Under Debug options, what specifically will "Initialize" do?

Will I lose all my existing slaves - or their properties?

I just want to do a general cleanup - without doing a really general cleanup...

I can answer that one!

Under Player's Stats, there is a Write Jason.

Your data file will be found under your player name folder.

As near as I can tell, combat stats are not updated  yet.

Technical limit is 128. With DOM wheel and dialogue you're limited to 8. But if you're vsend a slaver to guard an HSH home or camp they will adopt all slaves as trainees.

 

Send them to HSH and back to DOM. Or use the spell to read the Diary in message boxes.

 

Far be it for me to contradict the mod author - but my slaves in training do not have a "Follow me" option.

If they did - it would be very clear.

However: If you tell a slave in training to "go to your new trainer", it works as a toggle, and the slave is set to follow the PC...

I guess my only complaint would be how obscure this is, leading to dumb questions that distract the author

from important tasks like a Quest to enslave the PC...

That's because you first need to tell the trainer the transfer is over.

Talk to the trainer: "About the slaves [Manage]" -> "Your merchandise is ready".

Talk to the slave "Quit your trainer and follow me".

 

You can also do it from the wheel. On the trainer, use the trainer wheel (default is L), choose "Unload" instead of "Unload all".

 

Now it could be added to the wheel, somehow. I will see to it.

DOM version 7.12.2 is out, more bug fixes and a warning for the hasty. It is a development version. Stable version is 7.10. 

  • Corrected bugs in version 7.12.2:
    • Added a message box at player's creation. Do not start playing before it appears.

    • Corrected adding non existent Zaz furniture.

    • Added a hack in MCM "Player's stats" to force player's DOM actor initialization if needed.

  • Corrected bugs in version 7.12.1:
    • Added player training speed in MCM. Default is 120%.

    • Corrected praising options not being available.

    • Corrected player alias not being correctly assigned to quest.

    • Corrected player combat stats being reset.

  • Small features:
    • Changed the chance for a relationship to grow above 3 to depend on feelings level and training stats.
    • Updated tied-up dialogues to invisible continue instead of goodbye. 
    • Should hold weapon is now always true if actor should fight for or against player.
    • Settings are now saved to SKSE/Plugins/StorageUtilData/Diary Of Mine/<PlayerName>/Settings.json
      • If Diary Of Mine/<PlayerName>/Settings.json is not found than Diary Of Mine/Settings.json is read
      • If Diary Of Mine/Settings.json doesn't exist it is created but never overwritten
  • Big change:
    • Player is now a DOM_Actor/DOM_Mind with slaver skills and is ready to be treated as a slave. You knew it was coming... 
    • Full player's stats can be seen in new MCM tab "Player's stats".
    • Player's stats can be written and read back from JSON file.
    • Player's kinks can be choosen to submissive, dominant, both or none.
    • All stats are there and you might some weird stuff happening.
    • Player as a real Diary in addition to the old diary which is now a Ledger.
    • Player's diary (Diary Of Mine) and ledger (Ledger Of Mine) are added automatically to the player's inventory.
    • Both can be send to hell from the MCM by turning off the "get journal" and "get ledger" options.
  • Corrected bugs:
    • Corrected training stat threshold not being properly checked for the NPC Order dialogue.
    • Added sex event registration for DOM_Actor at Sexlab scene start for SLP+ compatibility.
    • Changed animation keys to DOMxxx to avoid Skyrim capitalization getting in the way.
    • Corrected tieup with ropes not working on free NPCs.
    • Corrected gag not being removed.

I never looked at Real Names Extended - until I saw you had a patch for it.

Are there any downsides to using it with DOM?

Only one I see is that it makes it hard to tell which NPCs are not unique.

Oh boy more weirdness.

So now my Player's stats no longer has the 1:______ part. I did not see an initialize or anything else in the Player Stat MCM.

And I did not get a new message on startup. I don't even think i got the 2nd "DoM finished initialzing" message.

And I waited a fair bit, usually the normal amount before I save and reload on a new game

(which is when all my notifications stop going off, DoM stuff like readers and writers list is usually the last of my startup notifications on a new game, the previous "DoM finished Initializing message prior to todays hotfix usually pops up about 10-15 seconds before the DoM readers/writers list show up)

All on a new game

 

Gonna Reboot Skyrim, do a new game, wait longer than normal, and post a log if nothing comes up.

