They are using a different model than the one you want to use. Kairi had the same problem, it was found out there was at least 3 other kairi models the game was working with.

yes , i do know that , hence why i said it would be great if allies could be controllable , as when you add her as an ally she shows up correctly

Can you explain what each file doe? Theres KairiNB and XionNB in partial nude and NBF in full nude. DId you make Kairi mods too?

Yeah. The full nude one is basically Zai's but I fixed the material crashing bug and gave her working physics on her hair and necklace. The partial has her still wearing part of her hoodie, skirt, and shoes.

Not really. That's just how her "elbow" bone is setup. It's a bit janky because it's used as the base bone for her sleeves to connect to, so it behaves differently than how other characters' elbow bones are.

Xion nude mod is cool but I didn’t see her butt

I've added some KH2 Kairi variants. Her hands tend to spaz about for a second in photo mode due to how the game treats custom skeletons. Aside from that, I believe she works everywhere KH3 Kairi would.
