still silent, I tuned down slave comment delay and global delay to 1 in hopes it changed something but they're all silent

I did update to the latest in an on-going save too so maybe there's user error involved but they were talking normally before this update

And nothing has changed in the dialogues, so it's probably the quest not starting or seq file is weird.

 

Try with a new game and I at a few mods to see if there is a difference.

 

Also, turn on topic logging in MCM Debug tab and check the papyrus log.

turn it on and then just try to talk to them for a while? also where does papyrus log go?


edit: they are also silent on new game

they should be, I didn't edit anything, I got them as it came basically and it's got the .esm corrected and everything

the thing is it was working previously and now it isn't

That's why the log is important. It will tell you if the command is sent or not. Maybe they just behave as if they have a gag or are ordered to be silent.

the logs I get are usually crash logs, no idea where papyrus stuff goes so some help would be necessary here. on the topic of telling them to be quiet, they all have the be silent option as "be silent" and not "you can talk again" for now but maybe they really are somehow on the silent mode, I don't know for sure

Yeah it sucks. Thanks for answering. I found some "fixes" mods that I plan to try out later.

I can also confirm this bug. In my case, not all sounds have disappeared. The "let's have a serious talk" dialogs are still there, but when you praise or scold your slaves, they no longer respond at all.

that's the one I'm having, they don't say stuff like "you're mean" or idles too

I can also confirm this bug. In my case, not all sounds have disappeared. The "let's have a serious talk" dialogs are still there, but when you praise or scold your slaves, they no longer respond at all.

I'm in the same situation.

I cant order slaves to sit on chair. They will sit for one second and then stand on the chair. Does anyone meet the same problem? Actually, slaves cant sit in any furniture, though they can be restrained in furniture.

You need to order them to pose in furniture, which is not working right now. Zaz furniture are correctly recognised though.

Thank you. Now I know it's not my personal problem. Is there plan to fix this bug? There are some information about the bug. Hope it could be helpful.

 

1) I found that actors will sit on chair correctly in waiting mode, but player can't really manage sandbox behavior. So, waiting mode is not a perfect solution. If we can somehow control actors in waiting mode, maybe we will bypass the bug.

 

2) Another found is actors will repeat their last pose when be ordered to sit in furniture. For example, if I order slaves to show value, "show value" will be remembered as the last pose. Then no matter what furniture I order slaves to sit in, they will "show value" on the furniture. So, I guess "pose in furniture" function has some relation with "last pose".

 

3) This may be a clue. If I capture a new slave and do not order to any pose, the sitting function will work well. However, after any pose order, the slave will never sit correctly. So, if we could reset slave's "last pose" to none, the sitting function may be fixed.

Just also mentioning that I have this same issue. Tried on a couple different new games, and the only lines im getting from slaves is the "Lets have a serious talk" dialogs. I don't get voice or subtitles for any other slave dialogs.

Are you using FM+? (That's FM tweaks and fixes) Or Bloodline?

Probably the trainer check or player in cell messing up with those. It will be corrected next update.

i just recruit a bandit to become a slaver but she become don't respond to me and in a dizzy state like vampire prisoners in volkihar castle

Did you save, restart Skyrim, load before recruiting or enslaving?

no i just let her follower me but can't interact with her

Sorry, stupid question time, which version of ConsoleUtil do we need for DoM (I'm running 6.0.5).  I had no problems on my previous install, but get a constant CTD with ConsoleUtil now on this and NFF, with Skyrim 1.6.117

 

Looks like ConsoleUtil isn't being updated now

if I want to sell slaves, I have to transfer them from dom to pah and sell them to the camp that comes with pah right? transferring slaves from dom to pah works with the latest dom version?
