Heroine HoneyCrotch Posted February 27, 2021 Posted February 27, 2021 This is the funniest stuff. I have used/played with dialogue that scripts in a change with relationship with player, setting it -1. Lately I have been playing with a file where female pc can offer pussy or blowjob for coin. Sometimes npc takes either,or for free, and the relationship rank changes to -1 so when female pc goes back up to npc to plead for some coin for services they use vanilla voiced dialogue that is rude, so funny. I really wish I had more incline to play with voice synthesizer mod on SE. It would be so fun to have new rude comments. Right now, most users, dont encounter many negative npcs that are not trying to kill you. It's a shame too, negative npcs are funny.

I got so sick of it I made an esp to disable all the dev Millennial snark. It's fucking annoying.

SacredDatura Posted March 3, 2021 Posted March 3, 2021 Totally agree. I'm into all that degradation, and I play a lot with Devious Followers, but the process that turns an NPC into a follower unfortunately also makes their relationship rank high enough that they start getting nice and friendly. Made Nazeem a follower once thinking that it'd be an abusive kind of experience where he's constantly sneering at you but no. He becomes perfectly polite. Likewise I edited Grushnag (an orc added by Cutting Room Floor that follows one of the Khajiit caravans) to have the "Disgusted" mood, which works really well - he goes "what do you want? >:[" when you speak to him... until you recruit him. I'm wondering how much hassle it would be to have NPCs permanently use their hostile greeting lines. Is it a matter of switching around a value or two in xEdit, or is it a bigger undertaking that involves swapping out all the voice files?

Never kill that guy because even if he is a part of my shitlist, whiterun without him is not whiterun xD 16 minutes ago, Buridan said: I'm wondering how much hassle it would be to have NPCs permanently use their hostile greeting lines. Mh, wouldn't it be a lot easier to permanently lock their disposition towards you? I don't know shit about modding but there is surely a way to do something like that. Again i don't know anything about the CK except how to open it..don't even have it installed right now. 2

I have no idea either. I know how to do rudimentary patching and edits in xEdit, and that's it. The issue is that the process of making an NPC your follower (eg. through NFF) also improves their disposition to +3 (Ally). I'm not sure if disposition +3 is actually required for them to function properly as followers though.
Tlam99 Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Can't one lock relationship in SLEN if I remember right ?
Gukahn Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 45 minutes ago, T-lam said: Can't one lock relationship in SLEN if I remember right ? As i understand it, it only works for the Increase you can get with SLEN´s Dialogue, not the vanilla increase you get with doing Quests or making one a Follower what Buridan did with NFF. And not everyone uses SLEN or wants to use it, so it wouldn't be a possibility for everyone wanting this kind of Deposition block I can be wrong tho, never locked the Rank in SLEN for anyone and every npc i turned into a follower was already an ally or would have became one shortly after without me noticing. 1
Tlam99 Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Block the relationship globally might break some quest, I guess. But doing it for a couple of selected npc wouldn't be a big deal. Or this ? 1

When you're mean to NPC they get a negative affection value and RDS lowers their relationship rank accordingly. You can use it you to make NPC hate you in an immersive way. But you could also you the debug menu to just edit the NPCs affection directly.
Mr. Otaku Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 I think Sexlab Approach Redux has a function in it where depending on how you act towards people they'll really hate you for the rest of the game, though i can tell that's not exactly what you guys are looking for.
Prophetic Spirit Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Sexlab Attraction have a default setting enabled which relationships with the player is randomly generated each time the npc appears first time. Probably that's the problem.
Kendo 2 Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 There is a vanilla game bug to where if you ever had a follower with a high Aggression (the Stray Dog, Meeko, any hireling, etc.) certain NPCs will become hostile to you. It doesn't matter if the Aggressive follower is still with you or not. The only way to fix this is to get away from the hostile NPCs, sleep for 24 hrs, make a new save and restart the game. I had all of Riverwood attacking me as well as Uthgerd the Unbroken when I entered the Bannered Mare. Running away, sleeping and saving was the only way to fix it.
KoolHndLuke Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Toggle ai and then reset their relationship values in the console cheat. I play with this stuff alot with bandits and shit I want to turn to followers that won't cause a town to aggro on me. You can reset alot of things about them like faction, aggression, relationship to player, etc. To check, just type get relationshiprank or get faction, etc.
