Then I never experienced this bug. They are always responsive to collisions in my games.

What is your setup? Skyrim version, SMP, behaviour? I use AE, faster SMP and Pandora. Also, you should always make sure you're not going above the 32k animation limit.

Skyrim : 1.6.1170

Faster HDT SMP : 2.5.1

Using FNIS. I was using Pandora but I had to reinstall everything, and after that Pandora started giving me a black window. Haven't got around to fixing that yet.

9435 Animations according to FNIS

Running on Linux under Proton Hotfix

It all worked just fine with 7.2.*

7.3 only changes Kimli's quest. Did you try a new game? It could be since you had to reinstall everything you fried your save (nothing Resaver can't salvage though).

How do I make slaves wear clothes? I already have the clothes in their inventory but it keeps saying that the slaves agrees but could use some clothes. This is version 5 btw.

The big reinstall was a month or two back. Not diagnostically relevant, as  they say on House.

I did start a new game. Mainly because I found Kimli leaving Whiterun and grabbed her then, and all my ring menus stopped working, but they did if I went back to before I grabbed her. So I restarted.

Again probably not diagnostically relevant, but it turns out that Pandora only gives blackscreen if I run it from the MO2 UI. If I I run it from the shell with ModOrganizer.exe run
it seems to work just fine.

I'll swap out FNIS and see if that has any effect.

Hmmp. Pandora says it found 17223 animations. Still nowhere near the limit, but off that it differs from FNIS,

[edit]

... basic animations work...

... Sexlab still sexes...

Tested four slaves in a row. Ring Menu->Tie Up->Chains->Arms Up

4/4 lost their collision.

[edit]

Save and reload and everyone collides just fine once again.

Yes this was off in version 5. Version 7 is a bit better ut the outfit is overlooked. Will correct that in next release.

Oh ok. I was looking to upgrade to the new version but I see that you regularly update it. How difficult is it to switch versions mid gameplay?

Difficulty level 3, journeyman:

1) Move all your slaves from DOM to PAH (you can do it with the MCM menu in 1 click).

2) Deinstall DOM 5 and purge it from your save game with Resaver.

3) Install DOM 7 load your cleaned game and move slaves back from PAH to DOM.

That's the theory.

Something else must hav changed, as I can run 7.1 through vortex - but 7.3 taggs Sexlab Defet as incompatible...

So Vortex is the one tagging, and usually it doesn't know sh*t. It's probably a world edit in the same cell or a vanilla dialogue being edited in both mods, hard to tell without proper information. Usually, nothing to worry about.

DoM version 7 seems to have a lot of conflicts with other mods. Can you tell me which one I should let overwrite or not. Currently it is having conflicts with HSH, SlaveCart, Sexlab tools, devious devices, zaz 8.0+,  Jaxonz positioner converter, and Nether's follower framework.

Put DOM last overwriting everything.

DOM has soft dependencies, that means some records in the plugins are there to deal with missing dependencies. Those records are then overwritten by the DOM patches which hold the hard dependencies. Having conflicts is totally expected.

On that note, I'm using DOM 7. I have two slaves following me. Both are DOM slaves. Both don't have any clothes in their inventory.  But still when going through a door (or any load screen for that matter) one slave gets equipped with chainmail armor, the other one not. That armor does not show in the inventory. So I tell the slave to put the cloth back on, which the slave is happy to do. But there's is still no armor in the inventory. Then I tell the slave to undress and not to wear any armor or weapons. The chainmail armor and the weapons are dropped next to the slave. But when i then go through a door (or load screen) the slave gets reequipped with that chainmail armor. And as i said, this does not happen with the other slave. What's going on here?

So the game has begun to freeze on me when I exit the inventory of a DOM slave. This did not use to happen, but now it does.
No crash, just freeze. And the only way to close the game down is via Task Manager in Windows.

The problem might not be due to DOM, but I'll start here and see if someone more clever than me can help me figure this out.
I'm on 1170 and DOM 5.

That's the wonderful Skyrim outfit. Anytime Tue actor is refreshed it will equip the outfit no matter what.

Only solution is to clear the outfit. Which is the part that was deactivated by mistake in latest release. You can try to clear it through the dialogue "Let's have a serious chat".

If the problem happens when you open their inventory it means another mod is trying to manage the inventory creating a conflict maybe with equip/unequip events being called over and over.

Try to deactivate your followers mods and anything interfering with equipment.

Ok...so i went back into the game and checked via "Let's have a serious chat" dialoge, and there was no option to clean the outfit. But that's most likely the "mistake in the latest release" you were refering to. The other thing about the two slaves: The base formid of the slave that always get's reequipped is defined in "Skyrim.esm". The base formid of the other slave, that doesn't gets reequipped, is defined in a different esp, but i guess you already knew this.

Does this apply to HSH cause HSH doc says to overwrite DOM in priority

That sentence dates from DOM 3. So yes it does apply to HSH too.

Do I need the DOM Dependency Scripts for version 7?

Thanks for replying.

No, it occurs when I close their inventory.
Might have something to do with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/48974
Installed that a few days ago.
