 18 or higher

Horny people demand A LOT, lmaoooo. If you want one so bad, why not commission a modder? It's a lot of work, and people can't always afford to put their labor into things if they're not being paid.

I would absolutely do that, but this forum says we have to ask and the modders will respond if they wish. So asking helps bring attention to it

Not a modder myself, but I'm pretty sure the reason is because it's way easier to make female nude mods. Everything is basically already there. You'll need to add nipple and vagina textures but that's it, you don't have to try and add breasts on to a model that doesn't currently have them.

 

But a penis? You can't just add a penis texture onto the model. You need to do all sorts of editing to it, not to mention somehow get physics applying to it.

Does anyone know of any mods that lets you play as Nude Kairi without those mod menus? The existing Kairi swap uses its own model, so it doesn't interact with the nude mods.