So good news.

DoM Initialization Successful message went off this time (I probably missed it the last time)

Also I noticed the Player Skills MCM setting is working, and give Player Diary/Ledger checkmarks are on (will check if they are working shortly)

Bad news. After saving and reloading after the message (I waited a bit longer) Still nothing on the Player's Stats MCM section

I did not leave the Abandoned Prison Live Another Life yet.

It's the MCM toggle deciding if the outfit is cleared at capture. It can be done later through the Let's have a serious chat dialogue. The equipment itself can be taken away by opening their inventory or ripping-off their clothes (MCM strip toggles apply to know which part of equipment is stripped).

Are you using Live Another Life?

 

If yes, exit the prison before going to the DOM MCM.

From your log file it seems LAL is starting to work and call DOM API while most mods are still initializing, including DOM. This is a recipe for nightmares. Also you have so many scripts errors from different mods that the papyrus engine is very slow. You need to sit somewhere and wait before all the LAL stuff happens. You can do that with Rebound.

One solution I've found to deal with the script lag that's so common in Skyrim with overly loaded load orders is Papyrus Tweaks https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/77779

 

I highly recommend these values:

 

iMaxOpsPerFrame = 1000

bSpeedUpNativeCalls = true

 

You need to modify those values in the INI file generated in the SKSE outpost folder. Once you do this, you'll see that registering mods at the New Game startup will be much faster and more efficient.

Tried this after the new update and it still doesn't work :( But something did change. The 1. is now gone lol
This screenshot was taken after waiting for all notifications and mods to load in LAL dungeon, exiting said dungeon, saving the game, reloading, waiting 15 mins and many other methods. No difference.

I'm on 7.12.0 and I'm unable to sell DOM slaves to Jerrek from Fellglow slaver camp. After I choose option to sell slave in the dialogue she just keeps following me and I'm unable to initiate dialogue with her as she just says "huh?". I did check Fellglow slaver camp option in the fomod.

It has always been on on my games, but both unique and generic npcs tend to keep their outfit if I don't pick "You will start your new life naked" on capture.

Yes, I do open inventories, but their base inventory keeps respawning over time. This applies to most slaves actually. Because the clothing rules seem to enforce the fact they still don't wear anything, it's not too much of a deal, but it's a bit annoying when I want to customize their outfit because it conflicts with random new items generated in their inventory.

 

What does clear faction do exactly? Which factions does it clear? Could it prevent them from respawning items in the inventory?

Is there a way to register an Non unique npc as Unique? there is a bug with devious devices that makes NPC inaccessable if it is non unique and makes its name blank.

 

EDIT: There is a button for Clone spawned npc's that can work for me if I can turn it off but i can't it doesn't register

The default clean outfit values are true. Check your settings in the MCM capture tab. Since you don't have the option in the dialogue it means the outfit was indeed cleared and all the equipment was moved to their inventory. This is normal behaviour. Now if you empty their inventory and it keeps respawning it means you have a mod (like SPID or a special bandit mod) forcing the outfit onto your slaves. Check your slaves outfit with More Informative Console right after capture and after gear is respawned.

It might prevent the gear from respawning if the mod forcing the outfit is based on factions. If it is based on actor base id, it won't work. Cleaning factions means removing all factions from actor hence loosing some part of their history, nothing dramatic.

It seems I will have to playtest with LAL to see what it is doing wrong with DOM.

 

What do you use? Just LAL? Any LAL extensions?

No you can not NOT clone non-uniques. The button is there so you can see it can not be turned off. There should be a note explaining it.

 

Alas you can not turn a non unique into unique either. This is a Skyrim limitation, there is no way around it in game.

 

Now if your non-unique is not a spawned character (just one instance of this actor alive at a given time) you could make a mod to turn it into a unique character. That's just a check box in the CK.

That's how I was doing it: first I talked to Jerrek and then we went to the place where he inspects slaves, after that he tells me to point out the slave I want to sell, I do that and nothing happens, slave becomes unresponsive and just keeps following me and Jerrek keeps telling me to point out the slave.

Would be much appreciated. 
I don't know about the others but I am using the LAL addon that comes with PAHE. 
Please see what you can do as this player break is crippling so many other features like the slaves being unable to become aroused even with full modifiers/kinks exposed.
